• Georgio (10/5): Excellent stay, beautiful hotel. Breakfast was not up to standard. - The hotel is in a great location, near the bioluminescent, clean and beautiful. I really didn't enjoy the breakfast, Having to choose between a coffee or a watermelon juice, and between fruit or 2 slices of bread. I understand that there are extra items on the menu, but I think the minimum is not there. And the hotel provides 2 coffee capsules for the coffee machine, and that is it , Regardless of the length of stay. It should be recharged every day.
• Rebecca (9/5): Beautiful beach hotel - The beach access was the highlight of this stay for us, I felt like I was dreaming walking into the water. We lived watching the pelicans swoop by. The most beautiful beach with free use of loungers and the most stunning sunsets right on your doorstep. The bedroom was very comfortable and clean. The Colombian lady on reception was fantastic, mucho gusto! I have to agree with other reviewers, the coffee or juice as opposed to offering both included is a bit strange for a hotel as nice as this, every other hotel we stayed in over a three trip around mexico included both. Coffee and breakfast was lovely though. The rooms could also benefit from some plug in mosquito deterrents in the bedrooms, I was bitten even wearing repellent at night. The area surrounding this hotel is hugely under construction, so sadly it is like walking around a building site outside, and a lot of hotels have built right into the beachfront so you can't walk all the way into town along the beach. Not the hotel's fault, but a good to know, it was never noisy though, and doesn't take away from the beautiful beachfront we enjoyed during our stay.

Sen massa småsaker, hotellchefen spelade svinhög usel musik vid frukosten (som dessutom kunde varit bättre). Överprissatt b&b typ.

Sin duda, la verdadera joya de este hotel es su personal: cada persona fue increíblemente amable, atenta y siempre dispuesta a ayudar con una sonrisa. Además, un detalle que hizo la experiencia aún más especial fue conocer a Chito y Muñeca, los perritos del hotel, que son absolutamente adorables y le dan un toque único y muy cálido al lugar. Se nota cuando un espacio está lleno de hospitalidad genuina y buena energía. Gracias a todo el equipo por hacer nuestra estancia tan especial. Sin duda regresaríamos.

• Diego (10/5): Amazing honeymoon in Holbox - We stayed both in the hotel and the villa. It was wonderful, the staff is amazing, beautiful people, and they enjoy this magnificent place as we did. The hotel room was very confortable, with a king size bed, but the villa, with its wide spaces, the swimming pool at the beach and the superb view is awesome! The hotel is located in the most beautiful beach in the island: Punta Coco. Everything was perfect, nothing to say
• Carsten (10/5): Der perfekte Ort für einen entspannten Urlaub - Man betritt die Anlage und ist im tropischen Paradies. Es steckt viel Liebe zum Detail in der Zimmerausstattung und die gesamte Anlage inkl. Strandabschnitt sind sehr gepflegt. Es gibt nicht viele Zimmer und man sollte sich eins im oberen Stockwerk gönnen, um direkt aus dem Bett auf das Meer zu schauen. Das gesamte Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und überaus freundlich und Meyra eine ganz zauberhafte Rezeptionistin. Das Hotel ist etwas abseits, dafür aber ruhig und mit dem Taxi für 200 Pesos sehr gut erreichbar. In der Nähe können Fahrräder gemietet werden und damit ist man in 6 Minuten im Ortskern und in 15 Minuten an der punta mosquito.

• Mia (7/5): - Vi blev sidste nat opgraderet til det smukkeste værelse med den vildeste udsigt. Alle sengene var fantastiske og pæne store badeværelser. Sødt og hjælpsomt personale. Det første værelse var ret indelukket uden nogen form på udeareal eller stort vindue. Ikke god mad eller meget at vælge imellem, af de gratis ting som er med i prisen. Det smagte ikke specielt godt.

