• Kay (9/5): Fabulous few days and managed 4 theatre shows. - Excellent location especially for the theatres. Most places all within easy walking distance. The Breakfast Club was next door to the property and was yummy!

• Beatriz (10/5): - Todo. La ubicación es excelente. El apartamento prácticamente nuevo, con todo lo que se necesita para pasar unos días. Tiene cafetera Nespresso, kettle, microondas, horno, plancha, secador, lavavajillas, nevera y lavadora. La calefacción regulable, buena ventilación.... Lo tiene todo. Cerca de varios supermercados, rodeada de bares y restaurantes.... No hay nada negativo en este alojamiento. Todo súper! Si vuelvo a Londres y los precios siguen siendo similares, sin duda repetiré. Nada. Todo es positivo.
• Rocío (10/5): Perfecto! - Ubicación estratégica para recorrer el centro de Londres a pie. Era un segundo sin ascensor, pero estábamos al tanto y no era un problema para nosotros. Wifi, calefacción y agua caliente estupendos y el apartamento está muy bien. El sofá cama era cómodo, pero no el colchón donde dormí.

• Hussain (9/5): - The location was amazing, and apartment is good and compfy. And you can find everything you need in it. The following issues were minor. Only stairs are available. And the A/C units in the bed rooms are small and can barely do the job.

• Giannis (9/5): - Ήταν άνετο για την τετραμελή οικογένεια μας,αρκετά καθαρό με όλα όσα χρειαζεσαι σε πολύ καλή περιοχή ….πολλή φασαρία και θόρυβος αλλά κλείνοντας τα παράθυρα δεν ακουγότανε….δυστυχώς τις μέρες που είμασταν είχε αφόρητη ζέστη …αναγκαζόμαστε να κλείσουμε για να μπορέσουμε να κοιμηθούμε….και σκάγαμε από την ζέστη…οι άνθρωποι φυσικά είχαν εξοπλίσει το διαμέρισμα με 3 κινητούς ανεμιστήρες …χωρίς αυτούς η κατάσταση θα ήταν πολύ δύσκολη… Ευχαριστούμε

Starting from the check-in to the location, the amenities, the host response - it was all fantastic. I can’t write enough about the location - all major tourist spots and eateries are within a walking distance - it’s a buzzing place full of life and magic. Frankie thank you for making our trip a memorable one. Will highly recommend the place to anyone visiting London and is looking for a convenient and classy place. Though it’s in Soho we didn’t feel the noise from the bedrooms at all Not a thing that I didn’t like

• Zilya (10/5): Exceptional - The location is fabulous! The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Great soundproofing, considering it is on a busy street. The hosts were attentive and responded promptly to the messages.
• Jing (9/5): Superb - Location was great. I love the windows that looks out to the busy street. Many restaurants and bars right outside the door. The bathroom does not have a vent so it was a steam room after a few minutes of showering. The second bedroom feels very small.

• Jeunia31 (8/5): Wonderful stay and Walking distance to anything you could think. - It was at the center of everything so very accessible, can accommodate 6 persons, 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed holding 2 persons although i booked for 6 persons, only 5 of us went so it was very nice. The Entrance always smelled good and very well lit.. The door to the apartment was also digitized so that was cool. The apartment is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge and washing machine. They offered a mid-stay cleaning option which was great however not enough trash bags were given for 9 days we stayed or enough towels to last for 9 days. They did provide us with washing pods, toilets cleaning supplies etc which did help a lot. They have an electric dryer rack so that was a plus as well as a dishwasher. TV is old fashioned so you cannot put your Netflix or even mirror any of your device but that's alright, with the entertainment of people right outside the main window, we had a lot to watch lol.. We still enjoyed the place though and had a great time, and a home to come back to every day after visiting the city. When i tell you it's quick access to everything, I'm not lying, there is everything in the area we got the apartment which was the Old Compton Street. Walking distance to main theaters, Piccadilly Circus, Stores, Parks etc, this was the major reason why we love this building's location. We were literally 2 mins walking distance from everything in all directions. A lot of people always lining up at the entrance so quite frightening when you try to put your code for the door as they are all looking. They often ask question like "what's the code, is this an airbnb or is this a secret club, can we go inside". No elevators, we were on the second level and there is up to 4 levels, so with our suitcases was quite a chaotic moment checking in and out on our first and last day since we stayed for 9 days and shopped a lot, we had quite the heavy 8 full suitcases. Once inside the apartment we did realize that it was not sound proof, you could hear everything going on outside until AM on the streets and people in the building could even hear my daughter talk while the door is shut and we were all inside. I experienced it myself when coming back one day thought, they had open the main door but my daughter was just casually talking to my mother and i could hear them. The washing machine is super noisy, vibrate the whole building while doing a load and do not dry your clothes FYI although it had the drying option. There was also a stove however it was dirty we didn't even touch it. The bathroom doesn't have enough lighting so with no windows or anything, it was pretty dark in there with dark color tiles, not the best.. Bathroom was not cleaned properly, I took a tissue and wiped the floor and it was dark whatever came out, but I believe because there is not much airflow, can't expect much..
• Sharanya (5/5): Ok stay nothing great - Location was amazing Very bad communication with the owners. We asked if they can come clean the bathroom once no reply. We asked if there’s quiet hours since the place and other renters were very loud got no reply

• Irene (9/5): Nice apartment with the best location in town. - Frankie was nice and kind. The apartment has all the facilities we needed. Warm and cozy flat. Above all, the best location! The noises from the street and the upper apartments. For us, the size of 1 bedroom was smaller than it seems on pics.
• Aislinn (7/5): Good - Clean, modern apartment in a fantastic location. The property was great but the customer service was poor. We arrived to the apartment Saturday evening and noticed there were no sheets/towels out for the sofa bed for our fifth guest, and no instructions as to where we could find them. I repeatedly texted and called the emergency number provided and got no response until the following evening to say that the sheets were under the couch cushions. For the first night we had to squeeze 3 adults in one of the double beds which was quite uncomfortable. God help us if we were actually having trouble getting into the apartment that evening..
• Ira (5/5): good stay, wish they have better service - Liked the size and location but we choose the place for these reasons. The location is great, the rooms are nice size, they have USB outlets to charge phones but ... the amenities are scarce. asked for extra toiletries, bed covers and toilet paper - none was provided. Extremely unhelpful staff. I wouldn't recommend this place due to its lack of service. The windows don't open either so the rooms were quite stuffy even though it was gorgeous outside.

• Ashley (9/5): I would love to stay here again sometime in the future! - The location was perfect, incredibly central to everything we wanted to walk to in London as well Tottenham court road station and multiple bus stops. Our party was able to comfortably sleep in the flat and had a great time. Having the large common space to rest/hang out in helped us bond throughout the trip. The host was quick to communicate with when we had questions. Having the laundry machine in the living room was convenient, especially as we stayed for two weeks. All in all, we loved our stay here and made memories that we won't forget!

• David (4/5): A perfect location but the apartment needs some changes - the location is supper close to the night life at the soho, in the middle of the city. the apartments is equipped with everything. the noise of the crowded streets is high and you can hear it from the street. the water pressure is low.
• Nicola (9/5): We had a fun stay in this very centrally located flat. - Spacious and cleverly designed. Well equipped throughout. Lovely and clean. Beds are on the hard side.
