• TETSUYA (8/5): こんなコスパ良く、内容の充実した一棟貸しがあるのですね。 - まず場所が良いです。JR大正駅と市営バス停・イオンモールドーム前店に、徒歩数分圏内。付近に駐車場、地元の商店街があり、長期間の滞在・自炊向きです。 施設は、ベッドルームが4部屋あり、それぞれにダブルベッドが2つとかありますので、我々5人家族でも、プライベートを確保するに十分でした。 しかもトイレが1〜3階に合計3つあります。 お風呂は自動給湯ができるので、スイッチを入れて、用事して待っていたらアラームが鳴り、給湯が自動停止。安心して温かい湯を楽しめました。 エアコン・照明なども充分で、リビングにある大型テレビで、年末年始の番組や、Netflixを楽しみました。 キッチンの設備もしっかりあり、ガスコンロ3個、電熱ポット、炊飯器、電子レンジ、トースター、中サイズの冷蔵庫、プラスチックの食器、包丁などあり助かりました。 もしレンジで加熱料理をするなら、耐熱皿をイオンモールの100均とかで買えば良いです。 陶器のコップも買いました。 屋上はちょっとしたスペースがあり、椅子と机がありました。真冬だったので、日の出を見た以外は使用しませんでしたが、冬以外なら気持ちいいと思います。 一部施設の元々の破損がありましたが、担当の方がチャットで迅速に対応してくださり、安心できました。 コスパが最高の施設なので、リピ決定です。 うちはよほど悪い・汚い施設以外は「快適」と受け取るような幸福ハードルの低い家庭なので、非常に幸せでした。 こちらのような一棟貸しの民泊さんに、上等のホテルのような設備を期待する方がおかしいと思います。 上等のホテルさんをあまり利用した経験がないのでよくわかりませんが、こちらは充分快適です。 素晴らしい旅行をさせてもらえて、感謝しています。
