• Fran (10/5): - The place is simply incredible! The room is very spacious and comfortable, as is the bathroom. They provide towels for both the shower and the pool, as well as shampoo, soap, and toilet paper at all times. The room is always cleaned, and they’re attentive to anything you might need. They have a breakfast menu, and they bring it to your room it’s delicious and very filling. The pool is a great plus if you don’t want to go out every day, and it’s in perfect condition. You can rent scooters right there, and they can help arrange a taxi to the port. The staff are very kind and attentive, I would definitely stay here again.

• Lena (5/5): - Der Schlafbereich und die Terasse hat mir gut gefallen! Der Pool war auch super. Leider passt das Bad überhaupt nicht zu dem Schlafbereich. Es gibt kein Fenster, eher einen Lüftungsschlitz, durch den viele Mücken reinkamen. Man musste deshalb beim Duschen sehr darauf achten, nicht aufgefressen zu werden. Außerdem ist das Bad eine reine Nasszelle, nicht wirklich ansehnlich. Wir sind tatsächlich nur ins Bad gegangen, wenn es gar nicht mehr anders ging und wir duschen mussten. Zähne haben wir außerhalb geputzt. Sehr schade.

Surtout que celui-ci n'était pas prévu à la base ici, nous avions réservé juste quelques mètres à côté mais une fois sur place je me suis rendu compte que j'avais fait une erreur sur l'année de la réservation... nous nous sommes donc retrouver par hasard au lime penida cottages et ce fût une très bonne surprise ! Le lieu est propre, au calme, à seulement quelques minutes en voiture du port. Et en plus, la personne de l'accueil nous a aidé à trouver des taxis. C'était parfait ! Petit déjeuner très bon ! Et le soir pour dîner petit bon plan à 3min de marche : warung triple b, excellent ! RAS

The host was especially supportive, which I really appreciated—thank you! The facilities were clean, modern, and well maintained One small thing to mention – I had specifically chosen the place because the description on Booking noted a large double bed, but it turned out to be a standard double. Not a big issue, but worth noting if that detail matters to you

• haizea (10/5): Muy recomendable - Es un hotel pequeño,acogedor y familiar. Está cerca del puerto (10 min moto) lo que resulta muy cómodo tanto a la llegada como a la salida. Además, en el puerto hay muchos sitios para comer y servicios. Las distancias en Nusa Penida son muy largas en moto y agradecerás tener cerca el puerto para cenar. El desayuno estaba bien café/te y varias opciones a elegir: huevos, pancakes, arroz etc. El personal es super amable y dispuesto a ayudarte con cualquier cosa. La habitación estaba muy limpia y el aire acondicionado funcionaba genial. Relación calidad-precio 10. A 2 minutos en moto del hotel está el mejor restaurante de nuestro viaje: Father Field Bistro. Lo único que apuntaría sería que la zona de la piscina está algo descuidada. Pero, no es un problema para nosotros.

• Karsten (9/5): Would definitely come back. - The cottage is run by a super warm and helpful lady. The location is central but still nice and quiet, and everything feels very personal. You really don’t have to worry about a thing. There’s a transfer to and from the harbor, scooters are available for rent, and everything is totally hassle-free. A wonderful place run by wonderful people.

• Kyron (9/5): Lovely stay for a few nights, great host. - Krisna was an amazing host, she was always just a whatsapp away if we needed anything. The property is clean, quiet and relaxing. A nice room with shower etc, perfect for a few nights Nusa Penida. Krisna also rents motorbikes for your stay so you don’t have to worry about finding a rental place. The only thing negative we could say would be that the wifi was not the best up in the cottage but we were in the furthest away one so this may be why.
• Jeff (10/5): Amazing place with amazing hosts - This property was great. Close enough to the main developed area to be a quick scooter ride but still quiet and secluded. The room was very modern - much more so than other places I’ve stayed in the area. The location was also a nice spot to view the sunset when I was too tired to actually go somewhere to watch it. The hosts were amazing and kind. We got in an accident with our scooter and they went above and beyond to make sure we were okay and helped drive one of our group to the hospital late at night to make sure we were okay. Will definitely stay again. Can’t recommend this place enough Nothing

• Peter (10/5): Exceptional - Awesome guesthouse with swimming pool, located on the way from Toyapakeh harbour up to the hills, not far from the T junction to Sakti (right, Gamat Bay, Crystal Bay) or left to Broken Beach and Kelingking Beach. Nice breakfast (eggs your way, fruit, coffee for 30k). Quiet and modern cottages. Rent a bike to explore the beaches around the place. Drive to Reeflex divers to get your OWD license or fun dives on dive sites around. Best restaurants around to eat at: Kitchen, Red Pomelo, Kima. This is a much better option than a one day trip madness to Penida from Bali, spend some time here (a week) to really get to know the island and the sites.

