• TDorota (8/5): Rajska 3 - Dobra lokalizacja wszędzie blisko. Apartament dobrze wyposażony w sprzęty domowe, szczególnie duża lodówka na plus. Apartament z lekka nadszarpnięty przez niesfornych gości. Kanapa w salonie zarwana i wpada się w dołki, stół mocno porysowany, dekoder popękany, patelnia stanowczo do wymiany. W łazience brakowało wieszaków na duże ręczniki. Zapach z kanalizacji. Nie było chodniczka przy kanapie jak na zdjęciu, może byłoby przytulniej.

• Konstantinos (10/5): Προσεγμένος χώρος σε πολύ καλό σημείο - Το διαμέρισμα είχε όλες τις παροχές που χρειαζόμασταν και για μας αλλά και για τα 2 παιδιά που είχαμε μαζί.Βρίσκεται σε πάρα πολύ καλό σημείο,δίπλα στην παλιά πόλη και με πολλές επιλογές από καταστήματα κοντά μας για φαγητό για καφέ και για ψωνια.Ενας καθαρός χώρος και ασφαλής

• mereuta (7/5): - Una posizione buona vicino al centro, pulito dentro, Letto confortabile. Quando siamo arrivati il portiere non ci aiutato a dare WiFi perché non potevamo entrare nella camera non avevo abilità il WiFi per entrare nella camera.. lo chiesto ma non ha voluto ,ho dovuto aspettare un'ora fuori camera a bussare alle camere di altre appartamenti, fortunatamente dopo 1 ora c'è aperto una persona ci ha dato WiFi così booking ha mandato il codice sul mio email per prenderla la chiave che era posizionata fuori camera con il codice. Non capisco la vigilanza perché non ha voluto darmi per 5 minuti WiFi suo così avrei potuto entrare sul mio email per vedere il codice.

• Yannick (10/5): Perfect - Er was meer dan genoeg voorzien zoals: kuis producten, kookgereedschap, wc papier…. De kamer is ook gewoon heel leuk en een tof balkon om op te zitten.

• Shannon (10/5): Just book this one ♡ - Book it ♡ The location was phenomenal, really close to transportation lines and has tons of coffee shops and restaurants on the streets. Super quick walk to center. The shower was beautiful and the balcony really let us enjoy evenings and people watching. Had a dishwasher, a washing machine, as well as AC, and a keyed entry and doorman. Elevator for ease. Modern, clean, it was a great stay! The hair dryer was a bit touchy and kept shutting off, and while shampoo was provided, no conditioner. Not a bother, I airdried and brought my own, but little suggestion for female guests ❤️
• Eros (4/5): Bellissima Cracovia, molto meno l'appartamento!!! - la posizione e il quartiere Peccato!!!peccato che ad un alloggio costruito discretamente bene, faccia seguito una manutenzione davvero scarsa. Di seguito le criticità: bagno cieco con ventilazione non funzionante balcone con illuminazione guasta e maniglia della finestra rotta con conseguente impossibilità di chiuderla divano macchiato televisore e phon guasti mobiletto del soggiorno rotto e "tacconato" con il nastro adesivo Le altre piccole criticità( come muro sporco o abat-jour fulminata non sto nemmeno a raccontarle)
• Małgorzata (8/5): Kolejny udany pobyt w Krakowie. - Położenie w centrum, skąd pieszo można dotrzeć do najciekawszych miejsc Krakowa. Apartament wygodny, zaopatrzony w niezbędne wyposażenie, ale znać już lekkie zużycie. Potrzebne jest odświeżenie. W budynku jest podziemny garaż, lecz w przypadku tego apartamentu niedostępny.

It was light and airy and well maintained.It was well equipped with plenty of utensils and crockery and other helpful items. There was a washer and dishwasher so everything there if you needed it. The bed was in a space where the only way into the bed was to climb from the bottom of the bed. There wasn’t any space around the bed.

• Lucian (1/5): A nightmare - Nothing,everything is so cheap, carpet it is so dirty. The bed is the most cheap bed from IKEA so uncomfortable, you can’t sleep, outside is so noisy, in the room it’s so clean that you find bugs, it is scary. When you contact the person who belong the apartment he ignores you and he lies a lot. I was with my working there so I needed a bill. He ignore me totally. It’s nice to take the money in advance and not to pay your contribution dear Apartment Boss? Nothing it’s so cheap

• Kirsty (10/5): 5* stay! - We absolutely loved our stay here! Check in was smooth because it was easy to collect our key. The staff was very responsive through the booking.com chat facility. The apartment is on the top floor (there was a lift) and had a lovely balcony to people watch from. The block also had a security guard at night. The location was perfect, 10 minute walk into Old Town and there was a local shop just downstairs and an amazing Ramen place round the corner. The apartment was very clean and nicely presented. Toiletries were provided and the kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and anything else we could need.

• Mariola (10/5): Absolutely amazing! Would definitely recommend and also will gladly book it myself again! - Loved the location. Having access to a convenience store right downstairs was very nice. Lots of other stores, bakeries restaurants within walking distance is a huge plus! Quick drive to the airport. Beautiful, clean, quiet apartment with great views! Also the elevator is a huge plus, especially for someone traveling with suitcases! Makes all the difference! I honestly don’t think I can think of anything I didn’t like. It was one of the best experiences I’ve had with an apartment rental which is my preferred type of stay when traveling and I’ve stayed at quite a few.
• Travelingnurse (6/5): Lovely safe property close to old town - Nicely furnished. Loved the balcony. Has a dishwasher and washing machine. Safe and secure. There is a great pizza restaurant downstairs in the building. Grocery and bakeries close by. Safe neighborhood and a short walk to old town. Trams are a few blocks away. There is a desk but there is noone at the desk. Also, the second day my television stopped working. The manager didn't respond for two days and said he "wasn't working". Finally one day before I left, he came over and solved the problem. Also there was soap, dishwashing tablets but no shampoo so bring your own.
