Barend (8/5): Ideaal startpunt om de stad te verkennen! - Alles in één en goed voor elkaar. De douche was klein maar de douchestraal maakte dat zeker goed! Een luik ging minder goed dicht in de slaapkamer

Alice (8/5): Really enjoyable and a pleasure! - Really nice layout and good location. Well set up with a well equipped kitchen! There was quite a lot of mould.. which wasn’t very pleasant and the shower floor was a bit damaged.

Rudraksh (9/5): - Great location and cozy apartments, good value for money! The apartments were clean and were better than they looked in the photos. Also great staff and check in procedure! One of the apartments was not renovated, so the bathroom experience was bad.

MARIA (9/5): - Tem uma boa localização, próximo a ponte daca para ir andando para ver a famosa queima de fogos .os anfitriões foram sempre prestativos. Os apartamentos estão precisando de uma reforma está com muitos desgaste. Mas atendeu bem.

LUCIANO (4/5): Té una bona ubicació però el apartament no està bé - - L’ubicació - Atenció del personal - Limpeza de la roba del llit - Lavabo horrible, petit, pared obert en la parte de dalt, poca privacitat, dutxa mala. - Cuina horrible, va ser impossible cuinar algo, brut, l’armari trencat. - no hi ha un guarda robes. - no hi calefació, ni aire. - no hi una escombra si vols netejar alguna cosa. - els utensilis.

Rick (5/5): - Staff very responsive, location Room was tiny and outdated, the bathroom shower was horrible, a 3 year old would have issues fitting in the shower, curtain would be pressed up against your body the whole time, and there was no door handle??? Crazy, and the flooring wad painted with water proof sealer, I hope the owners take action

Daniel (6/5): Pleasant - The staff was very nice and the apartment was quite well equipped, however... ...there was construction work done during the weekdays which was quite loud. And for three of the four days we just had cold water.

Derksen (8/5): The accommodation was good value and very central. The staff was friendly and helpful. - The location was central to the old town and very close to Metro. We were within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do in old town Porto. The bathroom was tiny (wet bath) and the area was very noisy with city, neighbor and construction noise.
Beatriz (8/5): Like the wind, it went by. - I liked the space size and the fact we had all the necessary utensils to cook. The sofa and the bed were comfy. The place was situated in a very nice area. The shower floor was not the best and it would wet almost all of the bathroom. The rug was a bit dusty. Personal opinion, but I hate curly stairs...

Viktoria (9/5): Great apartment in a great location - This was a great apartment in a great location. Functional and very spacious with a comfortable bed. The stairs are narrow and hard to navigate, but they offered to help with my luggage at check-in.

Lauren (1/5): Do not stay here!!! - The only positive about this property is the location. 1) The shower flooded the kitchen entirely. We informed the staff and they brought us a mop - never in my life have I paid to stay somewhere and been made to clean as a result of poor facilities! 2) The floors were incredible dirty! The mop water was brown! There is also chipped paint all over the floor in the kitchen and bathroom which looks terrible! 3) The sofa had brown marks all over it. 4) The cooker was beeping when we arrived and we were told to switch something on the fuse box to stop it from happening - again not ideal to be messing with a fuse box. 5) There is no door handle on the bathroom! Someone on a previous review said they’d put a piece of string on the door so they could get in and out and that’s still there. 6) The towels provided are thin and dirty and we asked the staff member who bought the mop for more towels, but they never came. 7) There were only 4 coat-hangers. 8) BEWARE that this property is on the 3rd floor up a narrow staircase - NOT suitable if you have a heavy suitcase and cannot carry it up 3 flights of stairs. 9) The information says it’s $25 for a taxi to the airport but when enquiring, they told us it would be $30! 10) The toilet seat was broken. 11) Finally, the staff are extremely distrusting - I issued an official complaint to Booking Customer Service in view of our issues and they LIED to Booking - stating that there is a door handle, the toilet seat wasn’t broken, the shower works fine, that they’d discussed the complaint with me (when they hadn’t breathed a word about it) etc etc.m etc. Overall this is the WORST accommodation we have ever stayed in and I would NOT advise anyone to stay here!!
