• Jack (4/5): Description of Rental is False. Dont' stay here. - Only that the 7/11 was close for groceries. Was not told in the description of the rental before I chose it that the metro station was .25 miles away. The description has the metro right there which isn't true. There was no instructions on how to use the washing machine or AC units. If I didn't have the translator app I would never have figured it out. Same with the TV remote controller and dishwasher. No book or instructions on things in the local area, places to eat, convience stores, etc. The description of the property also said that many of the attractions were just one stop away on the metro. This was not correct at all. You would have to travel on average 20-30 minutes on the train, and change trains at least once if not multiple times.

• Yen Yu (6/5): 房間整體偏小，所以如果你是帶行李箱的旅客會非常不方便 - 住宿地點清幽，晚上很安靜，設備齊全 他在新小岩南站走出去10分鐘可以抵達的位置，房間主人會說中文， 床的清潔度需要再加強，尤其是枕頭有一股頭油味 餐桌椅子可以選擇更好坐的

• 黃澤曜 (7/5): - 空間沒到很大，但該有的都有，老闆中國人 冷氣葉片是壞的，單吹頭或腳，都一個不要不要的
• Flores-Brazel (1/5): Deceptive at best out right lying at worse it's a gamble if you get the advertised room - The location is near the shin koiwa train station so you have plenty of restaurants nearby as well as some karaoke however it is pretty much an 1+ train ride from any of the main tourist attractions. The bed was also quite comfortable The room in the main set of pictures the room I got is much smaller there was only one stove eye and a mini fridge ono dish washer like in the description there was also no tv and no comfortable place to sit there was only a small table with two metal chairs with no cushion. The bathroom had no body despite the main room in the pictures having one and while the room in the main pictures had a full sized temp controlled bath the room I got had a tub so small that I hit my elbows when trying to clean myself and could only take a bath if I say with my legs crossed. Communication was also severely lacking. I was ins the room for nearly 2 weeks before I was able to find out where trash went and even tho I sent a picture of my passport multiple times through email and finally had him confirm that he received it he still stopped me at the location and demanded my passport claiming the pick had not been sent
• Kayoko (5/5): - Good location, fair walking distance from JR station Washing machine and drying area are set in balcony, so can't do laundry when it rains.
• João (9/5): Quiet and nice place - The house is really well situated if you like to be in a quiet location near to almost everything by train and there are really good places to eat near by. The room was really ok for 2 large luggage and it has everything you need for your stay except pijamas (since this is an airbnb). The bathroom smell was the worst thing about everything, hopefully our message exchange with the oner will help to resolve this problem. It will be helpful to have a broom and a dustpan for longer stays.

• Christopher (5/5): Suitable for a short stay with limited baggage if you don’t plan to spend much time in the room. - They kindly let us check in early. Bed was quite comfortable. Very steep and narrow staircase. Very uncomfortable chairs. Unsuitable for bringing up large suitcases. Kitchen facilities very limited. Very small, even by Japan standards. Quite impersonal- never saw the owners once.

• Nicholas (9/5): Superb - Clean and compact space, bed felt wonderful and the owner is very flexible and responsive. Wish I had a tv :(
