- Zain (1/5): didn't even get to stay here because my booking apparently didn't exist then i got situated in a hostel to accom - nothing they denied us entry after having booked over a month in advance terrible experience got relocated in a hostel because they didn't allow my booking
- maisie (5/5): -
- Rosange (7/5): Good -
- Wenzhao (10/5): GOOD STAY LOVE IT, THIS GUEST HOUSE WILL BE THE PLACE I CHOOSE WHEN I AM IN LONDON - CHEAP PRICE BUT GOOD LOCATION GOOD FACILITIES LOVE IT AND WILL TELL MORE FRIENDS TO SATY HERE
- Bains (1/5): Bad -
- Tomas (1/5): Don’t touch with a barge pole - That it was good location for me, I don’t even know where to start. I’ve booked a room for two people for me and my girlfriend for three days and when we check in they left us a room with 1 single bed and very small room. Asked them to deal with the issue on 2 consecutive days and they just didn’t care to even give a reply. There was very weird decorator painting a square meter of wall for hours and hours, kept looking into our room and just being very creepy following everywhere. Property is a fine for my situation it was very bad sleeps 3 night and I’ve had bad anxiety and panic attacks and wet the bed at night because had to drink to calm down.
- Bakanauskas (6/5): It looks a lot better in the pictures than actually is very misleading - Bed mattress was very comfortable Bed and location
- Laura (5/5): Passable - Great location, comfortable bed, basic but a great base for the price it was at the time Couldn't get in at first, I have a suspicion that because the owner uses what's app for the codes that people aren't receiving the messages due to there settings, the contact needs to already be in your contacts to receive them, if not then you won't receive them. The lack of staff is quiet inconvenient, this could be easily sorted, for example if there was a resident member of staff available, this would make a huge difference and things would deffo run more smoothly. Bathrooms were a bit rank, other than that, can't really complain for the price and location. It's obviously not going to be the Ritz 🤷🏻
- B.dwight (1/5): Unable to check in - Did not get to see the property. As I was never sent the check-in instructions and was later told that it wasn't possible to check in. I asked for a refund, and then they stopped responding.
- Peggy (1/5): I would say cheap but awful communication skills of the owner. - No staff around. Waited for 2 hours in front of the door with two kids until the owner sent the code.
During the stay, no light in our room for all 7 days- owner answers “I’m checking for you” and then does nothing about it.
Common wc: No soap, no toilet paper,
In room: no electricity, no table to eat
The entrance: too narrow and has lots of stuff blocking the already narrow entrance of less than 0.5m2 (fridge, table, lots of chairs)
- Jayathilaka (7/5): Good -
- Vinila (1/5): Bad - Very poor cleanliness/ irresponsible manager and team Common toilet and totally unhygienic.
No safety for womens. Irresponsible management team.
I won't recommend this dirty place to anyone
- Md (10/5): Good - good Good
- Md (4/5): Disappointing -
- Alabi (1/5): Bad - accessible location bad management attitude, bad communication and response to concerns and requests
absolute lack of staff members on ground to attend to guests
lack of privacy as the sole manager who operates remotely gives different guests access code to same room already being occupied
- Mohamed (3/5): That was my rum. - Bed was komfortabel. Bad communication with the owner, replay late.
- Hannington (1/5): Bad -
- Jeffre (1/5): UNDER REPAIR. NEEDS REPAIR - Location Under repair. room is like a stock room or warehouse.
Message the host here at the booking.com on how to enter or the key but didn’t reply. Good thing, i bought local sim & able to call. Host replied to communicate by whatsapp. Then entered the building, staircase was under construction, when entered the room, have 3 refrigerators like a warehouse. Water leaking in the ceiling. Room in under repair obviously because of tools around. While afternoon sleep, somebody open the door, knows the number combination, when ask, he said “ he is a cleaner” , asking apologies for mistakes of his boss. Scary indeed.
- Dario (1/5): Bad -
- Dharampreet (1/5): Bad -
- Mashmour (1/5): Bad -
- Kudzanai (1/5): Do not go there the landlord is a liar and advertisements are faults - Nothing the place is shambles, The response from the owner was terrible
- Kronos (1/5): i want a refund. - location I was denied entry when i arrived, and was told my booking was cancelled even though i have paid for 3 nights there.