Pour un hôtel de ce standing, le café à volonté serait apreciable. Pas de petit déjeuner Continental et un su 3 jour, pas de pain. Une douche ou un pediluve serait apreciable avant de monter aux chambres. Escalier plein de sable et chambre aussi du coup. Un snack ou restaurant en journée manquent. Le centre ville est à 25-30mn à pied.

• Ainhoa (10/5): Estancia ideal en la maravillosa isla - El hotel está nuevo, estuvimos alojados en la suite y es una habitación maravillosa, tanto el espacio, las vistas, la decoración. El dueño muy amable asesorándonos y ofreciendo apoyo tanto en transporte como en actividades. La zona aunque está apartada del centro, es perfecta si buscas tranquilidad y está en la mejor zona de playa, cerca de punta cocos. Todo nos gustó mucho, quizás podrían ampliar el servicio de bar en la piscina/playa ya que solo ofrecen desayunos, pero tienes un hotel al lado con hamacas y bar.

Une vie à couper le souffle de chaque fenêtres, une suite magnifique et une terrasse très très agréable. Le personnel de l’hôtel est au petit soin, gentil, serviable et très souriant. Le cuisinier, cuisine avec passion, ce qui est super agréable. La plage devant l’hôtel es une des plus belles d’holbox. Un séjour parfait, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés, vous ne regretterez pas.

• Michael (9/5): - Der Hotelmanager Isaac macht seinen Job exzellent! Man spürt mit wieviel Hingabe er das Hotel führt und wie sehr er Holbox liebt. Er war sehr hilfsbereit. Auch die Lage des Hotels hat uns sehr gefallen, zwar ist es etwas weiter vom "Hotspot" entfernt, aber dafür ist es so ruhig und der Strandabschnitt ist traumhaft (wenig Seegras). Nichts !!

• Clare (10/5): The best value boutique-style hotel in a tranquil part of the island - We visited Isla Holbox for the first time and chose a boutique-style hotel right on the beach. It offered great value with large rooms, and we were not disappointed at all. The hotel has eight rooms, plus an additional three in a villa next door. Upon arrival, we received a fantastic welcome from Isaac, and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. We selected a standard room, which we knew didn’t have a direct beach view, and that was perfectly fine. The room was beautifully appointed, featuring a large fridge, a fantastic bathroom, and the most comfortable extra large bed. We were extremely happy with our room choice, as it was just steps away from the pool and the beachfront, where we enjoyed pristine, beautiful beaches. The hotel was also conveniently located just a five-minute walk from a handful of restaurants, including some street food vendors. It’s about a 25-minute walk into town, which was easy and flat, making it no problem at all. Alternatively, you can hire golf carts, which are a fun and ideal way to get around the island, though not necessary. Taxi buggies are also readily available and very affordable. So if you walk into town and find yourself too tired to walk back, you can easily hop in a taxi for about 200 Mexican pesos, and it will whisk you right back to the hotel. Breakfast every morning was included and offered a good choice, from eggs and avocado on toast and freshly squeezed juices. In summary, our stay was wonderful, and we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Isla Holbox.

The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant for lunch or dinner but there are a few places nearby that are walking distance. Would recommend for a Lovely stay. Sometimes the shower can run out of hot water, I assume it’s when everyone else is also taking a shower.

• StoryScout (10/5): - Not only was this place clean, comfortable, and relaxing, the staff made us feel like family. The delicious breakfast was cooked to order every morning, and we had the option of dining on the beach, on our patio, or by the pool. It is a five minute walk to several fantastic restaurants, and far enough away from the Centro to be quiet. We loved being able to relax on the beach in front of our place without having to buy overpriced food and drinks to meet beach club spending minimums. We also met some lovely travelers here from all over the world. I would definitely stay here again!

• Michael (10/5): Tolles Hotel mit aufmerksamem und nettem Personal - Tolle Lage direkt am Strand. Gutes Frühstüch. Wasser konnte im EG jederzeit nachgefüllt werden. Personal war sehr freundlich. Speziell Isac hat sich extrem um alle Gäste gekümmert. Half wo er nur konnte und war sehr nett und aufmerksam. -

Personale molto gentile sia alla reception che alla colazione. Avevamo la colazione compresa, ma delle tante opzioni nel menú (almeno 12) solo 2 erano disponibili.

