• Ann (7/5): Nice stay in basic clean studio room, in a good location for where we wanted to go - Location was good and street was fairly quiet. Found it to be clean and access was easy with good instructions for location and entry. Hyde Park end of road, lots of restaurants just around the corner with a nice buzz. 18 min walk to Rail Station. Easy to walk to Oxford Street, shops and attractions. Plenty of buses going along Bayswater Road. The only problem was the bed, says Double on Booking.com site, (should be visible that it's a small double NOT DOUBLE) when in fact the bed was only a 4ft a little snug for 2 adults especially as it was rather warm. Mattress was too soft very squidgy
• Natasha (6/5): Mixed review - Location was good. Good coffee capsules. Lovely shower. Hottest day in London and it was so hot on the fourth floor - did have a fan but that just blew hot air around. Need to consider an air conditioning unit. Bed a small double. Telly didn’t work on any channels - thankfully could use Netflix.

• Brooklyn (7/5): Good value for money - Decent location. Close to the train station and Hyde park which was great. Also having a fridge, microwave and coffee machine was great. I wouldn’t stay here in Summer. Even though it was 5 degrees outside we were hot.

Comodo anche lo spostamento da e per l’aeroporto di Heatrow. Camera piccola con tutto il necessario. Check in facile e veloce. Bagno molto piccolo. Negli appartamenti interrati piccole finestre che danno sulle scale.

It was also very clean and nice, i read some comments before leaving and i was afraid it would be too loud at night/early in the morning, but with some simple earplugs the situation was totally okay. THE BED. I’m one of those person who sleeps everywhere but this bed really tested me. Terrible :(

• Brownlow (10/5): Excellent location, easy to access and locate, great facilities, clean and quiet. - Location is amazing. Everything you need for a stay in one of the nicest parts London has to offer centrally. Nice and quiet, I actually had to work 0400-1400 days and I great nights sleep. The bed has a bit of a dip in it but a great place to stay for one or partners wanting to holiday or work in the capital. The bed has a dip in it, and although the wifi was fine for working on my laptop, it struggled to support streaming videos or doing video calls on my phone.

• Sofia (7/5): Carino, comodo per la posizione e pulito. Ma con delle cose decisamente da rivedere - La doccia era perfetta e super nuova. La pulizia molto buona e anche la posizione davvero perfetta, a pochissimi minuti a piedi dalla metro e a soli 30 min a piedi da Oxford streat; in più a due minuti anche Kensington Park davvero bellissimo. Il supermercato é a 5 min a piedi e così anche molti altri negozi e Bakery. I mobili erano datati, scortecciati e rendevano la struttura un po’ usurata. Il letto era eccessivamente morbido. Ma il problema vero è il bagno perché era eccessivamente piccolo, se qualcuno é un po’ più alto deve necessariamente tenere la porta aperta per sedersi sul water perché é non c’è spazio.

Pewnym zaskoczeniem było że to jednak piwnica ale w Londynie to chyba standard no i zostalismy uprzedzeni bardzo szczegółową instrukcǰą wejścia z filmikiem.

• Peter (9/5): Very cal at a great location on the top floor - Very calm apartment at the top floor looking out at trees.... Very clean. It's quite compact for a studio, and it is on the fourth floor without an elevator: only for the sporty types :-)

Il letto è piccolo per due,la stanza già a maggio era molto calda e nn c'è il clima,ci sono molte scale per arrivare al piano che dopo una giornata in giro si fanno sentire.

