• Linda (8/5): Lovely home outside of Asheville. - Very clean and nicely furnished home. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had all the necessities. Seating was comfortable. We all enjoyed our stay! The two front bedrooms desperately NEED some kind of light blocking curtains or shades like the master bedroom and the sitting area. Also (a big problem that hasn’t been corrected), the location of the home is misrepresented in the listing and is NOT in Biltmore Village as indicated on the map. It is about 15-20 mins outside of the Biltmore area depending on traffic.
• susan (7/5): Beautifully decorated..nice place. - Coffee makerer did not work. Outside gas firepit did not have ignition instructions.

• Fonseca (10/5): Wherever we travel AvantStay will be our first choice. - We stayed for a visit to Biltmore and ate at beautiful restaurants. Everything was at most 20 mins away. We were close to the art district. The house was beautiful. We wanted to move in.I will look for AvantStay properties wherever I travel. I would really have liked a grab bar in the shared shower for us older ladies.

• Scott (5/5): Avant Stay support was poor - The house seemed nice unfortunately due to a natural disaster we lost power and water and cell communications were down or very spotty. The support during the natural disaster was non existent. I realize in person support was likely not available but no useful information was provided in any text interaction. We needed information and got platitudes like glad you are safe. The total emergency supplies provided in the house were 2 flashlights.
• Cope (10/5): Perfect stay in Asheville! - It is a beautifully decorated home, with many amenities including an outdoor fire pit, nesspresso machine, large television, including tvs in the bedrooms, a towel warmer in the bathroom, washing machine and dryer….and the list continues. Just like home away from home…very comfortable. The neighborhood area was clean and felt safe. Parking was accommodated for our two vehicles, but more space is available. The location was perfect for visiting the Biltmore Estates, as well as going to the downtown area for dining and shopping.