Jérôme très sympathique nous a aidé à réserver nos taxis et de bons conseils. Les équipements extérieurs qui pourraient être de meilleure qualité comme ceux des hôtels voisins. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être plus varié et expliqué dès l’arrivée.

• Alessandra (7/5): Beautiful hotel, very isolated. - The room was just beautiful--we had a room right on the ground floor with a view of the pool and the beach. It was perfectly clean. The staff was friendly, though the communication was a bit confusing at times. There is no breakfast included, with no options to buy breakfast at the hotel. The location is quite far from the main parts of Holbox, which I would imagine is great for most of the year, but we went during the rainy season, so it was not ideal.

• Valerie (8/5): Muito agradável - O espaço é muito giro. Um pouco longe do centro. E como hotel na praia deveriam ter uma taça ou qualquer sistema para podermos tirar a areia dos pés antes de entrarmos nos quartos.

• Quentin (9/5): - Personnel souriant et à l'écoute. Chambre de belle taille avec une vue magnifique sur la plage et la mer. Le fait de pouvoir échanger avec le staff avant et pendant le séjour via WhatsApp permet une bonne organisation et de répondre aux différentes interrogations. De plus l'hôtel envoie différentes choses à faire sur l'île ainsi que leurs tarifs. Des adresses où manger ainsi que le numéro de chauffeurs de taxi bien réactifs

• Thomas (8/5): Très agréable ! - Très belles chambres et accès plage directe. Un peu loin du centre ( même si finalement en taxi c est assez rapide) et finalement peu de services : pas de petit déjeuner, chambre pas faite tous les jours.

• Maria (9/5): Entorno privilegiado, comodidad y amabilidad - Camas muy cómodas, habitaciones amplias y limpias. El personal súper amable: William, Gabi y Gibran 😊😊 Los desayunos deliciosos. Nos gustó todo, hay que tener en cuenta que al contar con una situación privilegiada y más alejada del centro, cuando quieras moverte tendrás que caminar o traslados en taxi.

Personal war super nett , Frühstück wird jeden Morgen individuell frisch zubereitet . Super sauber Ein klein bissel außerhalb aber für 200 mxp ist man schnell mit Taxi im centrum

• Millet (10/5): Muy hermoso hotel, moderno y cómodo frente al mar! - Muy hermosa, limpia, no está tan cerca del centro que también me gustó, la playa increíble y para destacar la atención de Gibran en el hotel y la de María que nos preparaba los desayunos ❤️ Una crítica al arquitecto que puso una barra y desde la piscina no se ve el mar!! Porqueeee?! jaja pero lo demás increíble! Ame la estética

• ANDREA (7/5): Mejorables las instalaciones, personal muy bueno. - Amabilidad de los empleados, cama comoda, sabanas y paños limpios. Terraza sucia no aprovechable, mosquiteros rotos con serio problemas de zancudos, Aire acondicionado funcionales pero ruidosos. Baño sin privacidad hacia afuera. Cocinita sin fregadero y refrigeradora demasiado pequeña
• Lottie (8/5): Beautiful hotel with a spectacular location on the beach. - The room was extremely large and very well done. The location is slightly away from the centre but is very peaceful. The location in the beach is beautiful. It was a shame that the bar wasn’t open and the restaurant was only open for breakfast, especially as we only had one coffee in our room on arrival and anything further had to be paid for. It would also be beneficial to have some bikes that could be borrowed to cycle into the centre of town.

• GraceR70 (9/5): Hermoso, cómodo y tranquilo - La playa! Vinos que en otros hoteles no tienen playa pero en este estuvo.os muy cómodos y precioso el lugar. Que todavía no tienen servicio de comidas ni bebidas. Checar si ya tienen.
