Christina (3/5): HOT - Broken AC, management ghosted me. - The view was excellent and it was in a great location. The air conditioner was leaking a significant amount of water at the beginning of our stay. The floor to the master bedroom flooded and my husband almost slipped while holding our infant daughter. Subsequently, the air conditioner stopped working entirely in the master bedroom so it was unbearably hot for the majority of our stay. We were unable to sleep well and it was uncomfortable. I tried to follow-up with management about our issues throughout our stay and during the week after we returned home, as I felt we were entitled to some financial reimbursement. They stopped responding to me entirely and I feel a little scammed at this point. This unit is not cheap so I would recommend spending your money elsewhere.
