Tomasz (7/5): Pretty standard and unimpressive - General cleanliness of the room and good breakfast buffet with plenty of options and quite polite and attentive staff. Though that is a pretty standard thing to expect. The reception staff was neither very well informed about hotel facilities and their locations nor they could recommend any places within the town. Some venues, especially those with live music, were closed. Sauna was paid extra and the facilities there were of disappointing quality. Everything was generally acceptable but did not exceed the bare minimum for a five star hotel.

Inbar Ben Ezer (6/5): פחות ממליצה! חוץ מהבריכת אינפיניטי שהיא מדהימה! - הבריכת אינפיניטי מדהימה עם נוף עוצר נשימה ותמונות לאינסטגרם. בריכה ענקית שכולה משקיפה לים. מדובר בכמה מלונות שמחוברים יחד. המלון עבר שיפוץ לאחרונה אבל בפועל הבניין ישן. שמענו כל הזמן רעשים מהקומה מעלינו ילדים רצים גוררים כיסאות וכו.. גם הברזים ישנים והמערכת שירותים ומים ישנה אז צריך לחכות כמה דקות עד שיש מים חמים. ישנו בסוויטה ענקית 200 מטר משפחתית. בפועל זה לא היה שווה את המחיר. הגענו שהיה חג לסינים והחדר אוכל היה עמוס מידי ואוכל שיותר מותאם לסינים ולא לישראלים. מיקום חצי שעה ממרכז העיר כשיש פקקים. פחות ממליצה על המלון

Martina (9/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. Everything was exactly what you would expect from a 5-star beachfront hotel. The service was very good, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was exceptionally clean. The breakfasts were rich, varied, and absolutely delicious – a perfect start to each day. The pool was one of the highlights of our stay. It was large, beautifully designed, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. Even when it was busy, there was always plenty of space for everyone, which we really appreciated. The location is also excellent – right on the beach, which made everything very convenient and enjoyable. A special mention goes to one particular gentleman working on the beach. He seemed to do everything – security, lifeguard, maintenance, cleaning… and always with a great attitude. He really stood out to us and truly deserves recognition (and honestly, probably a raise 😊). The only points we would mention for improvement: the mattress was very soft, and we could feel the springs, which is something we would not expect from a hotel of this category. Also, the beach could be better maintained, as it felt a bit unclean at times. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely come back.

Marco (9/5): Great - Good facilities, nice view and clean. We had some issues at the seafood restaurant Breezeo, but I hope it was only a bad night. Several tables had problems with the service that night. Everything was charged extra (e.g. gym) except the pool, maybe this can be revised.

The welcome was superb and smooth checkin process.. Location is good and markets were nearby. Overall ambiance was good and clean atmosphere. Service was excellent.. it was noise free place. The variety of indian breakfast is huge. They have many pools and other amenities like gym and indoor games. The staff is very much helpful specially Guitar, Samrak and Meen... If I come again to Pattaya I will surely stay at The Royal Cliff Grand. Thank you Team at The Royal Cliff Keep up the good work.

Janusz (9/5): Pełny relaks - Bardzo duży wybór dań na śniadaniu i bardzo smaczne potrawy. Można wybrać dowolną kuchnie świata, od Europejskiej po Azjatycką. Plaża malutka, ale czysta. Dostępne baseny w hotelu, szczególnie dla dzieci. Jak to w Tajlandii, bardzo uprzejmy, miły i pomocny personel. Czysto w pokojach i ładny widok na morze. Trochę daleko do miasta. Trochę drogo.

Darin (9/5): The stay was excellent just don’t eat at resort. - Second stay…. We love the pools. We love the balconies over looking the water. We love the pool bar. We do not like the food at any of the restaurants. All of them are low quality. The price is fair the atmosphere nice but every meal is substandard. Our advice leave the resort.

AVA and the Team of the Front Desk are so polite and coordinating everything perfectly. Great breakfast with lots of tasty fresh food. The employees at breakfast room and every zone so friendly. As a guest you feel valide and safe in this hotel. Beatiful Flower set up!!!

There were over charged for food and drink, drink were supper expensive, for example , they charged Singha beer at 190 baht (this is way too high), Cocktail - 390 baht (this is wayyy tooo high)

Mein Vorschlag, auf den darunter liegenden Kinderpool mit Spielgeräten zu verweisen wurde von der Direktion verneint. Der große Pool muss dringend gereinigt werden. Grüner Belag und schwarzer Befall bei den Glasscheibenabdichtungen. Schade. Pardon. Siehe oben.
