(About an hour and 15 min)A little over an hour of winding road with the most spectacular scenery. The hotel is located a mere 2-3 min walk to the sandy, lovely swimming beach..with almost no one there! The rooms are impeccably clean, book the sea view room! Simple accommodations, lovely balcony. You’ll feel like you stepped back in time! Stamatis, your host, is the most friendly person you’ll meet on this island! He and his family are wonderful…get the breakfast! Greek butter, Greek yogurt, Greek olives, tomatoes from their garden, eggs to order . If you need it he will find it! The entire village is a delight and some of the best seafood you’ll find without the “Naxos” price! We went intending to stay for 1 night and stayed 2! If you’re after nightlife and party this is not the place. If you truly want a relaxing, friendly Greek village..this is it!!! Nothing.. don’t change a thing!

• travellingbee (10/5): A fantastic hotel in Apollona - The paid breakfast was well worth it, what a wonderful spread of home made items such as jams, omeletts, crêpes, cakes, etc. It was a great start to our day! The staff was soooo incredibly helpful and nice to talk to. We also met many other people who were staying there. The breakfast area was always busy during the day with guests working on their computers or simply socializing. We got there by bus and the bus stopped right outside the hotel to drop us off. NO complains, we absolutely loved our stay at this family owned hotel.
• Nele-Marie (10/5): Besser gehts nicht - absolute Empfehlung auf Naxos <3 - Unser Aufenthalt in Apollon hätte schöner nicht sein können und zum Großteil hat Stamatis mit seiner Unterkunft beigetragen. Das Hotel ist ein Traum in der kleinen Stadt direkt am Meer. Wir hatten einen Blick auf das Meer und Stamatis ist mit seinem großen Herz und seiner riesigen Gastfreundschaft immer da gewesen und hat uns bei jeder Frage weitergeholfen. Das gibt es heutzutage selten. Ich habe mich auch riesig über die kleinen Details gefreut, z.B. dass wir Strandtücher bekommen haben, es eine kleine Möglichkeit zum Wäsche aufhängen gab und das schöne Farbschema des Zimmers. Der Strand ist genau über die Straße und kleine Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben im Hotel gefrühstückt und hatten jeden morgen eine leckere Auswahl an frischen und regionalen Speisen und konnten uns einen Schirm für den Strand ausleihen. Zudem haben wir mit Stamatis' Hyundai die Insel unsicher gemacht. Ich könnte weiter schwärmen...jedenfalls waren wir ehrlich traurig, als wir abreisen mussten, aber wie weiß, man sieht sich immer zweimal im Leben ;) Große Empfehlung für das Hotel, Preis-Leistung kann nicht in einem besseren Verhältnis stehen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden, außer als wir abreisen mussten...

Een super gastheer! Hij dacht mee met wat te doen, hij stond klaar voor alle vragen en was altijd geintereseerd in onze dag. En altijd in de ochtend de vraag of wij een lekker bakje koffie wouden. Zeker een aanrader om te verblijven voor de griekenland fans! Elke dag werd je kamer schoongemaakt en de kamers waren super schoon! Een prachtig, typisch grieks lokaal dorpje en een prachtige uitvalsbasis om het eiland te verkennen! Niks.

• Joaquin (10/5): Hidden gem of Naxos - Absolutely spectacular hidden gem in Naxos. I booked my short trip very randomly, and I’m so glad I did. The staff was so kind, and the owner, Stamatis made me feel right at home. I even was able to attend a wonderful local music festival with local food with everybody. The beach is literally steps away from the hotel, and the town has so much history and great restaurants so close by. Very safe area, everybody knows everybody. The hotel was incredibly clean, they cleaned the rooms everyday, and were super comfortable as well with great working AC which is crucial for those Greek summer months. Coffee was amazing too, and the food made from the garden as well. I am already planning my return one day!

Stamatis was incredibly helpful, providing great information about hikes and buses. I will miss his chats over the coffees he offered. It truly felt like a home away from home. The breakfast was delicious, featuring jam and other treats from the garden. The rooms were spotless; not a single grain of sand from the beach. The view from the terrace and the seaview-rooms is stunning, especially at sunrise. There are great places to eat and peaceful, quiet beaches just a stone’s throw away. Highly recommended, and I hope to return someday!

From the minute we arrived we were made to feel welcome by Stamatis the owner who was friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast served on the terrace was delicious and all their own home produce. Apollonas is a beautiful small village with a sandy beach and very relaxed. The hotel has a mini bus and can provide transfers to and from the port at a good price which is very useful. I definitely recommend this hotel and resort for a relaxing holiday with good food and a friendly welcome Nothing not to like

Ich hatte einen med. Notfall und brauchte ein Rezept. Stamatis hat das in 5 Minuten organisiert. Ansonsten ist die Gegend um den Ort ein Paradies für Motorradfahrer und selbst die weite Anreise wert. In den Nebensaison ist es völlig ruhig. Auch ist das Frühstück im Hause durchaus empfehlenswert.

