Good instructions for getting in. A lot of traffic noise outside - it would be hard to stay there in hotter weather as I wouldn't want to open the windows. A couple of things that could do with an upgrade - the cover on the armchair looked a bit grubby and the bathroom cupboard panels are coming apart (water/steam damage). Otherwise really great!

- Simon (7/5): Clean, good property, noisy. - The room was bright and most things that you needed were there (a jug would have been useful and some basic instructions on using the microwave oven). It was very clean! The apartment overlooks the main road, market and shops etc so was very noisy, even with the windows shut the noise was quite loud, and the people in the apartment above seemed as if they were walking around in high heel shoes which you could really hear.. I did want to have the window open on one evening when it was quite warm but the noise prevented this.

Location is also amazing, 2 min from station. Supermarkets just steps around. Just perfect! A real gem. Only a little thing... The bed was really squeaky. It's a shame because it's a really comfy bed with great pillows but as soon as you move a little bit it's noisy and this sadly affect your sleep. Maybe needs a new frame...?

Teenagers are also welcome as long as they behave and don’t cause trouble, which is something not many hotels or apartments allow. The windows were poorly sealed, which made it relatively noisy at night.

The studio (3d floor) was surprisingly spacious by London standards, 2 levels, very bright, and had heated floors instead of carpet. The bathroom was also a very good size. The studio included a cozy couch, TV, a small table with chairs, and a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine, which made the stay very convenient.
The location in the Angel area is excellent — there is a shopping center, Susbury's and Waitrose supermarkets literally next door, many dining options in the area. Transport connections are also excellent, with buses and the metro Angel Station just a short walk away. Check-in was a bit tricky. The bedroom was on the second level but the bathroom was on the 1st level and having to walk downstairs to use bathroom during the night was not convenient .
- Tiago (8/5): Spacious, bright studio in a fantastic Angel location - We had a great stay at Chapel Market Serviced Apartments by Concept Apartments. The studio (we stayed on the 2nd floor) was surprisingly spacious by London standards, very bright, and had heated floors instead of carpet — a small detail perhaps, but something we really appreciated for cleanliness and comfort. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was also a very good size. The studio included a cozy armchair, a small table with chairs, and a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine, which made the stay very convenient.
The location in the Angel area is excellent — a great balance between residential calm and plenty of nearby amenities. There is a shopping centre about two minutes away, a supermarket literally next door, plus several others within a 2–3 minute walk. The lively Chapel Market is right on the street, offering fresh produce, street food, and local stalls during the day. Transport connections are also excellent, with buses and the metro Angel Station just a short walk away. Check-in was easy and very convenient thanks to the remote system. Although luggage storage after check-out isn’t available due to the remote management setup, there are several luggage storage options nearby, which makes it manageable.
A few minor suggestions for improvement: it would be helpful to have a small instruction manual for the electronic appliances in the studio for added clarity and safety. The plastic seal on the shower door could probably be replaced, the bathroom cabinet (made of plywood) showed some wear on the edges likely due to humidity, and the sink drained quite slowly (although it did eventually clear). The kitchen could also benefit from placemats or a tablecloth to help protect the white furniture.
Overall, these are small details in what was otherwise an excellent stay.

- Jude (8/5): Fantastic apartment and location. - Brilliant location and lovely apartment. The apartment is clean, modern and lovely and cosy. The location is perfect for angel tube and all the shops cafes and bars near by. It’s close enough to walk into the city too. Bed was very noisy when you moved so not good for a light sleeper. Outside has a market which sets up early but we knew this and it didn’t disturb us at all. Just might be a little noisy for some folks.

Communicatie met host was erg snel en prettig! Wij zouden deze locatie zeker aanbevelen. Het bed ligt erg hard en voelt instabiel. De melding die we daarover hebben gedaan werd direct serieus genomen.

M&S suur toidupood on kõrvalmajas, paari sammu kaugusel on veel kaks suurt toidupoodi ja muid poode (UniClo, MUJI, H&M, Mango jt). Ümbruskond oli rahvarohke, kuid turvaline ja õnneks mitte liiga lärmakas. Korter ise oli suurepärane, köögis oli kõik vajalik olemas, diivanil oli mõnus õhtul istuda ja telekat vaadata. Duširuum oli ilus, piisavalt suur ja soe ning veesurve oli väga hea. Käteräti kuivataja oli hästi reguleeritav. Kõik oli väga hea, kirjutan lihtsalt teadmiseks, et meie korter oli 2-korruseline - magamistuba oli teisel korrusel, WC aga esimesel korrusel. Ja nagu teisedki külalised on märkinud, voodi tõesti nagises väga tugevasti. Madrats oli mugav, kuid padjad liiga kõvad meie meelest.

