• 和志 (4/5): 立地や内装は値段の割にいいので、掃除や管理をしっかりやってほしいと思った。 - 立地と安さはとてもよかった。 床の掃除が行き届いてない感はあった。 チェックインの際にエントランスと客室のどっちの鍵も空いていて、誰でも入れるようになっていたのが怖かった。 特に客室の方はドアが半開きで入る時にとても不安を感じた。

• Ching Yi (8/5): - 用密碼鎖很方便，空間不錯，有電梯。交通方便！去木津市場也方便。 鍋子都有刮痕、沒有刀子，跟照片不符合，浴室熱水偶爾不穩。枕頭有少許別人頭髮。 早上6點左右就會被火車吵到，不過都在預期中，以住宿價格來說，CP值很高，還是推薦🙂
• Philippe (8/5): Le séjour aurait été agréable... sans le bruit des trains passant à quelques mètres de l'immeuble - Logement spacieux, un peu vieillot mais bien équipé. Le gérant a répondu rapidement à nos demandes et réglé quelques petits soucis : informations du dossier d'accueil non mises à jour/ne correspondaient pas aux appareils présents dans l'appartement (climatisations, ...), a apporté quelques articles de cuisine manquants .... La situation géographique proche des transports publics mais l'immeuble se trouve en face d'une ligne de chemin de fer (4 voies !) et proche d'une station où passent et s'arrêtent de nombreux trains entre 6h. du matin environ et minuit. L'endroit est très bruyant. Le bruit serait supportable si les fenêtres étaient bien isolées mais ce n'est pas le cas !
• Bhatia (10/5): We would love to come back, hope to get some discount 😄 - We were a family of 3 persons, enjoyed the stay, very comfortable and spacious. Convenient stores like Seven 11, Tamade and Family Mart are just walking distance. Staff is very helpful and we got a complimentary cleaning after 7 days.

• TING (8/5): - The place is clean and facilities complete, and it is located between two stations. In particular imamiyaebisu station can connect to Airport train line, and a short walk brings us to Midosuji where it's connected to Osaka. Overall, quite a good location The door frames are a bit low (around 175cm?) and there was no additional toilet paper so we used the provided tissue paper in the cabinets

Was a safe unit. Some noise from trains but didn't bother us too much. Place could benefit from a few more plates and bowls and cutlery.

• shigetaka (7/5): 駅近! - 本当に駅近、隣りの駅「新今宮」も徒歩圏内コンビニも近い、スーパーも近い、通天閣やジャンジャン横丁なども徒歩圏内、民泊は家とほぼ同じなので色々便利（洗濯機、キッチン、冷蔵冷凍庫、電子レンジ…）でした。 おまけ　音鉄にはたまらない部屋です! 普段フラットな部屋に慣れているので 最初は段差につまづいた。

• Andy (9/5): Acogedora y céntrica estancia - La ubicación es muy buena. Cerca del metro y se la Nankai Line. El piso está muy bien equipado y tiene todo lo necesario. Dos habitaciones, cocina y baño. Limpio y fácil de usar y llegar. A mí no me molestó mucho pero es verdad que el tren puede ser un poco ruidoso a según que horas pero por regla general entre las 00:00 y las 05:00 no pasan. Las habitaciones están separadas por una puerta corredera en vez de una pared. Quitando eso la verdad que nada que añadir.
• David (10/5): Great place to stay with friends - I loved that the Train station was right in front of the place. 711, lawson, famimart was very close by, as well as a supermarket that had cheap food Well I think it was the train noise but it didn't bother me as much since I'm a big city person so noise was not so bad
• Ｃｏｏｋｉｅ (5/5): - 住宿地理位置是優越的，對面就有便利店，附近都有美味食台，木津市場就在住宿後面，步行約8分鐘，距離大國町站及惠美須町站站步行大約3至5分鐘，JR新金宮就在樓下。 住宿設施齊全，環境清潔乾淨。 住宿位置就在鐵路旁，非常非常大的噪音，每晚都不能入睡，每晚只能在零晨1：00至5：00間是寧靜的，因為鐵路暫停。 更可笑的是入住當日飯桌上已擺放了4對耳塞，連住宿主人都默認了噪音🤦‍♀️ 但真的不會再入住了，入住5晚，每晚只睡幾個小時，太差了☹️☹️☹️

• Ross Abrera (10/5): We were satisfied with the accommodation and would recommend it to others. - The best thing about it was its proximity to the train stations. It’s also big for 2 guests, so it was fairly comfortable for us. The provision of kitchen utensils is very much appreciated. There’s no coffee nor tea.

