Mohamed (1/5): Disappointing. Very Dirty rooms, they refused to give me my refund although we stayed for few hours. - Nothing. Very bad experience at Rays Hotel. The room we were given was dirty, had a strong bad smell, and there was visible mold in the bathroom. It looked nothing like what was advertised. My wife is pregnant, so staying in those conditions was unsafe and unacceptable. We arrived late at night, stayed only a couple of hours because we had no immediate alternative, and left as soon as possible in the morning. The owner initially said he would help once I submitted the refund request, but after we left, he refused the refund. We were also offered another room, but we refused because the hotel itself appeared dirty and affected by mold. Paying around $550 for only a few hours in such unhealthy conditions is completely unfair.

Gamze (1/5): - Außer der wlan nichts Das Frühstück wurde uns fast wie in einem Abstellraum serviert. Außerdem waren die Vorhänge im Zimmer schon fast grau vor Schmutz. Im Badezimmer war die Duschkabine ebenfalls schmutzig, überall war schwarzer Schimmel. Der Spülmechanismus der Toilette war defekt – um das Wasser abzulassen, mussten wir manuell hineingreifen. Das Waschbecken war so klein, dass man gerade mal die Hände waschen konnte. Sobald man versuchte, das Gesicht zu waschen, war das ganze Badezimmer nass. An der Rezeption arbeiteten offenbar Kinder – wir mussten sehr lange warten, um uns über das Nachbarzimmer zu beschweren. Diese waren extrem laut und feierten, ohne Rücksicht auf andere Gäste zu nehmen. Zwei Nächte lang konnten wir deshalb kaum schlafen. Fazit: Absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

C. (7/5): - De locatie is echt SUPERRR. PERSONEEL ook heel vriendelijk. Het is behoorlijk GEHORIG. s'nachts gewoon met stoelen en tafels schuiven. Je hoort letterlijk alles. En de koelkast deed het niet. Was niet koud genoeg. En het was te warm in de kamer. We kregen die cv maar niet uit.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean. I do recommend this hotel if you just want a nice and easy hotel.

Tuba (1/5): KATASTROPHAL! SCHMUTZIG - Es war extrem schmutzig! Die Mitarbeiter bzw. Kinder die dort arbeiten bzw. nur am Sitzen waren,die die ganze Zeit am Handy spielten. Die Zimmer leider nicht wie beschrieben. Klospülung war defekt musste mit der Hand hineinfahren um es spülen zu können, außerdem ist das ganze Wasser beim spülen unten rausgeronnen und das winzige Bad stand immer unter Wasser. Klima hat die ganze Nacht von selber angefangen laut zu läuten, keine Funktion, obwohl es unsererseits gemeldet wurde, Mitarbeiter klopft um 5:00 Uhr in der Früh an der Tür weil sich die anderen Gäste auch beschwert haben, meinte ich soll es abdrehen funktionierte leider nicht, konnten die 3 Nächte die wir dort waren überhaupt nicht schlafen . Störende Gäste, hatte oft das Gefühl das wir im Rotlichtmilieu sind. Kein Aufenthalt mit Kindern. Das Frühstück im Untergeschoss Katastrophe , dachte am Anfang das es eine Werkstatt sei. Wir hatten 4 Zimmer gebucht, alle sehr enttäuscht . Hatte noch nie in einem Hotel solche schlaflose Nächte wie in diesem. NIE WIEDER !!!!
Moghan (1/5): Extrem schlecht - Gar nichts Das Hotel ist einfach extrem schlecht es gibt kein Personal frühstücken ist Eckehaft das kann man nicht Frühstück nennen es ist schmutzig alles kaputt keine Hilfe es sitzen Kinder in der Rezeption es kommt und geht jeder wie er will geholfen wird dir auch nicht die Zimmer sind kaputt und es stinkt es wird als Puff geführt das Hotel kein Familienhotel absolut schlecht ganz schlecht einfach alles es ist kein Hotel .

Barash (7/5): Fiyat performans - Konum iyiydi. Çalışanlara hızlı ulaşılıyordu. Fiyatı uygundu. Yatak nevresimler temizdi. Klozet kırıktı, sifon bozuktu ve akıtıyordu, wifi düzgün bağlanmıyordu, klima ayarlanmıyordu, televizyon wifiye bağlanmadı ama genel olarak televizyon olarak da çalışmıyordu. Kapı çıkışa çok yakındı.

When we arrived at the property, they informed us on Google translate, because nobody spoke English that we have to be moved to Cip hotel because there were no rooms for us. That was for the first night. Cip hotel was decent. The room was clean but old, there were no windows , and a lot of broken stuff. The next day we moved to the other hotel. It was the worst. Noisy, no sound proof, old, there were holes int the bathroom and the toilet seat was broken. I didn’t try there breakfast and thank goodness
Aleksandr (8/5): Comfortable staying with good value for money - Super location for travelling by IST airport (direct bus HAV-4 about 1 hour). Metro station in 5 minutes walk, working until 00:00. Variety of restaurants and clothes shops around. There were lack of safe and wifi. And a little smell of renovation. I think it will gone soon

Aziza (1/5): Nightmare hotel, nightmare staff - The whole ad for the hotel in booking.com was a shamble. Booking.com should be absolutely out of mind to let Rays hotel owners let their ad be on their website. There was no aircon, no breakfast, just cheese and tomatoes and bread in the room, the hotel staff are liars, they have kids age 10 running the hotel who have no people or business skills, I have found the whole experience as an absolute nightmare. They have moved us to another hotel in last 3 days and it was at CIP hotel which was a good hotel but will never forget the broken shower, heated room, no air conditioning, mouldy and broken toilet and stale breakfast at Rays hotel. Rays hotel and its people are scammers, there is no air conditioning, no buffet, at the hotel. Broken toilet and shower and no people in reception just small kids who don’t speak English. Also please don’t use their laundry service. It’s a scam. It’s a scam, the ad does not match the actual hotel.

Youri (10/5): - Huzurlu ve Konforlu Bir Konaklama Otel, rahatlatıcı bir kaçamak için tam da ihtiyacımız olan her şeyi sağladı. Personel son derece nazik ve her zaman yardım etmeye hazırdı. Odamız ferah, konforlu ve tertemizdi; kendimizi adeta evimizde gibi hissettik. Konumu sayesinde çevreyi keşfetmek çok kolay oldu. Konaklamamızdan gerçekten keyif aldık, tekrar gelmeyi kesinlikle isteriz.

Nedim (1/5): Toilet not working. my bed was broken. They didn’t serve the breakfast till 9:30 am. It was the worst hotel ever stayed - There is nothing to like First night they gave me a room with broken toilet they forced me stay in that room second night they changed the room but new room was worse than the first room. There is no person to talk there ara kids at the reception no adults.
