• Dieter (7/5): - Das Frühstück wurde im Hotel Sackmann direkt nebenan eingenommen. Das war ein kulinarische Highlight. Zimmer und Bad sind in die Jahre gekommen. Aber es war sauber und die Betten bequem.
• LUCIEN (9/5): Un séjour qui s'est avéré exceptionnel pour un hôtel 3* mais avec accès à la partie 4* - Le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel. Nous logions dans l'hôtel annexe 3* mais le petit déjeuner était servi dans l'établissement principal qui est de catégorie 4*. Là, le buffet du petit déjeuner et la qualité du service nous ont paru tout simplement exceptionnels. La variété des produits, les hôtesses d'accueil en nombre, les possibilités d'extras, ce fut vraiment une prestation hors du commun. La réception de l'annexe 3* est également délocalisée dans l'établissement principal 4*. La réceptionniste qui nous a accueilli, avec un drink d'accueil au choix, nous a également laissé un souvenir marquant. Bénéficier des prestations 4* en logeant dans une annexe 3* est un vrai plus. néant

• Frank (9/5): Erstklassige Lage, tolles Frühstück, sehr faires Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Wir waren an einem Wochenende zum Wandern hier und hatten eine gute Zeit. Erstklassige Lage um direkt ab Haus zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu starten. Kostenlose Parkplätze, Strassenbahn- Haltestelle 100 Meter, einfach perfekt. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und verfügte über die notwendige Ausstattung für Gäste, die nur zum Schlafen und Frühstücken da sind. Alles sehr sauber, hell und ein großer Balkon zur Murg. Prima! Mega super gutes Frühstück auf high end Level Niveau im Haupthaus und tolle Mitarbeiter:innen, die begeistern. Außergewöhnliches Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. da gab es nichts…

• Dieter (5/5): Das Hotel sieht gut aus, hat viel Personal , gutes Essen , wir haben schon besser Geschlafen. - Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Der Kaffee war so dünn, man konnte bei voller Tasse den Boden sehen. Bei uns nennt man das Blümchenkaffee, Die Laustärke beim Essen und die Wege zum Buffet.

Estaba todo limpio y muy cómodo. Sin duda para repetir. Un gran hotel con personal muy servicial. No me gustó su restaurante. No lo recomendaría. No nos ayudaron con el idioma y nos trataron como si les molestáramos. Encima tardaron 55 minutos en servirnos la comida. El hotel excelente y para repetir, el restaurante para no volver jamás.

• Sabine (3/5): Ich fühle mich betrogen. - Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Das Personal war nett aber hilflos. Die gebuchte Kategorie haben wir nicht erhalten und das Zuviel bezahlte Geld wurde nicht zurückerstattet.Man hat uns wirklich Marmelade als Ausgleich angeboten. Wir waren auch nicht die einzigen Gäste denen es so ging. Es ist eine Unverschämtheit wie man als Gast in diesem Hotel behandelt wird. Das Hotel hat keine eigene Rezeption,also ab durch den Regen. Zimmer war nicht sehr sauber. Gut zum Schlafen war’s ok. Beim Frühstück mussten wir um jedes einzelne Zuckerstängeli bitten und erhielten dann immer genau eines, armselig. Meine Beschwerde wegen der falschen Zimmerkategorie wurde angeschaut, dass der Müll meines Vorgängers noch im Zimmer lag , zur Kenntnis genommen.Ich finde es armselig wenn Hoteliers mit solchen Verhalten aufwartet. Leider ging es nicht nur mir so. Als wir ch wartete hörte ich immer wieder den gleichen Satz. Sie haben über einen Drittanbieter gebucht, da können wir nichts machen. Gott sei Dank hatte ich nur für eine Nacht gebucht.
• Ann (8/5): Erholsame und komfortable Tage mitten in der Natur. - Das Frühstück war herrlich. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber, schön eingerichtet und ruhig. Insgesamt freundliches Personal. Mit der KONUS Karte konnte man ganz Schwarzwald problemlos befahren. Kleine Reparaturen wären notwendig: Balkontürgriff; erloschene Spots im Badezimmer ersetzen.