Supermarkets next door, Angel train station practically across the road. Shops and restaurants right there. Good little kitchen and bathroom. Was on a higher floor this time so lots of stairs! (Although the bonus was the apartment was bigger and had a couch) And the bed was terrible, hard and creaks every time you move.

- Instructions were clear We stayed at the beginning of September. Although it wasn’t very sunny, the flat warmed up quickly. We had to keep the windows open. Unfortunately, it was very noisy outside even at night, so we ended up sleeping with earplugs.
A major issue was the laundry facilities. On our last evening, we wanted to wash and dry clothes before moving on to Wales. The sign in the laundry room stated that each £1 coin provides 30 minutes of electricity. Based on this, we withdrew cash, exchanged for £1 coins, and started using the machine. Only then did the display reveal that the information on the wall was wrong:
- Each £1 actually provides only 20 minutes.
- The regular washing program lasts 1h30.
- The duration of the drying cycle turned out to be 2h30.
- If you don’t extend the program on time, the power cuts off and your clothes remain locked inside.
We assumed £8 would be enough, since at home our drying program takes about 1 hour. However, only after finishing the washing did we find out that the shortest drying program takes 2h30. By then it was 23:30, all shops were closed, and we were left with wet clothes just before checkout and a 4-hour drive the next morning. We called the hotline, but although the lady promised someone from maintenance would call back, nobody did.
In summary: the laundry sign needs to be corrected, and the actual minimum times for washing and drying cycles should be clearly displayed along with expected prices before starting the programs.
- ZHONG (1/5): Completely bad! - I have never left a negative review for any business before, but this time I feel compelled to speak up. In May of this year, I booked a four~nights stay through booking.com, which was prepaid and non-refundable. At the time, I had no issue with this and proceeded with the booking. However, in early August, I was diagnosed with a patellar pathology by my doctor due to persistent knee pain, and I was advised against travelling. I contacted the host through booking. com to request a cancellation, but was outright refused. To avoid a significant financial loss, I reluctantly went ahead with the trip.
To my dismay, despite being aware of my knee condition and the pain I experience while walking, the host assigned me a room on the second floor(which is effectively the third floor in the UK context), with no elevator access. The stairs were narrow and steep, forcing me to endure every time I had to climb up or down. The room was located at a corner in a busy area, above a street market. The soundproofing was extremely poor- the noise from below was unimaginable. During the day, it was unbearable, and at night, the situation worsened. There was a bar across the street playing loud music, and groups of people gathered outside, talking and shouting loudly. To make matters worse, teenagers frequently gathered nearby, creating additional noise into the night. In an attempt to reduce the noise, I kept the windows closed, only to realise the room had no air conditioning. The provided blanket was excessively think, causing me to sweat profusely throughout the night. Additionally, the soundproofing was so inadequate that I could clearly hear every footstep and conversation from the guests upstairs.
Therefore, I strongly advise anyone considering booking this property to think twice. Once you pay, your money is gone for good. Also, be prepared for extreme noise at night-unless you are completely unfazed by such disturbances

- Maria (5/5): Saving on small stuff can spoil the whole - All you need is there, quirky location, personnel quick to help, good service Light could not be switched off in the night, extremely loud, good sleep impossible, worn down toilet and bath furniture. Which is a pity, as to replace a cheap toilet sit and cheap bath furniture really only is 40 pounds.

All they need to do is buy a bigger fan that will move the air around in the entire room and it would have been fine.

Plenty of cafes, bars, shops in the same spot. Nice little apartment with everything you'd expect, almost. No airconditioning so it was absolutely sweltering in the apartment with little air flow - owners can't be responsible for the weather but it's worth knowing if you're booking at a time it will be hot weather. Very noisy, as the street is lively. Incrediblly intrusive and noisy shop alarm on the street went off for 20 mins at a time all through the night.

Easy to get in and leave. very reasonable cost considering other options available. Shops for anything you might need for the stay could not be closer. It's a noisy street but that's not a complaint as that is very clearly mentioned in reviews and obvious because of where it was. During the night it was fine, windows are pretty good regarding sound insulation. Only minus regarding the room is that the bed was pretty firm, prefer that over a saggy old bed any day though.

Also near public transport hub (Angel) and close to a street full of restaurants and shops (Upper Street) Minimal kitchen equipment and no manual for microwave; steep steps to access - nothing the host can do about that; very noisy bed.
