• Anikó (9/5): Very good - Excellent communication with the owner, earliear access to the appartment upon request. Easy entry with code. Good location, 2 minutes walk from metro station, and about 20 minutes by metro to the center. 15 minutes walking distance from beach. Well equipped apartment, also washing machine, coffee machine, water boiler, etc. Private terrace, panorama to the city, and little pool on the common terrace. Grocery shop, cafeteria very near. Cleaning didn't meet my standards. The apartment was not dirty, but needs more accurate cleaning. The neighbourhood is calm, but you can't sleep with windows open because of traffic noise. Also you can hear all noises from stairway, other neighbours arriving and peeping with the code, but luckily we had quiet neighbours. There is no door between the living room aerea and the bedroom, so if someone wants to sleep, and the other wants to watch the tv, it is not possible to arrange.

• Liis (9/5): - We loved everything: the location, layout and the size of the flat etc. It had everything you needed. So nice that washing machine capsules and kitchen paper was provided. Really really happy with our stay!
• Miha (10/5): A good apartment with excellent heating. - Great apartment. I would especially highlight the very well-organized heating as a particularly positive feature. The location is close to the metro, and everything was impeccably clean. The check-in process before arriving at the apartment is quite demanding, as it requires uploading scanned personal documents. The sofa is not in the best condition, but it is still okay. It would also be great if the shared terrace could be opened about an hour earlier.

Blisko do metra i przystanku autobusowego. Blisko sklep. Atutem są dwie łazienki i 3 oddzielne sypialnie. Bardzo wąski balkon, szpara w drzwiach wejściowych (hałas z klatki schodowej). Brak zmywarki.

De locatie was goed: het lag in een prettige wijk en dicht bij een metrostation. Alleen de ouderslaapkamer was erg warm, daar werd snachts (te veel) warme lucht in geblazen. Raampje open dus. Verder was alles prima.

Dichtbij de metro, lopen naar het strand en een goede nette en gezellige wijk. Wij hadden een groep jongeren die bij ons op de deur aan het bonken waren en die in de avond en nacht heel veel geluidsoverlast verzorgden.

• Eliza (10/5): Чудесен апартамент - Удобно местоположение, много добре обмислено обзаведен, чист и тих апартамент. Определено бих посетила отново и ще препоръчам. Не ми хареса това, че няколко пъти писахме за по-ранно настаняване, защото сме с малко дете. В крайна сметка ние пристигнахме по-късно, отколкото искахме да бъдем настанени, но дори 4 минути преди настаняването не ни беше позволено да влезем. Явно работят с някаква автоматична система и кода не ни се приема, докато не стане обявения час за настаняване. Наложи се да се обадим по телефона и се оказа, че апартамента ни е готов.

• Hartzell (8/5): Great location, excellent communication & thoughtful touches from the host. Not for light sleepers! - We absolutely LOVED the Poble Nou location!!! Lots of local charm, it felt safe, and it was super walkable with great restaurants, plenty of shopping, and very easy access to the metro! The beach was an easy walk too. The 2-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment (1.1) was comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with nice touches from the host that many rental hosts don't bother to offer (some bottled water, coffee pods, sugar, dish soap, and even some laundry detergent pods - nice not to have to buy a whole bottle of detergent to do one load!!). Communication with the host was outstanding, and we had no trouble finding the property. They offer large, secure lockers where you can store your luggage if you arrive before check in time (16:00), which we found to be very useful - nice to go get a cup of coffee and walk to the beach without our bags in tow! The host said they would message us when our apartment was ready, and they did - we felt very fortunate to get in at 13:00. The Aspasios team was great to deal with, they were very responsive via the app to all my questions before and during the trip. We had a small issue with a shower head in one of the bathrooms, and they offered to fix it right away if we wanted (we said they could fix it after we left - it was not that bad). Past reviews commented on a sewer smell, which made me a little nervous - but we noticed nothing, so they must have resolved this issue. Overall, this apartment was a VERY convenient and pleasant base for our group of 4 adults enjoying our first trip to Barcelona! At this price point, the apartment could have been a little cleaner. The tile floors and bathroom corners are looking a little tired, and there was some dirt/dust buildup around vents and windows. Noise was the biggest drawback for us, which other reviewers have also noted; this building has beautiful, old charm (which I loved), but no rugs or sound insulation, so we could hear other guests and people laughing/smoking on the street at all hours of the night. And we could hear every conversation of the cleaning crew when they arrived in the morning. If you are a light sleeper (as I am) bring good ear plugs and you will probably be fine. Also, the front door to the building doesn't latch securely, which another reviewer noted last month... it still hasn't been properly fixed. None of these issues ruined our stay, but they did keep it from feeling as polished as the price we paid might have warranted.

• Anna (8/5): Jag fyller 60 år - Fin lägenhet med två toaletter. Två bra sovrum Bäddsoffan är sliten och gammal. När vi skulle bädda i den så vek sig soffan på mitten. Tråkigt när vi är 5 vuxna som vill vara tillsammans i Barcelona. Försökte prata med städerskan men hon förstod inte va vi sa, eftersom vi bara kunde engelska. Skrev till booking men inget händer.

• Pim (1/5): Verschrikkelijk - Het was een netjes appartement Het appartement stonk naar riool. We hebben een flesje gekregen wat we maar in de afvoer moesten gooien. Wat natuurlijk niet werkt. Maar dat staat in het niets ten opzichte van de onveilige situatie die er was. De ingang van het complex was niet afsluitbaar waardoor iedereen naar binnen kon. Het complex zat vol met jongeren die de hele nacht herrie maakten door super hard muziek te spelen en continu met de deuren open en dicht te slaan. Als wij hadden geweten dat het zo’n accommodatie was hadden we dit natuurlijk nooit geboekt. De reactie van Aspasios zelf is dat we procedures moeten volgen. Midden in de nacht gaat dat natuurlijk niet Daarnaast wil ik graag aangeven dat deze accommodatie absoluut niet geschikt is voor gezinnen met kinderen zodat andere gasten niet de zelfde ervaring gaan krijgen als wij.