- John (4/5): OK for the money. But only if you can get in.as there is no one here to help. If you can't. ¹ - The room was new. No windows. Stuck outside for 2 hours. Because I was not sent any entry details. The number to contact went straight to voice mail. This has happened to me and everyone I have spoken to here. I came back.11.30 to find a family out side. They didn't no how to get in. And as usual the number I rang went straight to voice mail.
- Anonymous (1/5): Horrible 😩 - The hostel was close to the train station . I didn't like anything at all , the place smells like cigarettes and it was so dirty 😩. I booked a room with one bubble bed but I got a room with 3 bankar beds . different people kept on opening the room . The host stopped responding to my messages. I went and shopping when I came back I found that he had put other people in the room 🙄. He also removed my luggage from the room without my permission. he only responding to me when I treated to call the police , that's when he booked me somewhere also . please do not book with him.
- Alketa (1/5): the only better thing is the location, everything else was very bad, the staff, the clean. They was not correct in respo - Location incorrect manager
very badly
not clean
not safe
- Stan (1/5): Bad - Disaster
- Tomas (8/5): Very good -
- Parmahn (7/5): The property is under construction. Perhaps not suitable for families but was fine for a group of single men. The price - Our room was clean and mostly served its purpose well. We were promised 3 beds but only given 2. Only 2 plug sockets in the room. Only one toilet currently.
- Aminjon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kifayat (7/5): With this price, i am fine with bit of uncomfort. - no breakfast available
- Faizan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mehraj (1/5): Bad -
- Valerie (1/5): Bad - This was a terrible experience. Several people entered our private room on different occasions without our permission. It was very difficult to get in contact with the manager of this place. The bathroom wasn't clean.
- Daniel (1/5): Disgusting property with owners who clearly don't care for their guests. - Location is okay, but aside from that this is the worst place I have ever stayed in on booking. The place is a construction site and still being refurbished. with saw and paint dust everywhere on the floors and old furniture lying around. Shared bathrooms were also disgusting after a day or two, with no toilet paper also for a number of days. Showers also malfunctioning half the time. No kitchen facilities or even a tap to get drinking water from. The room we stayed in was bare minimum what you'd expect, and was clean enough to sleep in but that's it. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
- Nini (1/5): I couldn’t stay… I had to find another place to stay and spen more money. - I didn’t like anything, I was traveling with my sister and my two children, when I booked I specifically explained that, the sheets for the sofa didn’t fit, the small refrigerator was leaking, the smell was bad, the bathroom dirty… We couldn’t stay a single night. The place was dirty, under construction, not safe at all, the lack of communication with the person in charge. The worst experience!
- Misa (1/5): Bad - Location
Obviously "budget" as it is said.
But health and safety issues are below budget standard If we desperately needed its location. We would have changed to somewhere else to stay.
The whole place was a construction site. Saw dust everywhere, so were building materials. Very dirty bathrooms and no toilet rolls for the first three days.
Absolutely no amenities or facilities. Very serious health and safety issues.
- Leszek (1/5): Bad - Nothing Everything. Terrible horrible place to stay. Worst ever stayed in. Do not rent it! Booked two double Rooms for 2, received one for 4. Small. Only explanation - confusion. No apoligieses no contact after, no agreed discount. Nothing. Dirty slum, renovated, very badly Managed.
- Betera (1/5): Bad -
- Abdulmalik (1/5): Bad -
- Lucia (1/5): Scammers - No staff; the owner never responded to our complaints: soiled WC; I had to clean the WC, leaking of sink, no wi-fi, strong odour inside the room; the floor is not even; no changing of bedsheets; no toilet paper No AC; no wi-fi; noisy; extremely dirty and shared bathroom
- Maya (4/5): Disappointing - The location was close to a station The whole place smelt and was dirty. The photos are not a true representation of the room. The photos are a photo of the carpet on the way up to the room. We hardly spent anytime at the accomodation due to the condition it was in.
- Randy (3/5): Poor -
- Netsai (1/5): They need to fix the place first before booking people. Our rooms were not even ready. - Nothing They are busy booking people when they are fixing the place. It's a health hazard.
- Kalkidan (1/5): No kitchen , bad customers service, not clean at all, high risk of health and safety , no recommend -
- Joe (1/5): Bad -
