• Roman (3/5): Квартира на 1 этаже, люди ходят по окнами. Плохо убрано, видны крошки и пятна на стенах. Много где есть черная плесень, - Локация Грязная комната, неприятный запах, шум с улицы
• Joery (1/5): Avoid at all cost - Easy check-in Our stay was deeply disappointing and outright unhealthy. The most severe issue was the pervasive black mold in the apartment, which created a constant musty, unpleasant smell and a humid environment. This is a genuine health concern. Beyond the mold, the place was simply dirty. The floors were sticky to the walk on, and the overall cleanliness was far below any acceptable standard. What makes this experience even more frustrating is the price. We paid almost the same as we did for clean, professional hotels in Tokyo. This property is dramatically overpriced for the squalid conditions you receive.
• stras(s)er (8/5): - Bardzo fajne miejsce na nocleg, położone w dogodnej okolicy. W pokoju sprawna klimatyzacja i pralka (na balkonie). Łazienka jest wyposażona w środku czystości. Świetnym rozwiązaniem jest otwieranie drzwi wejściowych za pomocą kodu, nie ma więc obaw o zgubienie klucza. Choć w szafie są wieszaki to nie da się na nic nich powiesić. Próbowałem. Po powieszenie trzech koszulek uchwyt w szafie nie wytrzymał i spadł.

• Vanessa (9/5): A lovely apartment in a great location. - This property is in a wonderful location. It is close to local shopping and dining and only 2 stops from Shinjuku Station. The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, the streets and neighbourhood are clean and there are parks for relaxation close by. The Hatagaya and Sasazuka train stations are within easy walking distance of the apartment. The communication from the owner is great and we made an easy booking through booking.com. We would definately use this accommodation again on our next trip to Japan. The only concern is that the double bed mattress is supported by a single bed base causing the bed to sag on each side making sleep uncomfortable and difficult.

• Atiqah (9/5): A calming stay that's so conveniently located - Location: literally only a 6-minute walk from Hatagaya in a residential neighborhood so it was super quiet and calming. there's a coin laundry shop like 5 min nearby and so many grocery stores nearby. there are also a couple of Halal restaurants 5 minutes away. size: it's comfy for 2 people with a deep closet to put all your luggage and stuff in. bed: so comfy and has so many pillows. facilities: they have an iron, the kitchenette is so useful and the bathroom is so adorably cute IT IS ON THE GROUND FLOOR!! so u do not need to lug your bags up n down the stairs. I love that so much! the plug was fixed using only tape!! it's so dangerous! We managed to make it work but that needs to be fixed. nothing else bad about this property.
• Frances (9/5): Excellent home away from home - The place was super easy to get to and great location particularly for Shinjuku and shibuya but all of central Tokyo really. Excellent shops and facilities nearby and the kitchen made it very easy for me to cook myself. The washing machine also meant I didn't need to over pack clothes and I was very greatful for the supplied towels and soap. There were very few issues with the room! Perhaps a curtain/blind over the side window would be helpful but really it was a great space
• Adriana (7/5): Good location for short term stay - Fantastic location close to Shinjuku and room was nice and comfortable. Very convenient with a nearby convenience store (3 mins) and supermarket (5 min walk). Nice and quiet neighbourly vibe. Great place for short-term stay. Outside the room window is a drop off for electric scooters and our sleep was interrupted by people using it throughout the night/early morning. With earplugs you probably wouldn't hear it though! The bathroom fan also seemed to blow moisture into the room rather than taking it out.
