• Lea (10/5): Incroyable! Je recommande à 100% 😍 un vrai havre de paix avec un jardin somptueux - Petit déjeuner incroyable avec beaucoup de choix ! Vue incroyable depuis la piscine ! Personnel adorable et au petits soins L’hôtel possède une petite salle de sport Literie très confortable et chambre spacieuse climatisée Nous avons eu besoin de partir à l’hôpital en urgence et l’hotel nous a directement mis à disposition un chauffeur pour faire l’aller retour dans la soirée pour un prix très abordable. L’hôtel est situé à 35mn en voiture du centre de sidemen. Prévoir de louer un scooter ou taxi pour se déplacer.

Mix the offerings possibly by introducing some daily specials. Breakfast could have some more variety but no complaints about quality. Some dishes came to the table less than hot.

Don’t recommend to stay there for a long time, there is not much to do around, except if you are going to go on excursions provided by hotel. • Dillon (10/5): - This place is definitely set up with one thing in mind - the view. And it is MAGNIFICENT. Very inspiring getaway to relax and write. The staff are incredible. Yuda was the kindest person in the world with a smile that warmed me up every time! If you are looking for a true fancy resort with yoga, spa, wellness, gym, etc, this is not the place. It has those things, just not in grand resort fashion. But this place is great. 100% recommended.

• Maria (10/5): Ein atemberaubender Ausblick - Die Aussicht des Hotels ist atemberaubend! Genau so, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen! Alleine deshalb lohnt sich der Aufenthalt hier. In Verbindung mit dem Infinity Pool einfach traumhaft. Wir hatten als vierköpfige Familie zwei Zimmer gebucht (Deluxe Room with Mountain View & Suite with Pool View). Einige Zimmer verfügen über eine Verbindungstür. Leider war es bei uns nicht der Fall. Allerdings lagen unsere Zimmer nebeneinander, das war praktisch! Das Hotel besteht seit 2023 und ist top gepflegt! Die Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Nähe zum Besaki Tempel und den Vulkanen ist Vorteilhaft. Zum Tempel sind wir ca. 10 min gefahren! Das Essen im Restaurant war auch sehr lecker! Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig!

We took a room with a mountain view and didn’t regret it. It was a bit more expensive, but definitely worth it. As for everything else, I’d say it’s fine — not outstanding, but perfectly decent.

• rico (8/5): Waar voor je geld op een unieke locatie - Zeer mooi hotel met een prachtig uitzicht over de Agung mountain. De kamers zijn ook erg goed. We hadden bij de buitendeur een kleine mierenkolonie maar dat werd per direct goed opgelost! Het personeel is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Je kreeg zelfs een afternoon high tea. Het ontbijt was lekker en de porties waren een prima formaat. De mini gym is extreem mini, verwacht er niets van. Het is ook extreem heet daar binnen. Het zwembadwater was daarentegen weer erg koud helaas. Het diner is te duur voor wat je krijgt, we betaalde zelfs voor een glazen fles water van 350 ml omgerekend 4 euro, dat is echt schandalige afzetterij. Dus zorg voordat je hier heen gaat dat je genoeg water meeneemt. De pizzabodem was ook niet erg lekker, het was eerder een soort brood/koekdeeg dan een pizzabodem en het duurde zeer lang voordat het eten geserveerd werd. De excursies die worden aangeboden zijn ook echt te duur, boek die ergens anders. De taxiprijs naar Sanur was wel netjes en goed geregeld. Overigens wegwerpslippers in 2026 kan echt niet meer, die kan je namelijk tussen het koraal vinden over een paar weken aangezien in Bali al het afval in zee/ravijn gestort wordt. Ook kleine zeerpverpakkingen zijn eerder een vloek dan een zegen, stop daar mee

Hotel oferuje co prawda własne taksówki, jednak ceny przejazdów są zdecydowanie zawyżone w stosunku do pokonywanej odległości. Za kwoty, które proponowano za krótki kurs do pobliskiego sklepu, można byłoby dojechać nawet do innego miasta. Kolejnym dużym rozczarowaniem były śniadania. W ofercie wyraźnie zaznaczono, że śniadanie jest także w formie bufetu, co okazało się niezgodne z prawdą. Posiłki serwowane są wyłącznie w formie à la carte.

I highly recommend it. I especially want to thank Ms. Ratna, the staff member in charge. Instead of palm oil in cooking (it's both unhealthy and leaves a very bad smell), it would be much better if they used butter, especially in meat dishes, and olive oil or sunflower oil in vegetable dishes. People from regions like ours, who are not used to palm oil, would enjoy the flavor much more.

• Shahzaib (9/5): Stunning views, professional staff and good service But do not expect much eateries around this area - The Mountain View Was magnificent and the room was clean. Free tea was provided each day. The surroundings of the hotel was so peaceful with Stunning views of Mount Agung and Mount Batur. Staff was really helpful one of them suggested the places to be around this area. They also removed the lizard from the room upon our request. Make sure to get Grab/Gojek for tours as it will be far more cheaper than what the hotel will offer you. The restaurant was not good especially at dinner times, We were literally hungry since the morning and had to sleep empty stomach. We ordered main course and desserts and they brought the desserts before the main course. The dessert also contained Ice cream. When we asked them to wait for the dessert as first we wanted to have our dinner. They took it away and brought the main course in which one item's meat was so chewy that we had to send it back and the way they fixed it was beyond our comprehension that they put the same meat on the bread instead of baguette as if the issue was with the baguette. Anyways at the time of desserts, they served the same thing with melted ice cream. We did not touch it and sent it back and thus we had to sleep empty stomach. We were refunded for that though.