• WEI-CHING (10/5): 住宿的品質高於價錢，本人非常滿意。 - 本次趟旅行一家四口，最大的小孩高中生，最小的國小生，住在這間民宿大小適中，機能極好的地點。我非常滿意 【優質地點】 今宮戎站一出站就看到，雖然今宮戎是小站去大景點需要轉，但是個人偏愛這種小站的美好。機能性來說，這裡距離木津市場非常近，附近還有玉出超市，採買當地食材非常地便利。 【交通便利】 1.從關西機場到這家民宿，搭乘對號的南海地鐵reip到新今宮，然後轉搭各站停靠的區間車，一站就到，非常快，千萬別打盹。 2.去環球影城，從今宮戎站→新今宮轉JR線→西九條轉往→環球影城。都不需要換月台，非常便利。 3.去神戶，從今宮戎站→新今宮轉JR線→大阪站→神戶三宮。 【優質住房】 1.我們住在10樓(頂樓)，有電梯。入住的前2天民宿的管理員傳MAIL親切的說明入住方式，非常清楚。 2.空間足夠攤開放3個大行李箱，玄關處有放置鞋子及行李廂的地方，走進來房間有右手邊有掛衣架，可以把背包、外套、帽子掛在這裡，讓落塵不進入室內。左手邊是廁所。接著你換看到廚房的流理台，前方有兩張雙人床，一張餐桌，四張椅子，一台大約65吋的電視機。 3.衛浴設施是乾濕分離，有廁所、浴室、洗手台。最喜歡洗衣機，每天回到民宿一定要洗衣，有衣架可以晾衣服，也有晾衣服的空間(陽台)。民宿有提供洗衣粉，還有一次性的備品(牙刷、梳子、挖耳棉花棒)、洗髮精、沐浴乳、洗手乳。 4.廚房：有小冰箱(冷度夠，可以製造冰塊)、加熱水壺、烤箱、微波爐、刨刀、菜刀、碗盤(美耐皿)、叉子、湯匙、鍋子。 5.有吸塵器、滾筒式黏紙，可以黏地上的貼頭髮和灰塵。 6.垃圾丟棄的方式，民宿會寫在本子上，照著做就對了。若有不懂的地方，可以透過BOOKING的訊息聯繫，他們回復的速度蠻快的，又親切。 覺得本次的住宿體驗，已經超出期待。若真的要挑剔的話，唯獨冷氣不夠冷，還有若有烘乾機更好。 以上提供給大家參考。

• David (5/5): Not for light sleepers - Softest beds of all stays in Japan Location was good Complimentary Ear plugs provided The only thing is there is a 5 track train station that runs maybe 10 trains every 6/8mins from 5.20am until midnight and nothing between your bedroom glass door balcony and the track.booking .com Pics & google street view didn't pick it up . We stayed out from 9am till 10 pm & slept ok with earplugs. Not for light sleepers though.
• Fiona (8/5): Clean, neat and spacious apartment - It was very spacious, had everything we needed, and train station just outside or within walking distance. You need to read the house manual to turn the hot water on - it's simple just a press of a button but we had never encountered this and didn't initially read the whole house manual.

Kitchen has very less utensils and microwave safe bowls to even heat up were not there. There was a single dustbin for the whole apartment. Separate dustbins for waste segregation were not there and we ended up segregating it on the last day.

• Joseph (10/5): Affordable & Pleasant - The location was good for myself and the family. Train station within a stones throw. Shops nearby open all hours. Walking distance to the zoo, city centre and many other attractions. We were a group of 4. The flat is perfect for two people, but can host 4 with a little squeeze, wasn't an issue for me but could be for others. Maybe the train station being so close you will hear that first train in the morning.
• Stanley (8/5): Very good - The strategic location and cheap offer for us! Check out time was too early and no luggage storage service was provided. Again, the hotel sign board couldn't been seen at night due to no spotlight to shine the signboard. As a consequence, we did waste a plenty of time to search the location.

• Hunter (9/5): Superb - The manual was a lovely surprise. It was detailed and covered pretty much any and all concerns. The room was clean, and I'm very grateful for the 2 separate codes to get in. And it was great being a few steps away from the station. I appreciate the manual left for us on how to operate the appliances, where to take the trash, etc. It was very helpful, though a few things might have been lost in translation. Example: for laundry, the manual says to set to standard, but doesn't tell you which option is standard. For trash, it tells you the general location of trash and recycling, but not where to place them once there. For check-in, there was supposed to be a tablet at the front desk, but there wasn't a tablet there our entire stay. And no mention of it missing, or what to do if it was gone. I'm nitpicking. Overall, the stay was great, and we were able to figure out the washer and trash with the help of our sibling, who is fluent in japanese.
• Dyg (10/5): Exceptional - The house is spacious. Comfortable for family of four! It’s near to station that doesn’t go around much to tourist attractions

It is extremly unstable, it goes online sometime but most of the time cannot connect to interent even all my devices e.g. Notebook / mobile phone etc. The online signal is not " ON " even I have reset the modem (turn off and on after a mintues)
