• mk (7/5): Mieszane odczucia - Lokalizacja super, bardzo cicho i spokojnie w nocy Niestety w apartamencie było dość zimno...szczególnie ciągnęło od podłogi. Polecam zabrać ze sobą kapcie/klapki. Lekko nieprzyjemny zapach w łazience

• Nauris (9/5): - Great location, close to everything in the city we wanted to see. Easy to get into, easy to find keys, lovely that you can check in whenever, even in the night. The room is great, the heaters worked, it was warm. There's everything you need for a short stay. Would have been nicer to have a mirror in the front living room, and a couple more spaces where to put something, like a shelf on a wall or something like that. But those are small things, and everything was great.
• Sandra (7/5): - Wygodne łóżko ładna fototapeta nad łóżkiem . Brak dużego lustra , mały pokoik , słaby widok, zepsute okno , brudny skamieniały ekspres do kawy .
• Alejandro (1/5): Desatención y mala calidad - The Wi-Fi wasn't working and the owner didn't fix it. The bathroom sink drain doesn't work, the water gets stuck. The kitchenware was dirty and had to be cleaned again before use. Glasses, cutlery, pots and pans. The heating doesn't heat enough. We turned the heating up to the maximum and it was still cold. Our stay was very disappointing. We reported our main problem to the owner and he was unable to fix it. We had to contact Booking to get them to listen to us. The owner did not accept the option of canceling upon our arrival due to the failure to provide the services he offered, and we had to look for other options to be able to work with the internet. ---------------------------------------------------- No funcionaba el Wi-Fi y el propietario no lo solucionó. La pila del lavabo del baño no funciona, se estanca el agua. El menaje de la cocina estaba sucio y había que volver a limpiarlo para utilizarlo. Vasos, cubiertos, ollas y sartenes. La calefacción no calienta lo suficiente. Pusimos la calefacción al máximo y seguía haciendo frío. Muy decepcionante nuestra estancia. Comunicamos nuestro principal problema al propietario y no nos lo pudo solucionar. Tuvimos que contactar a Booking para que nos hiciese caso. El propietario no aceptó la opción de cancelar a nuestra llegada debido al incumplimiento de los servicios que ofrecía y tuvimos que buscar otras opciones para poder trabajar con internet.

• Karina (10/5): - Ļoti jauki apartamenti diviem cilvēkiem. Klusā vietā, bet pavisam tuvu vecpilsētai un muzejiem.
• Eva (10/5): - Krasny apartmanovy dom v blizkosti historickeho cdntra. Trosku uzka manzelska postel. Vybavenie apartmanu dobre. Vrelo odporucam.
• Magdalena (6/5): Pobyt super, piękna pogoda. - Obiekt świetnie położony. Wszędzie blisko. Ogromny minus za brak parkingu. Tym bardziej, że na terenie bylo dużo wolnych miejsc parkingowych, na których nie można było zaparkować. Jeżeli chodzi o jakość do ceny to niestety uważam, że w tym apartamencie było po prostu brudno i nieprzyjemnie. Wiszące pajęczyny, zapchany odpływ prysznica, po chwili woda wylewała się na łazienkę. Brudne talerze i sztućce. Na ścianie przy łóżku od strony okna jakieś obrzydliwe zacieki, które wyglądały po prostu jakby tam ktoś kichnął. Nie miło było na to patrzeć. Za cenę ponad 1200 zł spodziewałam się czegoś więcej. Dobrze, że jest lato i spędzaliśmy tam tylko noc w łóżku, które też do wygodnych nie należy. Dużo jest do poprawy niestety.
• Tetyana (8/5): Все было хорошо. Кровать удобная, постель чистая. Туалет и душ, рабочие. Единственное, вид из окна, в виде стены. У нас - Местоположение удобное. Центр, в пеший доступности.

• Beata Barbara (7/5): Un breve soggiorno piacevole con qualche intoppo scomodo. - La struttura in una buona posizione, silenziosa e pulita Non ci è piaciuto assolutamente il materasso, scomodissimo e molle . Letto non era alla francese ma 1 piazza e mezza e francamente per una coppia veramente scomodo. Vista non era al giardino, c'era un muro di cemento a 2 metri dalle finestre.

• Jennykim1 (10/5): Nice and central, recommended! - Everything was in great condition, just like in the pictures. The location is great, and once I got hang on opening the port and apartment door it was very practical. I like that the room has a kitchen and the bathroom is beautiful. A bit difficult to understand how to find the room key, as I originally thought it was in the actual postbox in the entrance. The drawer in washbasin was not cleaned. We found hair from last guests, but we didn't really mind as it was easy to clean it. Aside from that, everything was very clean and the room felt welcoming!

• Bo (10/5): Generally quite good. - It would be bettre if the householder tells to the renter that the key code to the apartment gardon is the same as the key code to the apartment buidling before his arrival.

• Tomasz (9/5): Ok,but not perfect - Location. Mould in the bathroom floor. Only couple of channels working. Questionable breakfast.
• Anonymous (5/5): Would not stay here again unless improvements are made to facilities and consideration of guests needs during stay are i - Comfortable Bed, Location, standard of Apartment in terms of Decor I was provided with only one towel to last me during my 6 day stay. This I find is ridiculous, but to make it worse, after requesting a couple additional towels, they then advised that I would need to pay an additional charge of 20zł per towel if I wanted additional. I would not have been to bothered with the lack of towels, if they had a washing machine, which is stated as being available on my booking, but it wasn’t. I asked, they said they were unsure where it was, and they advised me to ask reception, which there wasn’t any reception, and they then said they don’t know where it is. So no washing machine either or tumble dryer as stated as available in booking. Lack of Television (no tv service at all during stay). Asked when this would be available and they said they were not sure, and that the owner of the apartment would deal with it, but couldn’t advise on timeline. This was shown as available on the list of facilities on my booking. Lack of available external rubbish bin at accommodation (were required to walk to a completely different building to put our bins out) There were no cleaning products except for soap in the bathroom. I was advised upon asking that there was no cleaning of the apartment except on departure so I would expect to have cleaning products available, as per the description on the booking I made. Terrible Pillows - had to prop up with my own clothing to get a decent nights sleep as they were too flat and there was only one. I was provided with a second pillow upon request, so this is one thing that they seemed to do correctly.