Hotel kamer, Kasten kapot, slechte afwerking, lelijk stucwerk en slechte reparaties, slecht geverfd, algemene afwerking 4/10 "dit is niet wat je verwacht door de foto's en prijs stelling" Gebouw in zijn geheel slecht onderhouden en ik twijfel of ik hier Prijs voor laagseizoen was acceptabel, voor vol tarief is het te duur voor wat je krijgt

The pool is clean and with plenty sunbeds. The best thing at the hotel is the staff, from reception to restaurant and housekeeping. Everyone is super friendly and helpfull. The food in the restaurant is delicious, they even served free afternoon tea/coffee. The room smelled a bit damp and had no fridge. Breakfast had the be ordered the day before.

• Nadezda (10/5): Всё понравилось! - Отдыхали двое суток в этом замечательном отеле.Встретили с прохладительными напитками,и радужным приветствием.В номере все было комфортно и чисто.Завтраки были вкусные,сытные и на выбор.Так как отель находиться в деревне,то ни ресторанов ,ни варунгов,ни алкоголя встретить не пришлось,ужинали в ресторане при отеле.Все очень вкусно,и ценник адекватный.Очень качественное обслуживание,персонал доброжелательный и приветливый.Опоздали на завтрак,так как были на ночной экскурсии,и нас всё равно покормили,не смотря на время.При выселении подарили презент,коробочку с фруктами.Так же стоит отметить великолепный вид из ресторана,и некоторых номеров.Бассейн чистый и теплый.Есть небольшой тренажерный зал.Если снова поедем на сервер Бали,то обязательно снова остановимся в этом отеле! • Gregor_K (9/5): A nice hotel with a view to the volcano - A very nice hotel with great view to the volcano. The pool is really nice, the view astonishing, and food in restaurant really good. The rooms are nice, not too huge, but just right. But if you want privacy you need to keep your courtins closed :) The hotel is a bit far away from a major town, but if you need basic shopping or so - one can walk to a night market or a shop - it is a 15 minutes walk. It's not possible to get a grab there, but the hotel organizes transport if it is needed.

• Maria (9/5): - Reservamos una habitación con un descuento de más del 50% por lo que la relación calidad-precio fue excelente. Las vistas y la piscina son lo mejor. El servicio de habitaciones está muy bien y el staff es muy amable. Nos quedamos dos noches. La primera el desayuno nos pareció escaso y pareció premeditado. Tras revisar lo que debía incluir comprobamos que no nos habían servido varios platos. Tras comunicarlo en recepción, la segunda mañana el servicio fue muy bueno. Recomiendo que compruebes que te sirven todo lo que corresponde.

Food at the restaurant could certainly be improved. Lots of choice but some strange flavours/tastes. The hotel misses charm. No place to lounge except for the room or swimming pool. We felt scammed with our tour. We did mount batur via a Jeep, initially we were told 780k per person. The morning of departure it became 900k (they gave us the wrong price via Whatsapp) and while checking out it turned into 1.25 million because of tax and additional service charges which were NOT mentioned before the tour. All expenses at this hotel were excluding these chargers, in the restaurant they were mentioned. We needed to catch our flight so not much to be done about it. Would NOT stay here again.

Les cooking class proposés sont excellents le tout avec un de cadre de vue magnifique. Les massages proposés sont excellents, relaxation garantie !!! Rien.
• Mary-Jane (8/5): Große Hotelanlage in gehobenerer Preisklasse für örtliche Verhältnisse - Schöne Anlage des Hotels, Zimmer gut und sauber. Im Restaurant ist die Auswahl im enthaltenen Frühstück ok. Die balinesische Massage war sehr gut. Allgemein haben wir auf unser Essen im Restaurant manchmal länger warten müssen. Haben das Hotel hauptsächlich aufgrund der Aussicht gebucht, der Mount Agung war aber leider die meiste Zeit unseres Aufenthalts nicht sichtbar. Im Vergleich zu unseren anderen Aufenthalten in Bali ein eher teures Hotel.

• Aurélie (10/5): Parfait ! - Il faut etre difficile pour ne pas aimer l'endroit. C'est a 15min du temple Besakih et l'hôtel propose tout un tas d'activités ! Les chambres sont confortables et le personnel est plus qu'adorable. Vous pouvez demander quelque chose ils feront leur maximum pour vous le trouver. La vue est incroyable surtout lorsqu'il fait grand beau. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir ! Un petit frigo aurait été appréciable dans la chambre standard mais les chambres sont fraîches donc ca passe. C'est vraiment un mini bémol.

Doporučujeme! - Pokoj s výhledem na sopku, opravdu Velmi příjemný a ochotný personál, pomohli, poradili,.měli jsme se nako v bavlnce 🫶 Opravdu vše super. Snad jen, že se nám nepodařilo ochutnat jejich Experimentální snídani, protože od ní měli málo porcí. Ale to není nic zásadního.
