• Jamie (8/5): Beautiful room with the best view! Sands of Kahana is the perfect place to stay on Maui! - The room was exactly as described and the view was beautiful! Direct, private beach access with daily turtle and whale sightings. Plenty of grills on site. Room had sufficient towels, was clean and quiet. The dishwasher did not work upon arrival. With six adults and one baby, having a functioning dishwasher was important to our stay. We contacted the property manager to fix it but the communication from the handyman was not very responsive. They simply left the dishwasher unplugged without telling us when they would return to fix it. Finally, within the last few days of our stay, a new dishwasher was installed. No issues with the room itself, simply the lack of good communication and inconvenience of the dishwasher repair needed.
