• Anna (10/5): A dream place to relax - A wonderful place run with tremendous commitment and care for its guests. Attention to detail and aesthetics. Very clean. We were impressed by the young (and very committed) owner and the entire staff. Delicious breakfasts. Wonderful restaurant. Quiet room. We slept perfectly. I highly recommend this place.
• Alonso (10/5): - A wonderful place perched on top of a hill overlooking the Tuscan olive trees. Every little detail is carefully considered, with harmony and impeccable taste throughout. The welcome is warm, and the service is both discreet and genuinely attentive. We travelled with our dog, who was treated like a prince. • IOANNA (10/5): - Ένα σικ και κομψό ξενοδοχείο στην Τοσκάνη, που μας εντυπωσίασε με το στυλ και την άνεσή του. Το προσωπικό ήταν απίστευτα φιλικό και πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε κάθε τι. Ένα τεράστιο ευχαριστώ στη Ρομπέρτα για την άψογη εξυπηρέτηση και φυσικά στον John που ήταν ένας άριστος οικοδεσπότης – έκαναν τη διαμονή μας πραγματικά ξεχωριστή. Δεν βρήκαμε τίποτα αρνητικό.
• Susanna (10/5): Kulinarisches Highlight in wunderbarer Lage - Überaus herzlicher Empfang von Roberta und sehr freundliche Betreuung durch das ganze Team des Hotels und dessen Besitzer John. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll renoviert und wir hatten ein komfortables Zimmer mit schöner Aussicht über das weite Land und auf den bezaubernden Garten. Vor unserem Zimmer gab es auch einen Salon mit mehreren gemütlichen Sitzgruppen. Außer dem guten Frühstück haben wir vor allem das hervorragende Abendessen im Restaurant genossen.

And a charming attitude. - We loved the wonderful hospitality of Roberta at the hotel and Dasha the waitress at the restaurant. The design is stunning, the view is spectacular and everything is accurate. Stairs to the room and it is not possible to open a window because you are flying in.

Une jolie piscine mais hors sol, car impossible de creuser une piscine dans le village.
• Burnet (10/5): A really excellent small 5* hotel - In every conceivable way Palazzi Tiglio lives up to its billing as a small luxury hotel. We enjoyed our stay immensely. A fantastic welcome, a knockout room (room 1 - though I’m sure the others will also be beautiful), comfortable bed, beautiful linen and furnishings everywhere, a complimentary drink before a sensational dinner and an amazing wine list. Waking up to a quick swim and fabulous breakfast before driving off into the Tuscan sunshine. If you are in the area and can get a room I would totally recommend that you do. Thank you to the whole team for a memorable stay.

Le petit-déjeuner, varié et de qualité, a bien complété le séjour. • Patricia (7/5): Have always enjoyed SLH accommodations. However, not being able to enjoy and outdoor pool was a huge drawback - Beautiful accommodations, amazing breakfast and very kind, helpful staff. Was looking forward to a relaxing time, enjoying the pool. But it was unusable due to being above ground with very steep ladder. Was not able to climb. Very poor setup. Also, not a good lounge area to enjoy views. Tucked away under trees.

Roberta made the whole stay unforgettable, she’s one of the warmest and most remarkable people we’ve ever met, and her care shows in every detail. • Joyce (9/5): Charming historical hotel with a homey feeling, but remote location - The rooms are spacious, well decorated and beautiful (you can feel the history there), and we had an adjoining living room with chimney. The hotel was very clean and comfy, it felt like home. The staff super helpful and friendly (especially Roberta and the two staff working at the restaurant at night). The restaurant was very romantic at night and the food was delicious. Remote location on top of a hill (perfect if ur looking to get isolated, but not much for foreigners on vacation). The hotel is very small (part of its charm) but hence doesn’t have much facilities (the pool was very basic, and there was no gym).

John is a wonderful host and the staff throughout our stay were very friendly, helpful and lovely to interact with. The hotel itself is an absolute gem in the tiny town of San Pancrazio. The hotel is known for its fine dining (the chef is amazing), but it was also very convenient for trips to Siena, Florence and Arezzo. Our room was very comfortable and quiet, and the service was really outstanding. Be sure to check out their tips for local sightseeing, wineries and other dining options.

We spent there on New Year’s Eve and the hotel had beautiful activities planed, including a great brunch for January 1st. The room smelled amazing, it was super clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the Tuscany hills. The owner John was very kind and attentive. Nothing, truly a perfect experience.

• Margaux (10/5): Enchanted! Amazing stay in Tuscany! - Where to begin...I have never been that enchanted by hotel. We found this hotel by chance, at the last minute after a mishap, and what a fortunate mishap! What a gem! From the location, in a tiny village on top of a mountain, far away from all the tourists, to the design of the hotel, the toiletries, the staff, the restaurant, everything, absolutely EVERYTHING was perfect. The room was beautiful, the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in, the breakfast was delicious and plentiful for such a small hotel. The sunset from the garden was stunning. The restaurant was absolutely delicious and a good blend of traditional tuscan food and world food. They had plenty vegetarian options. The deli looked straight from a Woody Allen movie. The towels were so fluffy. Anyway, again, a fantastic stay, thank you to the team at Palazzo Tiglio for making our Tuscan holidays so perfect! For once, I have nothing negative to say...and I'm French, so that says something!

No AC in the living room and kitchen, we had 39C in these rooms. We used the AC from bedrooms to survive. We were very hyped about the restaurant but pasta wasn t great, sorry :(