Appartamentino piccolo, pulito, con cialde the/caffè a disposizione e mini cucinino (noi non l’abbiamo mai usato ma volendo c’è, anche se gli spazi sono piuttosto stretti). Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, nel complesso consigliato. L’insonorizzazione era piuttosto scarsa, dal piano terra si sentivano molti rumori (tra apertura porta, persone sulle scale), il bagno è molto piccolo.
• Chrysa (9/5): great location, clean, easy access - The location was perfect! In just a minute we were at Kennsington park. We used to walk through the park to get to the city sights, which made everything smooth and relaxing, so we didn't have to worry about taking the tube (but even whe we did, the station was very close). The appartment was very clean. We had breakfast every day in the appartment, because the kitchen was very well equipped. The bed was small for 2 people (but comfortable). If we had stayed longer maybe this would be a bigger problem. Everything was small (the room, the shower, the kitchen), but we knew it in advance (they even sent us a video room tour before arrival) so we were ok with it.
• Salvetti (10/5): Consigliatissimo - Mi è piaciuto molto l hotel, super Ben posizionato a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metro che rimane nella zona 1 a poche fermate dal centro di Londra, letto comodo, bagno piccolo rispetto alla stanza ma con tutto, terrazzo accessibile, cucina, stanza pulita. Unico aspetto negativo sono le tende della stanza che fanno entrare luce dalle prime ore del mattino ma nulla che non si possa superare.

• Oliver (3/5): Below average considering the cost. Would not recommend. - The only positive was that the apartment was very clean. The apartment was disappointing overall. It felt very basic, with a loud, echoey atmosphere that made it uncomfortable to relax. The lighting was particularly poor - only harsh ceiling lights were provided, with no bedside lamps or softer options, which made the evening unpleasant. The blinds were worn out and ineffective, allowing street lights to shine through at night. While the main room was a reasonable size, the bathroom was extremely cramped and difficult to move around in. Additionally, there was a significant amount of noise from the street outside (though this isn’t entirely the apartment’s fault). I stayed in Apartment 4.

• Simone (9/5): Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt - alles war äußerst sauber und die Lage einfach perfekt. - Die Lage war sehr gut, direkt neben dem Kensington Park. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Bus und U-Bahn), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurants waren auch in nächster Nähe. Also alles perfekt! In der letzten Nacht haben Mitbewohner über uns die ganze Nacht extrem laut gefeiert. Die Tage zuvor war es angenehm ruhig.

• Logan (7/5): - The bathroom was nice and clean and the bed comfortable. It was enough for a short stay. Wouldn't recommend staying longer than a week. It's very small. The provided "kitchenette" is so you barely have space to do anything so we didn't use it. The last two nights we were visited by a mouse who got into our stuff and peed and pooed in our bags.

The other guests were reasonably quiet as well. The bathroom wash basin was very small and the appartment doors rattled a little when people were coming in and out.

• Mirko (8/5): Posizione comoda a due passi della metro, vicino a quartiere con molti negozi e ristoranti - Posizione centrale e molto pulito, vengono offerte cialde del caffè e tè, zucchero ma non l'acqua. Lavandino piccolissimo non comodo per pulirsi la faccia etc. Il letto è alla francese e con un lato attaccato al muro, quindi non c'è molto spazio.

• SONIA (7/5): Estudio más o menos funcional, alejado del ruido de la ciudad, pero práctico. - La ubicación está muy bien para conectar en metro con los sitios emblemáticos de Londres, hay dos paradas seguidas a dos calles del apartamento, 5 min. El acceso al apartamento es muy cómodo con cajetín y su llave dentro que te da independencia a la hora del chec in y el check out. Barrio muy tranquilo, alejado de bares y pub. Es un apartamento (bueno, estudio) un poco pequeño, todo muy reducido. A destacar, pero no para bien, la cama de "matrimonio", es un colchón de agua, MUY MUY BLANDO y es algo incómoda, a parte no mide ni 1,05 ni 1,35, calculamos que mediría 1,20 (sí, medida extraña) por lo que dos personas, duermen más o menos, pero es pequeña y súper blanda. No tienen tostador. Mesa redonda MUY PEQUEÑA.

• Punzo (7/5): Bella zona ma... - Ottima posizione, la casa era vicina a tre supermercati e a una via ricca di servizi. Inoltre si hanno due stazioni della metro e altrettante stazioni bus. I letti erano molto comodi e la cucina molto funzionale La stanza in sé non aveva seri problemi... una piccola nota che volevo fare é che il bagno (cieco) aveva un odore poco gradevole, cosa che abbiamo risolto io e la mia ragazza tempo un'oretta, inoltre c'erano alcune formiche zona piano cottura.

