• Saparkulova (10/5): - The hotel is located in a very convenient area, close to the bazaars and the main attractions of Istanbul. It is also very easy to travel by tram or metro because the stations are near the hotel. Mr. Yılmaz is a very kind, friendly, and helpful person. He helped us arrange a taxi from the hotel to the airport and assisted us with everything we needed. For breakfast, they serve omelette, bread, tea, and a plate with different snacks and side dishes. The Wi-Fi works very well. This hotel is a very budget-friendly option — clean, cozy, and comfortable. The staff are very polite and welcoming. I will definitely come back here again! I highly recommend this hotel to all tourists visiting Istanbul! Гостиница находится в очень удобном месте — рядом с базарами и главными достопримечательностями Стамбула. Также очень удобно добираться на трамвае или метро, так как станции находятся близко к гостинице. Господин Йылмаз — очень хороший человек: добрый, отзывчивый и общительный. Он помог нам заказать такси из гостиницы до аэропорта и всегда был готов помочь по любым вопросам. На завтрак подают омлет, хлеб, чай и тарелку с разными закусками. Wi-Fi работает очень хорошо. Это очень бюджетный вариант проживания — чисто, уютно и комфортно. Персонал очень вежливый и приятный. Я обязательно вернусь сюда ещё раз! Рекомендую эту гостиницу всем туристам, которые приезжают в Стамбул!

Sa situation géographique est idéale, avec le tram et le métro à proximité, ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement. From the moment we arrived, we received an incredibly warm welcome. The entire staff was consistently friendly, helpful, and professional, making us feel comfortable and valued right away. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything was exactly as you would hope for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We would especially like to highlight the outstanding service: no matter what we needed or asked for, it was taken care of immediately – always with a smile. Another highlight was the breakfast. The selection was diverse, fresh, and absolutely delicious – there was something for everyone. The perfect way to start the day! The hotel’s location is also excellent, making it easy to explore Istanbul and reach many of the main attractions without any hassle. In summary, we can highly recommend the Grand Iska Hotel. It was a wonderful experience for all of us, and we would definitely come back anytime! A big thank you to the entire team for such an unforgettable stay!

Personalul este deosebit de amabil, în special cei de la recepție niște gazde cu adevărat minunate. Ne-am simțit excelent pe toată durata șederii. Un singur aspect ar merita îmbunătățit: micul dejun. Este păcat ca, la nivelul serviciilor oferite, să existe acest minus,și oberserv că sunt persoane in recenzii care menționează acest aspect. Vă mulțumim pentru găzduire și pentru ospitalitatea oferită!

No parking space, you must be lucky if there is free parking spot in front of the hotel. Beds are not very comfortable. Breakfast is absolutely the same each single morning and the quality of the food includes in the breakfast is not very good.

Pokoj a koupelna - vše čisté, plně dostačující. Byli jsme pět dní a už se nám pak stejná snídaně každý den docela zajídala, v české republice jsme již zvyklý na jiný level :-)

Busy but safe area. Breakfast could be improved. Fresh omelette and coffee were good but the cold plate was repetitive and without fresh products (no sweets, no yogurt/musli etc). The third bed was a bit small.

• Dariko (10/5): - Здравствуйте, только вернулись из Стамбула с массой прекрасных впечатлений. Останавливались в этом отеле на 5 ночей. Осталось самое лучшее впечатление. Начну с того,что нам всегда и во всём помогал Ялмаз,прекрасный душевный человек. Помогал во всём, подсказывал как и куда легче добраться,предоставил зонты,так как во время нашего путешествия шли частые дожди,куда пойти покушать,в общем все,чтобы мы чувствовали себя комфортно. Что касается нашего номера,он был очень чистый,убираются наверное каждый день,но мы сами сказали,что нам не нужно так часто убираться. Что касается местоположения, так как мы впервые были в Стамбуле и сравнивать не с чем,мы очень даже легко сориетировались было близко и до трамвая и до метро. Магазинов продуктов и кафе поблизости очень много. Завтрак был стандартный ежедневно, но было вполне достаточно, чтоб подзарядиться с утра. В общем мы остались всем очень довольны. Спасибо всему коллективу отеля в особенности Ялмазу! Единственный минус,может для кого то это очень критично, иногда в отеле сильно пахло сигаретным дымом. Но как мы поняли в городе в целом все много курят и это наверное повсеместно.

