Нас было 4 человека и наличие одного санузла и еще и внизу очень неудобно ! Гладильная доска маленькая и без ножек Кровать в главной комнате раскладывается из шкафа и достаточно неудобная!

The apartment is impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly уютный. The apartment is fully equipped with absolutely everything you might need and even more, from a complete kitchen setup to small but meaningful details like a needle and thread. What impressed us the most was the attention to detail and the overall level of service — everything is perfectly organized, comfortable, and intuitive. A special highlight is the view: the panorama from the window is breathtaking, and the sunsets are simply unforgettable. Watching the sun go down from this apartment is a unique experience that adds real magic to the stay. The staff/hosts are incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. • Colleen (10/5): One of my best air bnb stays - they really look after you and it’s just a great place! - This property was incredible by itself, but the service… made it phenomenal. Every aspect from Location and View to breakfast and tasteful decor / floor plan… this place is really special. Really nothing.

Каждый вечер можно любоваться закатом прямо из окна, до океана буквально 20-30 метров, спали с открытыми окнами под шум океана и это не передать словами. Рядом набережная для прогулок, кофейня в 5 метрах от апартаментов, а также 3-4 минуты до супермаркета. В минутах 7-10 находится один из самых крутых ресторанов на берегу океана, где можно прийти поужинать. Кто едет с романтическими намерениями, погулять и полюбоваться океаном - это крутой вариант для этих целей на мой взгляд. Душевая. Она изрядно уставшая и с пожелтевшими стенками, временами из сливных отверстий не очень приятно пахло, думаю хозяевам необходимо освежить и обновить этот момент, хотя может в Португалии у многих такая беда.

• Marianne (9/5): Fantastisch - Mooi appartement aan het strand (alleen een weg ertussen). Met open ramen hoor je zowel het geluid van de zee als het verkeer, waaronder soms ronkende motoren en auto’s. Een welkom ontbijt gepresenteerd in een picknickmand en de aandacht voor details waren een heerlijke verrassing. De ligging en het uitzicht maken het extra bijzonder. Het bed lag wat doorgezakt, waardoor het voor ons minder prettig sliep.

• Amy (10/5): I rate this location as one of my top 5 ever as a rental when vacationing! - The beach view and surrounding shops were amazing, as were the welcoming food and wine gifts. All-in-all, it was like having a very nice apartment! Appliances were top notch! It was quite warm - even with a small air unit on main floor - but that is to be expected, I suppose.

The entry is on a residential street with a cute coffee shop next-door and excellent gelato store across the street, as well a grocery store down the street. We really appreciated all the tasty treats that were left for us; granola, honey, butter, jam, port wine. the airco wasn't working which didn't bother us during the day, but made it hard to sleep at night.

• Freaderic (9/5): Superb - Beautiful apartment overlooking the sea. Very good if you want some time relaxing by the ocean or be on the beach. Apartment is good for families and I love the amenities provided in the apartment and the proximity of the cafes and restaurants. The check in time of 4pm has to be one of the latest by global standard. I think the team can work towards enabling and offering an earlier check in time as the usual standard.

• Fie (10/5): A amazing stay, great location in the Foz, to explore Porto! - The apartment has all it needs and is well equipped. There are a lot of extras, like baby gear, beach toys etc. it comes with amenities, tabs for the dishwasher etc. so it is really all you need. And the staff is right there, quick to reply and they are so nice and helpful! It’s hard to find something to critique, but one thing we did discuss, is that due to the very nice decor and strong sense of specific details, some practicalities was missing - like hoooks to hang towels, and a good place to fit shoes. But this is really a small thing!

• Nick (10/5): A fabulous week in a fabulous apartment - We stayed in this wonderful apartment for 7 nights. It wasn't long enough! Exceptionally clean with daily housekeeping if required. Very stylish room , with varnished floorboards, rugs, and a well kept classy, immaculate building. A great bathroom with a powerful shower. Comfortable bed and chairs . Extremely well equipped kitchen, laundry, cloths, washing powders, tablets etc. Absolutely everything you would need. The photos do not quite do this place justice as they do not convey the smell , the noise and the power of the ocean when all the windows are wide open. A magnificent experience to be in this room early morning, afternoon, sunset or the dead of night. We felt so well looked after by Rita who text everyday to enquire on our well being and needs. I have never experienced such attentiveness anywhere else I have stayed. Thanks also to Marcia and the housekeeper. Some lovely port and breakfast was fabulous thank you! The location is wonderful with the tram or the excellent 500 bus to take you to Porto or Martesinhos in 10 minutes, but the area of Foz is also great to stay around with lovely shops, restaurants and of course the beaches! Groups of very loud Motorbikes and a few extra loud cars seem to be in style. Ample space here for 2-3 adults or small family. I think it would be crammed for 4-5 adults but I am sure I would get over it!

