Guest Reviews
- Jane (5/5): It was just okay. - Power outlets were few & far. Not accommodating for charging devices/blow dryers/curling irons/c-paps, etc. Especially in the bathroom. And the lack of mirrors are especially hard on females getting ready. Not enough furniture in bedrooms. Nowhere to place phone, glasses, etc in bedrooms. And by all means, replace those wooden blinds in front bedroom for better privacy! It faces the street! The fees were astronomical in my opinion. Guessing the middle man prefers a bigger piece of the pie. And reconsider cancellation policy. That’s a huge let down when you may need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. I’ve never heard of this policy before. Losing a deposit is one thing, but you take it to a whole new level. It was not even as close to UT campus as your ad suggested. I don’t know the streets or neighborhoods in Knoxville, but I was hoping to be a lot closer as we made many trips to that location. I’m hoping my issues will serve you to do some improvements. BTW that bathroom has mildew everywhere because of no vent fan. Your window doesn’t serve that purpose either. Add one. And a coat of paint everywhere would do wonders too. It could be better & more attractive to renters. Maybe I’ve said too much, but if you aren’t aware you can’t make needed improvements.
