I was alone and it was dark and it was poorly lit. I felt incredibly vulnerable walking through a secluded area where I met and saw no one for 15 minutes. In the day light is fine. Would recommend a taxi if traveling alone and arriving in the dark. Also the bathroom was tiny. I'm only slim but if I was much bigger I'd have struggled to manoeuvre myself in the small space.

• Dr. Zied Gasmi (7/5): Clean Room and Good Facilities, but Poor Directions and Breakfast - Facilities (microwave, fridge, shampoo, toothbrush, soap etc.. ) You can’t even fill up the kettle properly because it’s too small to fit under the tap. Breakfast was pretty poor and completely unhealthy. There was also no guidance at all on how to get out of Gatwick Airport and find the accommodation, ended up spending nearly an hour trying to work out which way to go and how to get to the right side of the airport for the room.
• Terry (10/5): I travel extensively and the reception I had here will stay with me - It was only a 10 minute walk from the terminal. It was clean and comfortable and suited my needs as a lone traveler perfectly. The owner met me at the property and fully explained the facilities. She was very polite and friendly. I explained I have an acquired brain injury and struggled to process information. When I enquired about buses to the terminal she went out of her way and actually walked me to the terminal to make sure I understood exactly where to go. This was completely unexpected and very much appreciated. She went above and beyond herself to provide what I can only describe as exceptional service. I would highly recommend the property and will definitely be coming here every time I fly from Gatwick. You couldn’t have a better ambassador. I cannot praise her highly enough, and all snacks, hot drinks were included. I couldn’t have asked for a warmer reception. All my expectations were surpassed. If it’s not broken don’t fix it
• Jane (6/5): I won't go there again - It was clean. I didn't meet the owner, or anyone else, it was completely DIY. The instructions were helpful. The biggest problem was the position. It was not right adjacent to Gatwick Station but difficult to find, right out the back with a long walk through the woods to get there. It took me 3/4 hour to find it. To catch my early flight I would have had to walk through those unlit woods on a dirt track in the dark. Luckily I managed to get a friend to divert their taxi and collect me. My room was very pokey with no room even for a bedside table.

• RAFAEL (9/5): - La ubicación que es tranquila y cercana al aeropuerto. Se puede ir incluso caminando desde y hacia el aeropuerto por un hermoso bosque. Caminamos de noche app a las 4:30 am al aeropuerto por el bosque y fue un paseo bastante agradable. La cama para dos personas un poco justa.

A bed, bathroom, toilet etc. I couldn't work out how to look my bedroom door, I couldn't open the front door when inside the building, the bathroom was tiny. So kept tripping on the step by the toilet. It was also absolutely freezing at night too.

The host said it was a 10 minute walk from South Terminal but it was a 25 minute walk at least. £52 UBER fares.

• Armelle (8/5): Brilliant, best location for easy and safe walk to Gatwick airport. - Excellent location from Gatwick, only 10 to 15 minute walk from South terminal, very convenient and easy walk through the park even with a little rucksack and a small suitcase. Ideal for one single person travelling. Very quiet area too. I could hear the other guest in the room above.

Distance from South Terminal was a good walk through woodland and past lakes. Easy directions once one had found the appropriate bus terminal at the start of the path. I was ok as I had an overnight bag. Not recommended for anyone with a suitcase or with difficulty walking. Too far to walk. Will be a major problem if raining!

• Brendan (1/5): - It's could be a good property as its as described a 10 minute walk from the airport. On arrival I found a brown stain in the toilet and a stain on bedding. There was hair and small bits on the white sheets. There were cobwebs in the corner. The fridge smelt like it needed a clean. I didn't feel comfortable there so went and found a hotel near by.

El baño funcional y la television enorme y la cama muy comoda. Al lado del WC habia un peldaño punteagudo y que habia un escalon grande para subir al baño, habitacion 1.

• Antony (9/5): Best value overnight stopover for Gatwick airport - Great location within easy walking distance of the airport. With the owners excellent instructions and a screen grab of the map (I didn't have internet access / phone signal for the short time I was in the UK) I had no problem finding the property even thought it was dark when I arrived. It was nice that the owner was there to meet me when I arrived, but even if she hadn't have been there, access was very easy. IF I had been staying longer, a bigger shower cubicle would have been nice, and easier access to the wardrobe, but for a quick stopover it was perfect.