My room was modern, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect—close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. • Lamia (6/5): J'étais vraiment déçue par cet hôtel qui coûte beaucoup plus cher que ce qu'il mérite! - - La propreté des chambres. - Le calme du quartier pendant la nuit. - Les informations utiles partagées par l'une des personnes travaillant à l'hôtel. - Pas très loin (aux alentours de 10min de marche à pied) de la station de métro/Marmaray et de la station Aksaray du tramway. - On entend à chaque fois le bruit de la chasse d'eau dans les toilettes à chaque fois qu'elle est utilisée dans les différentes chambres de l'hôtel. Et pas uniquement la chasse d'eau, on entend tout ce qui peut se passer dans les toilettes des chambres de l'étage supérieur et des chambres d'à côté. C'est dégoûtant! - L'attitude de certaines personnes qui travaillent à l'hôtel laisse à désirer ( surtout le personnel qui sert le petit déjeuner) en plus le petit déjeuner est minable. - Chambre trop petite pour une chambre triple ( on nous a soit disant accordé un sur classement gratuit mais au final il n'y avait qu'un canapé d'appoint supplémentaire dans la chambre. Je n'arrive même pas à imaginer la taille de la chambre double!). - La chambre n'a tout simplement pas de vue. Elle donne sur une terrasse abandonnée et un vieil immeuble. - Un petit conseil : Si vous réservez sur place et que vous payez cash, il faut absolument négocier. Il y avait près de 150 euros de différence entre le prix que j'ai payé et celui qu'on m'a initialement proposé... (Vous imaginez?!!)

• Alexander (10/5): - отличный завтрак, вам подают блюда, а не шведский стол. Стоянка на улице перед дверьми отеля, но несмотря на то, что много людей ходит все четко и никаких проблем. Пешком около 15 минут до ближайшего мола Historia, где по сути есть всё от еды до всех брендов. Покушать рядом с отелем можно практически везде. Куча шаурмичных, столовок, бургер кинг и т.д.

Très chaleureux, toujours le sourire et entièrement à notre service, merci également pour leur aide pour les indications de visites et de transports. Excellent séjour à l’hôtel grâce à eux et leur bienveillance authentique.

• Bakri (4/5): - L’accueil était bon La chambre était minuscule , aucun confort, petit lit la chambre avait moins de 9 m carré ( inférieur à la norme européenne ) lit minuscule, j’ai dormis très mal pendant les 5 nuits , alors que j’ai payé plus de 320 euros. Plus jamais cet hôtel , el plus de l’emplacement très mauvais , beaucoup d’embetements dans la rue, je le déconseille aux femmes surtout.

• Maghiar (10/5): - Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la acest hotel. Camera a fost curată, spațioasă și bine întreținută, iar locația este excelentă. Atmosfera este liniștită și primitoare, ideală pentru relaxare. Un plus mare pentru personal, în special pentru domnul Ylmaz care a fost extrem de amabil,profesionist și mereu dispus să ajute. Ne-a oferit informații utile și ne-a făcut să ne simțim bineveniți încă de la sosire. Recomand cu încredere și cu siguranță vom reveni!

• Ababii (8/5): - Totul a fost super , locația este perfectă, este aproape de toate mijloacele de transport. O mică recomandare, puteți să nu vă duceți la Grand Bazar , în magazinele care sunt în apropiere de hotel totul este cu mult mai ieftin ! În camera a fost curat , în fiecare zi se făcea curățenie , personalul amabil, când am avut nevoie de ajutor , ei mereu ne-au ajutat ❤️ Micul dejun este bun , dar trebuie schimbat în fiecare zi , e cam greu în fiecare zi să mănânci tot și aceiași 🙃

Удобное расположение, современный ремонт, очень приветливый персонал. Ежедневно убирают номера и меняют полотенца. У меня был маленький номер и в нем не предусмотрен чайник. Но по моей просьбе без вопросов сразу предоставили.

• Bahareh (5/5): Clean and good sized rooms, a very helpful receptionist, and comfortable access to metro and tram, but partly false room - very good access to the metro and tram, making it easy to get around the city. The standout point was the exceptional support and hospitality from Yilmaz at reception, who was consistently helpful and professional. The partly false room description, the lack of a real balcony, the extremely limited sea view, constant street noise, and poor soundproofing. The elevator often malfunctioned and was very small, the shower water repeatedly cut off or turned cold, and the breakfast was the same every day. Altogether, these issues made the stay below expectations.
• Cristian (10/5): Extraordinar! Oameni foarte ospitalieri și atenți la turiști! - Totul a fost foarte bine! Locația a fost foarte aproape de centru (marele bazar, centre comerciale și aghia Sophia), aproximativ 4-5 stații de tramvai. Oamenii de la recepție foarte atenți și săritori pentru a ne ajuta cu orice informație. Parcarea plătită, fix în fața hotelului. Fără griji că mașina ar putea păți ceva. Ne-am asumat de la bun început, deci nu putem considera un minus, dar trebuie specificat: același mic dejun în fiecare zi, servit individual!

• Merve (8/5): Ein hotel was wir gerne wieder buchen würden - Das Personal war super und haben auch unaufgefordert geholfen oder Hilfe angeboten. Egal wo man hin wollte haben sie Tipps gegeben und sogar Regenschirme ausgeliehen. Als uns eine Glühbirne geplatzt ist wurde sie direkt ausgetauscht. Also echt klasse.