• Marc (10/5): Erholsamer Aufenthalt! - Tolles und gemütliches Hotel! Sehr schöne Lage! Der Chef persönlich kommt beim Frühstücken und beim Abendessen an den Tisch, das hat mir sehr imponiert. Man bekommt für den Aufenthalt einen festen Tisch zugeteilt das hat mir ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Hundefreundliches Hotel und ich habe die Auszeit mit meinem Buddy sehr genossen. Gibt es nichts negatives zu sagen!

• Herman (9/5): Ontspannen, genieten van de omgeving de natuur en de frisse lucht, kortom Sackmann wanderhotel is een aangename aanrader - Het ontbijt was meer dan voortreffelijk, voor een ieder keuze genoeg. Het avondeten was te zout en er werd nauwelijks groente bij geserveerd.
• Sandra (6/5): Gut gelegen aber ausbaufähig - Die Lage war top !! Das Personal sehr freundlich unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt ! Das Frühstück war sehr ausreichend alles was das Herz begehrt ! Landschaftlich toll gelegen ! Sauber war es auch Das Essen im Tannenzäpfle war sehr lecker ! Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Wanderhotel was von der zimmergröße absolut ausreichend war allerdings sehr in die Jahre gekommen der Teppichboden hatte Flecken , es war aufgrund der Züge sehr laut und es war nicht dicht hat aus allen Ecken gezogen ! Zum Essen also die ersten zwei Tage haben wir abends im tannenzäpfle gegessen das war auch sehr gut und preislich noch in Ordnung am letzten Abend mussten wir dann in der Murgstube essen was nochmals deutlich teurer war aber was soll ich sagen war sehr enttäuscht ich hatte die käsespätzle mein Mann Pasta mit Pfifferlingen das Essen war ohne Liebe angerichtet und kein Geschmack !!! Für den Preis absolut nicht zu empfehlen! Man hat sich wie Menschen zweiter Klasse gefühlt weil wir im etwas günstigeren Wanderhotel gebucht haben das fand ich nicht so toll! Das ganze Personal war gefühlt krank hat gehustet und die Nase geputzt und das am Frühstückstisch! Zum Essen !

• Smits (8/5): Prettig verblijf in zwarte woud. Restaurant in wanderhotel is traditionele keuken, in sackman hotel restaurant luxe en c - Grote kamer met balkon, prima bedden. Ontbijt was geweldig uitgebreid en luxe, echt heerlijk.mooi aan een riviertje en je loopt zo de wandelroutes op. Douche en badkamer is klein en oud.

• Dirk (7/5): Gutes Standortquartier für Wanderungen mit Renovierungsbedarf - Frühstück excellent, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, bei Anfragen sofortige Reaktion (fehlender Rauchmelder und fehlende Glühbirne) Teppichboden in Zimmer 5107 sehr abgenutzt, Zimmer wohl noch nicht renoviert. Das Wanderhotel ist teilweise auch Mitarbeiter-Unterkunft und es war zeitweise unangenehm laut nachts( aber das wurde nach kurzer Info an der Rezeption abgestellt).