• Christina (10/5): Stay in a gorgeous, architect-designed apartment by the seaside in Porto - you won't regret it! - Absolutely gorgeous apartment with impeccable design. All the comforts and necessities are provided - full kitchen, large bathroom with an excellent shower and marble sink, full living room with TV, dining table and two full beds. We loved the neighborhood of Foz, a seaside residential area in Porto that's filled with charming shops, cafés, restaurants and is incredibly quiet and peaceful. It's an easy bus, tram or Uber ride to the center, but you may not go there much if you stay at Flattered. Incredibly attentive hosts make sure you have everything - even daily cleaning, local tips, and many treats upon check-in.
• Bobbieb (10/5): We very much enjoyed the flat - it was bright and comfortable, clean, well stocked, and a great location, as it is right - We loved the location and the great layout of the apartment. It was roomy and cute and we felt very comfortable there. The only thing we didn’t really like were the two steps down from the platform the bed sat on. We did alright with it, but you had to hold on to the side of the wall as the step was a big one, especially in the dark. I could see this being difficult for older visitors or those with mobility issues. Other than that, everything was really good.

• Patricia (9/5): Smart flat, lovely neighborhood. - Cleverly designed, clean and well located apartment in a lovely neighborhood with easy parking and transit options. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. High-end residential neighborhood with everything you could need including amazing sea front sunsets, convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. Everything was great.

Nice to have a bus (line 500) that goes in Porto center. Very accomodating distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Host was very available and polite when we had difficulty retriving the key to the appartement (see other comment below). For a first time guest, the check-in procedures coud be quite tedious and difficult to grasp perfectly, but understandable since owners do not live on-site. Got a little frustrated when the instructions said to open the front door with the 6 digit code and then open the middle mailbox behind the door and enter the 4 digit of the black keybox. I did open the front door with the 6 digit code, and then proceeded to use the 4 digit code from the 'wooden' mailbox behind the door, only to find out after calling the owner and having him comme on-site that it wasn't the 'wooden' mail box behind the door that had the correct black key box, but the 'stainless steel' mail box on the wall that had the same black key box. An embarrassing moment for me, but the owner was quite understanding and took it with good humor.
• Judith (9/5): Like the sound of the waves all day but quiet in evening when windows closed - The closeness to the sea and supermarkets and restaurants. Brilliantly equipped appartment and very happy with supply of essentials, coffee/tea/sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, dish washer tablets and washing powder for the washer/drier. So easy to get bus into centre of Porto. Liked the free breakfast being delivered on the first morning - a nice touch. This was last minute booking due to problem with another property booked months previously which they cancelled night before our arrival. Normally being 80 I would have preferred some outside space and a lift as we were on 2nd floor and bedroom was again up stairs but it was a lovely appartment and we managed. Staff were delightful and Tania from housekeeping couldnt do more to assist in any way she could. Altogether a great friendly team.

• Donna (9/5): Superb - This was our second time here and the location is incredible. The beach and the boardwalk are just across the street with breathtaking views. There are lots of restaurants nearby and the walk into the city of Porto is a beautiful one. Breakfast is served in a basket daily and the communication with the team is outatanding.

• Brian (9/5): 10 days in Porto - Flat was perfect for two people, good location, the staff were so helpful. The flat was clean, the breakfast they gave us on day 1 was a lovely touch. There wasn't much we didn't like to be honest. They need to warn you its two flights up with no lift so carrying heavy suitcases would not be appropriate for elderly people but other than that nothing.

Convenient to find, check in and out. Staff were so kind and helpful. Fabulous view of the ocean. Location was excellent with great transport links into Ribeira including the vintage tram. Local facilities were excellent, food shops, pharmacy, cafés and restaurants. Of course overlooking a busy road it was noisy on occasion. most of the time the sound of the ocean blocked it out but occasionally there were sirens or noisy motorbikes etc. Some noise from heavy footed people above on the hardwood floors but luckily they were not about too late.

• Roeland (9/5): We immediately felt at home - Spacious studio/apartment, homey feeling, well equipped - we felt at home immediately, it would be possible to stay here for some time for work for example. Breakfast is of high quality. The need to sign a contract locally and match timing with the attendants is somewhat annoying. Being on holiday you do not want to be bothered by Whats app messages all the time. Bed should be wider.

So many lovely additional touches with welcome gift, Whatsapp support, kids toys, beach toys and additional stair gate for our wee one. Nice to go somewhere that caters for children but still feels luxe.

• Robin (9/5): Amazingly beautiful appartment with wonderful hosts! - The breakfast was outstanding, the hosts were really helpful and kind and the location was wonderful! The appartment was very spacious but we were with 5 people and you could tell the appartment was actually foreseen for up to 4 people (e.g. 2 double beds, 4 cups, 4 wine glasses…). However they added one additional folding bed but that was nog very comfortable. There was also only 1 bathroom and 1 toilet (in the bathroom) so that was not always very convenient with 5 people.
