• Baptiste (10/5): Amazing value stay for family - best with older kids! - loved the location, easy to talk to host, and facilities. The house is great and super well maintained and decorated The place is not ideal if you have a toddler - there are stairs and quite a few lovely but fragile things around that needed to be secured.

The location is walkable to public transport but in a quiet street. The accommodation is well laid out with an upstairs and downstairs bedroom, both of which are a decent size. Excellent communication with the host, who was understanding of our changing travel plans.

• Daniel (10/5): Cozy Traditional Home in Peaceful Neighbourhood - The property was so cozy and home-y! It had a very traditional aesthetic and came with many complimentary items such as tea, water and all necessary amenities in abundance. The complimentary yukatas were also extremely comfortable to wear! The window scenes outside the main room and the bathing room were just breathtaking. It was also very easy to navigate around Kyoto, considering both Tokufuji station and Kujo station were a relatively quick 5/7 min walk away, and it was rather close to konbinis as well! The instructions written outside of every room and appliances were very helpful and self explanatory, and we were able to use everything. The hostess was extremely sweet and helpful and she gave us a quick tour/tutorial to everything before we left! Overall a wonderful place to stay and would stay here again.

• William (10/5): Exceptional - We were not sure what to expect and walking the short distance to the house from the train station we were keen to see what we had booked. When we found the house, we were greeted by our amiable host who showed us through the house. It was great. 2 floors. The interior modern virtually brand new. Air-conditioning in main areas. Great bathroom. Very clean and tidy. Kitchen, small dining table, fridge, cooker, washing machine, dryer. Very well appointed. Close to a couple of train stations. Handy location. We would highly recommend. All good.
• Filip (8/5): It’s a great place to explore Kyoto. The Keihan line is just around the corner, about an 8-minute walk away. The host is - The host was very nice and supportive. Thank you very much for all your help. The house is modern and cozy. The rooms are quite small. They're absolutely fine for two or three people, but five people may find it lacking in space. However, if you plan to stay outside all day, you'll enjoy it 100%.

We found everything we needed for the duration of our stay. The house was spacious, very clean, well-equipped and came with lots of free amenities. Very easy check-in, the host was super friendly and helpful, we even received some cute welcome gifts! Location at a short walking distance to train stations and convenience stores, there are also some very nice cafes and restaurants around the area.

After Tokyo, staying herr wass bliss! - Location was very good, just a few minutes walk from the train station Tofukuji. The house is small and pretty, with a beautiful tatami bedroom, a very nice bathroom, and a separate toilet on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is a kitchen with everything you’ll need, a small closet containing the washing machine, and a big bedroom. Our host was most helpful, and made us feel wellcome when we arrived. I would very much like to stay at Momo house again. Nothing to grumble about here. We really enjoyed our stay.
