- Luiza (7/5): Beautiful apartment – needs some noise work though - This booking was a nice surprise. The apartment is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and extremely comfortable. Lovely location - couldn't ask for more in this regard. One big downside was the noise coming from the apartment upstairs, which I believe is also a booking from the same company. The ceiling must be paper thin as you can hear absolutely everything the person upstair does, and during my stay, they were walking and doing things from 2 am and back up at 6 am so it made sleeping quite difficult. It'd be great if the hosts could find a solution for this as it's a bit of a deal breaker. During check-in, there were a lot of discrepancies in the instructions emails sent. Emails sent different passwords for the door, one of which did not work and had me standing there for a while till I checked the other email. Same for the Wi-Fi, code shared in the apartment isn't up to date.

The Kitchen was well equipped and the dining area was a real bonus. Little bit of noise carried from the apartment above - but ear plugs had very thoughtfully been provided.

Had everything we needed to cook and clean with, and is very close to train station Washing Machine with no dryer was inconvenient however not the end of the world. And bed was very small even for small/average size couple

Also - we couldn’t open the windows to get some fresh air

Location spot on with restaurants, cafes, charity, book shops Good communication from concept with very clear instructions Really quiet apartment located at the back of the road, much quieter than were expecting Not a major fault, but bed quite small double. Only a problem for us as I'm pregnant! Flat does get a little warm, but close the windows and blinds in the day and had the fan on at night with a slight gap in window and it really helped. Made a significant difference. A little noise from above apartment but it's to be expected from ground floor flat. We had ear plugs so not a problem for us

The self check in process was very easy and well communicated prior to my arrival day. I will recommend all my friends to book when they visit London

It was about 1 minute walk to the underground station, just a quick 15-minute train ride and I was in Central London. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a cozy, chic and well-connected place to stay. I would definitely book again when I visit London next time. Nothing

The artistic touches throughout the place added to the overall ambiance and we loved how immaculately clean it was. The apartment's proximity to both West Hampstead underground and overground stations made it incredibly convenient for getting around the city. A fantastic local cafe nearby was a great bonus. The apartment didn’t have air conditioning but had a fan, which was adequate for our stay.