• Anita (9/5): Il mini rifugio perfetto - Posizione ottimale con tantissimi autobus e metro, il parco a due passi e varie opzioni tra ristoranti market e bakery. È ben attrezzato anche se piccolino, tutte le prese hanno anche la porta USB che è sicuramente più comoda che viaggiare con l'adattatore. La mini cucina è essenziale ma funzionale noi l'abbiamo sfruttata per due sere su tre, inoltre per la colazione c'è té caffé, bollitore e macchinetta nespresso con cialde. Bagno pulito e confortevole, forniscono i teli e tantissimi shampoo, bagnoschiuma e saponette. L'armadio all'ingresso è grande e molto comodo per lasciare giacche vestiti in modo da non avere le valige in mezzo visto lo spazio ristretto. Forniscono anche due cuscini aggiuntivi decisamente apprezzati. Sicuramente per stare molto tempo se si hanno bagagli ingombranti non è comodissimo ma per i nostri standard è stata un'ottima soluzione qualità prezzo, ci avrei passato anche più tempo. Purtroppo non ci sono appoggi o comodini vicino al letto, quindi anche se ci sono le prese noi appoggiavamo i telefoni a terra o dietro i cuscini. La finestra del bagno è molta dura, non siamo riusciti ad aprirla. Nel cucinino manca la cappa che per uno spazio piccolino avrebbe fatto comodo ma tutto sommato la grande finestra ha compensato. Infine noi eravamo nell'appartamento a piano terra e la porta d'ingresso ha uno sblocco molto rumoroso, da dentro la stanza si sente tutto quello che succede in corridoio. Per noi non è stato un gran disagio ma di certo per chi ha il sonno leggero può essere fastidioso.

• Kim (9/5): Great affordable apartment near Hyde Park and tube stations. - Clean, comfortable, spacious enough for 2 people, fully equipped kitchenette. Access to washer and dryer on second floor of main building. Close to multiple tube stations and bus stops. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. No luggage storage for early arrival or checkout, coin payment needed to operate washer and dryer, no air conditioning- fan was provided in apartment but would have been uncomfortable if outside temperature was warmer.

• Giorgia.nini (7/5): Così così - Posizione ottimale per la vicinanza a due linee metropolitane Stanza (monolocale?!) proprio piccola, letto da una piazza e mezza con cuscini piatti, non è presente la cappa (quindi se si usa l'angolo cottura vapori e odori ovunque), assenza di scolapasta (come anche di zucchero, olio e sale...), mobile del bagno rovinato dall'umidità (bagno cieco con ventilazione forzata forse poco sufficiente). Consiglio di portarsi dietro prolunghe (soprattutto per asciugarsi i capelli, le prese nel bagno non funzionano e l'unico specchio è lì) e prese UK.
• Carla (9/5): Genial para finde en pareja - Apartamento pequeño pero con todo lo necesario. Bien para pasar unos días, pero igual para mas de 3-4 días se vuelve un poco agobiante. La ubicación es perfecta, el barrio tranquilo y con todo lo necesario cerca.

• Giulia (6/5): Bello ma… - La posizione è ottima: vicina ad Hyde Park, due stazioni della metro Queensway (rossa) e Bayswater (gialla). La nostra stanza (n. 1) non era piccola come letto in altre recensioni, anzi era molto spaziosa e gli spazi erano gestiti bene. Cucina con utensili giusti per preparazioni veloci. Comunicazioni ottime sebbene non c’è la reception. Pensavo che qualcuno che commenti esagerasse con la storia della scomodità del letto. Spoiler: è davvero scomodissimo, scricchiolante ed a me ed il mio compagno è venuto mal di schiena.

• roger (5/5): - Ubicació i practicitat Insonorització dels apartaments era molt dolenta i s'escoltava tot el que feia la resta de gent de l'edifici, ha estat dificil dormir.

• Bruna (5/5): - La posizione Una settimana non sono state mai cambiare le asciugamano, e mai pulito , essendo camera con piccolo cucinino, non cerano ne strofinacci ,e ne scopa, e poi spero che abbiamo risotto unaltro problema ,che non scrivo per rispetto