L'hôtel est parfaitement situé dans une petite station balnéaire paisible et attachante. La chambre que nous avons occupée était impeccable et agréable, avec un balcon sur la mer. Ein Örtchen wie vor 40 Jahren. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt von sieben Tagen sehr genossen, das ruhige Leben im Ort, das charmante kleine Hotel, die freundliche Gastfreundschaft von Stamatis der sich außergewöhnlich gut um seine Gäste kümmert und den wunderschönen natürlichen, nicht überfüllten Strand mit kristallklarem Wasser. Die Gastronomie ist sehr gut und freundlich, ab Nachmittag kommen die Tagestouristen und am Abend genießt man die wundervolle Ruhe. Auch hat man wundervolle Wanderungen direkt vor Ort. Um ganz Naxos zu erkunden, wäre ein Leihauto sinnvoll. Eigentlich war alles wundervoll, wir als Griechenland. Reisende haben uns wundervoll in die alten Zeiten zurückversetzt gefühlt. Lazarus ist in letzter Zeit ziemlich überlaufen und das ist noch ein Ort der Ruhe.

Il parle parfaitement le français et il est agréable de discuter avec lui. Très bon conseil pour la visite des alentours. Le petit déjeuner est complet avec des produits locaux du potager de l'hôtel. Le fait de ne pas pouvoir rester plus longtemps.
• laurence (10/5): Un séjour inoubliable dans un lieu typique loin du flot de touristes - Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la localisation dans un charmant village près de la mer, valant très largement l'heure de trajet en voiture depuis Chora ; l'emplacement à deux pas de la mer ; le confort simple ; les petits déjeuner savoureux ; l'amabilité de notre hôte Stamatis et de son équipe. Parfait pour une escale, quelques jours en famille (espace de jeux pour les enfants dans le salon) ou en amoureux. D'en partir !

• Hartmut (10/5): Danke für einen Traumurlaub - Kurze Entfernung zur idyllisch gelegenen Badebucht, feiner Sand, sauberes Wasser Tamarisken, sanitäre Einrichtungen Wenn die Tagesgäste am späten Nachmittag wieder weg sind, ist man fast nur unter Einheimischen,am Abend ist es ganz ruhig. Große Auswahl an Tavernen direkt am Strand. Das Hotel wird familiär betrieben, Stamatis ist die Liebenswürdigkeit in Person immer hilfs-und auskunftsbereit, er spricht sehr gut Englisch und Frazösisch. Das Frühstück in Buffetform, wahlweise zubuchbar,ist ein Gedicht, wir waren überwältigt von der Früchteauswahl.Sehr bequeme geräumige Terrasse mit Blick auf die Bucht.Ein perfekter Urlaub! Zwei Tips: Das Wasser aus dem Hahn hat beste Qualität. In den Restaurants wird daher unverlangt und kostenlos eine Karaffe des Wassers von Apollonas serviert. Den berühmten Kouros erreicht man am besten nicht über die Straße,sondern über einen kleinen Stichweg zu Beginn des Strandes am Grillrestaurant. Nach ca 5 Fußweg erreicht man "Floras Apartments Von dort 200m auf der Straße Danke an Stamatis,seine Familie und seine Mannschaft.

On s’y sent comme à la maison - L’accueil chaleureux de Stamatis et sa famille, les bons produits de son potager servis au petit déjeuner (fruits, confitures..), la localisation face à la mer! Le regret de ne pas avoir pu goûter la cuisine de sa maman durant notre séjour!

• Karin (10/5): Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage und mit Sonnenaufgang. - Wunderschönes kleines Dorf, kristallklares Wasser , ein Kieselsteinstrand, ein Sandstrand . Sonnenstühle gibts im Hotel und Schirme auch. Das Hotel und Zimmer super sauber und schön mit Balkon und Blick zum Meer. Das Frühstück mit regionalen Produkten liebevoll ! Alle Wünsche werden erfüllt!! Herzlicher Empfang und sehr guter Gastgeber!!

• Thibault (9/5): Séjour formidable et relaxant. - Le personnel extrêmement accueillant et gentil. Le déjeuner offert était exceptionnel. Les plages à proximités étaient très belles. Les restaurants avaient du personnel très gentil et offraient de la nourriture traditionnelle vraiment bonne. Le seul défaut du petit village parfait est le moyen pour s'y rendre. Mon amie et moi n'avons pas loué de voiture, donc nous avons pris le bus. Le problème avec le bus est qu'il ne passe pas souvent et nous l'avons presque manqué en arrivant sur l'île.

They also have delicious breakfasts and offer transfers to/from the ferry port. We will definitely be back to visit Stamatis and Apollon again!

• Martin (10/5): - Nejlepší ubytování, které jsme měli během naší dovolené na Naxosu. Check-in proběhl ve velmi přátelské atmosféře, obdrželi jsme drink a k tomu malou sladkost. Protože ještě nezačala sezóna, mohli jsme dostat pokoj s výhledem na moře, který byl velmi pohodlný. Spalo se opravdu skvěle, moře šumělo a postel byla přesně podle našich představ, což znamená ne příliš měkká. Pláž je malý kousek od hotelu, jen o pár metrů dále jsou restaurace a kavárny. Pan Stamatis Andris je připraven splnit každé přání a je vždy k dispozici. Potřebovali jsme ujištění, že na druhý den pojede autobus - majitel hned volá řidiči a ověří to. Potřebovali jsme vytisknout boarding passy - žádný problém, za chvíli jsme je měli na stole. Spatřil nás jak jdeme k moři - hned jsme byli vybaveni velkými osuškami. Snídaně excelentní, všeho dostatek a včetně dotazů, jestli něco nechceme přidat. Takto nějak se vytváří pozitivní customer experience. Rozhodně můžeme doporučit a moc děkujeme. Vše perfektní.