• Helena (9/5): incredible pool, better than the pictures - it looks much better than in the pictures, we were pleasantly surprised. the pool (infinity pool overlooking the mangrove, beautiful sunset view) was amazing, the room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was huge and the shower (hot water, rain option) was very appreciated. also everything was incredibly clean. the breakfast was very good as well. the woman who runs it was lovely and she kept our luggage after checking out so we could comfortably keep exploring the island. there were many ants around the properry that snuck into our room.
• Lela (7/5): Great for budget travelling if you are only needing a cheap place to sleep. - The staff were super friendly and breakfast was very cheap and yummy. We were also able to rent motorcycles from here. Our front door lock was broken on the outside so it was possible to just be pushed open. It was then left unlocked during the day when we were not there which was risky. The toilet in the main room did not have a toilet seat and there was only 1 chair in the living room.

• Lyndell (9/5): Good budget stay for Nusa Penida - We enjoyed our stay at Krisna Guest House - the owner is lovely and all too happy to help with any requests. She arranged a car and driver at very short notice so that we could tour Nusa Penida and also arranged transport for us to the ferry. The location is high on the mountain so not so many eating choices around but it suited us as we didn't spend much time at the accommodation due to visiting sights around the island. People who want to chill a bit more may prefer a different location or need their own transport. We stayed in the triple room (which is actually an old Balinese house) and the accommodation was just okay, maybe a little old and shabbier than we would have liked but it suited our needs for a family of 5. I peeked at the other rooms there and they looked beautifully decorated though and the pool was very nice so I think you will be happy if you book the double rooms. Not many eating options at this location and on site cafe closed - but there is a great place we discovered a few bends down the road to the left called Nana Penida

• Sam (4/5): Not great - The girl at reception is friendly and tries hard but the place is not set up well. She moved us into another room when our aircon didn't work so was attentive. It doesn't look like the pictures. We didn't have a comfortable stay. The aircon is weak and mouldy and rooms have little soundproofing, so you can hear dogs, chickens and nearby ceremonies throughout the night. The lady at reception hired a bike to us which was empty of fuel which she didn't tell us until the day after, even though we told her we were getting up very early the following morning for a sunrise and found the bike empty, we luckily found somewhere to get some fuel. Average breakfast. There is no shared kitchen which is stated on booking.com.
• Anonymous (10/5): Clean, comfy and welcoming - Staff were very welcoming. Rooms were clean, comfy and spacious. Hot shower. Pool was lovely with a nice view. The on-site restaurant did tasty food for a reasonable price. We included breakfast with our stay which we loved. Little shop in reception area which did cheap water, beers and snacks. They arranged a scooter for us, day excursions and a taxi back to the boat dock. Definitely recommend and will 100% stay here again. Maybe a thicker duvet but apart from that nothing :))

You can rent scooter at that place so you don't need to find elsewhere. They also had their own restaurant where you can eat if you don't want to go anywhere else. Maybe the portions for the breakfast were too small.

• Hp (1/5): Bad - There is nothing to like here. We had a horrible stay here There is a 🐓🐔 rooster farm adjacent to the property. It's extremely noisy throughout the stay. Day and Night all you will hear roosters clucking. We had a horrible stay here. The bedspread was not clean. There were even blood stains on the pillow in Room No.9. Lady in reception is very rude and money minded.

We loved every minute - The property was located out of the main township, which provided a laid back environment whilst still being only a 5 minute scooter ride to the main town and port. The property was gorgeous with a lovely pool, and each bungalow was beautiful. The restaurant located on the property was absolutely delicious too! The staff were so lovely as well. There are roosters which may wake you, but absolutely nothing to really complain about.

• Valentyn (7/5): Good - Bed very comfortable, insect net over the bed is a big plus of this place, pool with clean water where you can spend afternoons, plenty of space, cleaned every day - it is well maintained. The photos show one location of the facility, and we were informed at place that we would be staying at another identical location 400 meters away. It would have been nice to know before our stay which location to go to.
• Lucy (8/5): Nice room and staff - - great staff who were friendly and helpful - nice pool - beautiful sunset view - room was spacious and comfortable - scooter - the bathroom is very run down. We had only one tap and the other was completely broken. - we had to ask for soap, and there was old loo roll rolls in the bathroom - ants in the room - the roosters!!! The guesthouse can’t control this but it’s an important consideration to make when booking. They start in the early hours and are relentless and right next to the room on the far left where we stayed. This really affected our sleep. Maybe a room further to the right would be less affected?