• Angelika (7/5): sonst war der Aufenthalt gut - waren mit e-bike unterwegs, dafür wurde für Unterbringung in Garage und Laden € 5,00 pro Fahrrad verlangt. Das ist bis jetzt einmalig! Zumal es dann an Steckdosen fehlte und nur ein Fahrrad eingesteckt werden konnte. Wenn schon € 5,00 verlangt wird, sollte das know how wenigstens stimmen.
• Véronique (7/5): Séjour très décevant - Le point fort de cet établissement est le restaurant. Dîner délicieux et petit déjeuner exceptionnel tant par l'abondance des mets proposés que par leur qualité et par l'efficacité du service. En outre très grande gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel en général. Mauvaises surprises dès l'arrivée : l'hôtel Sackmann par son emplacement n'a rien du lieu romantique vanté par le site. Situé au bord d'une route très passante et bruyante, sans jardin ni espace vert attenant, au milieu d'un ensemble de constructions mordernes et à l'architecture d'inspiration locale bien artificielle.Les lieux de promenades et randonnées sont assez éloignés. Enfin on vous annonce d'emblée que vous n'allez pas loger dans l'hôtel lui-même (lequel avait quand même l'avantage d'une décoration moderne et raffinée) mais (pour le même prix) à l'établissement d'à côté (raison non spécifiée), lieu assez triste où l'on découvre une chambre certes spacieuse, mais vieillotte (moquette au sol plus que décrépite) à la décoration surannée. Bref les photos cachent savamment la réalité et le Sackmann n'a rien du lieu de vacances idéales ...

• Margo (9/5): Super! - Die Zimmereinrichtung mit Holzvertäferung und großen TV. Das Zimmer war sauber und großzügig. Die Matratzen waren mir persönlich einen tick zu hart, aber lieber so wie zu weich.

Petit déjeuner excellent avec choix immense. Dîner dans l'hôtel principal trop gastronomique à notre goût. Prix très élevé pour qq qui n'a pas la demi pension. Service dans le restaurant à revoir. Très lent et beaucoup d'oubli. Même pas reçu ma bouteille de vin à 55€. Heureusement qu'une gentille serveuse a pris le relais et c'est excusé plusieurs fois. Malheureusement c'était trop tard pour le vin, on avait fini de manger.

• Gabriela (8/5): Lovely setting, excellent breakfast, tasty dinners at the restaurant Tannenzäpfle with very kind and welcoming staff, ex - We booked two nice large bedrooms with a balcony overlooking the river. Ample parking. Quiet location. Very kind and friendly staff. The food in the Tannenzäpfle restaurant was excellent. We were given free train passes for the duration of our stay. The only thing we didn’t like about our stay was having to go for breakfast to the large hotel next door, where we were treated as second class guests, having to sit in a completely separate breakfast room. The self service buffet breakfast was delicious, but quite a long walk backwards and forwards to our breakfast table in the separate breakfast room.

• Jose (7/5): For the price, go somewhere else - Super big room, comfortable bed, good location, and very nice breakfast. Nice and tasty options in the restaurant. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but there were too many small negative things: - The hotel has a sister building just crossing the street, where breakfast is served. Every single time we (and other people) had to wait to be seated, with the staff just wandering around asking their supervisor who goes where… - If you call yourself a “hiking hotel / Wanderhotel” you cannot serve breakfast at 08:00. Hikers like to start their days very early. - The restaurant is superb in terms of food quality, but the service is not matching the level. Whereas the staff is (mostly) polite and professional, we had to wait until a first course was served (on the table) to be able to order wine, which took too long to arrive (came with the second course). That you don’t expect from a Michelin-awarded restaurant… - While an amuse-bouche is of course a prerogative of the restaurant, either it’s served or it isn’t. We got it the first night, whereas the other two nights we didn’t get it, but tables next to ours did (people who arrived before and after us). - The staff in general was very polite (except for one rude waiter), but all seem a bit lost. It’s a management problem, not a staff problem.
• Angelo (9/5): A cozy hiking hotel that is a great value for your money. - it is a cozy little hotel in the Black Forest, perfect for a night’s sleep after a long hike. The restaurant at the hotel was cozy and had great service and the breakfast at the sister hotel next door is the best I have ever had. The ability to use the amenities at the sister hotel make this a great value for the money. The pictures on Booking are a little misleading. The hotel is actually on a main road. The pictures you see of the building set out in nature, overlooking mountains is actually the panoramic hut, used only for dining, that is also owned by the same company.
