• Holger (8/5): Nettes kleines Hotel in sehr guter Lage - Es gibt alles was es braucht für eine kleine Küche. Das einzige was nicht so richtig funktioniert hat war das WLAN.

Il est très bien situé à proximité de la station de métro Earl's court qui relie rapidement le quartier au centre de Londres et aux différents sites touristiques. Nous avons séjourné au début du mois de mai, le temps anglais, fidèle à lui-même, n'était pas caniculaire, pourtant nous avons eu EXTREMEMENT chaud dans l'appartement. En 4 jours, nous n'avons pas réussi à correctement aérer et faire baisser la température du logement.

• federico (4/5): Not worth the price. - Its location. Right Next to Earl’s court station. It’s a good place to start to enjoy the area’s whereabouts. You’re surrounded by amenities. The room. I personally felt oppressed in it. It felt like a prison cell. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. No good ventilation in the room and after you take a shower everything feels stagnant. Couldn’t wait to get out of there.

• Antonella (1/5): Non la consiglierei e non ci tornerò. Totale assenza di empatia, di considerazione e disponibilità nei confronti di chi - Nulla. C’è al piano terra veramente il minimo indispensabile ma quello che non mi ha consentito di godermi il viaggio fino in fondo è stata la totale assenza di disponibilità, di empatia e di attenzione da parte di chi rispondeva alle mail (non c’è personale in struttura) nel risolvere i problemi che si sono verificati. Il primo, il fatto che non fosse specificato, che l’appartamento da me prenotato era in realtà al 4 piano senza ascensore. Quando ho chiesto di venirmi incontro dato che sono al 5 mese di gravidanza, dapprima ho ricevuto un sonoro rifiuto non solo alla richiesta di aiuto ma anche alla mia richiesta di rimborso anche parziale o di cancellazione senza penale. Dopodiché io e il mio compagno siamo stati dirottati all’appartamento al piano terra che non rispettava i canoni di ciò che avevo pagato e per il quale non mi è stato destinato neanche un rimborso parziale. La ciliegina sulla torta è arrivata quando all’1 di notte suona allarme antincendio in tutto l’edificio, per il quale allarme non abbiamo ricevuto comunicazioni, se non dopo averle chieste. Si immagini una donna incinta svegliata nel cuore della notte da un allarme di cui non sa nulla. Il piatto doccia inoltre perde acqua, per cui io e il mio compagno ci siamo trovati il bagno allagato in 3 minuti. La zona peraltro pullula di barboni e di figure poco raccomandabili soprattutto dopo le 22. Non la consiglierei e non ci tornerò assolutamente

• Chris (8/5): Always love to stay here. - We’ve always booked in this property at least once a month. I know the rooms very well in terms of how big they are. Love the facilities, always very clean and safe. I think I was given a room which is smaller than what I booked. Didn’t feel quite safe as our room entrance was at the main road. Maybe won’t book that room next time.

• Giovanna (9/5): Quarto limpo, localização perfeita! - Prédio moderno, tudo novo e muito limpo. Quarto completo, consegui usar muito bem o espaço. Café de cortesia, cozinha bem equipada, espaço bem aproveitado… gostei muito! A localização é PERFEITA! Foi o ponto alto da estadia. Única coisa: cama pequena demais para duas pessoas… a cama em si é confortável, só é pequena.

Camera piccola ma pulita e funzionale al suo interno si trova davvero tutto il necessario (asciuga capelli, ferro e asse da stiro) anche la cucina e gli utensili sono adeguati. Anche se lo staff non é presente in struttura, é comunque sempre pronto a rispondere e a sistemare qualsiasi situazione velocemente: nel giro di 20 minuti danno risposta e soluzione. La camera che ci é stata assegnata era all’ultimo piano, ci sono moltissime scale , forse non l’ideale per tutti, inoltre c’era una sola finestra e faceva veramente caldo pur lasciandola spalancata anche la notte.

• Kati Karhunen (8/5): A reasonable budget option near tube station - Near Picadilly and Distict line tube station. Easy access to/from airport and city. Near M&S Food, easy to have prepared meals in room. No luggage storage, have to use paid (surprisingly expensive) local storage options if arriving before/ leaving after check in/out times. Although location is convenient to tube station, accommodation is a little far from most sights to be able come for a little rest in between sightseeing.

Nonostante le temperature fuori per nulla alte l’appartamento risultava molto caldo e umido. Abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte. Non dispone di aria condizionata come già scritto in fase di prenotazione, sicuramente non ci tornerei nei mesi estivi. Unica nota negativa.

• Christaki (9/5): Great location, very clean, big and modern room with kitchen, small bed for two people - The apartments are located very close to the underground station which was very convenient. There were multiple supermarkets, a pharmacy and places to eat very close. The neighbourhood was very nice and quiet. Our apartment was very clean and modern. In general the location was very helpful and it was easy to go around London. The reservation was for two people however the bed was quite small for us and it was a bit uncomfortable. It is mentioned that the building doesn’t have an elevator and our room was located on the 3rd floor, keep that in mind if you are travelling with big luggage, they were very helpful though and asked if we needed any assistance.

• Paola (9/5): Posizione ottima, struttura pulita - Posizione ottima, la metro si trova letteralmente dietro l’angolo, quartiere tranquillo e servito. Struttura molto pulita e nuova, pur non essendo grandissima in due siamo stati comodi. C’era un armadio abbastanza grande, utensili per la cucina, macchinetta del caffè, mini frigo e microonde. Doccia spaziosa. Comodo il self check-in, i proprietari mandano tutte le info due giorni prima dell’arrivo con anche dei video annessi per facilitare tutto. Dovessi tornare a Londra, prenoterei di nuovo qui! :) Letto un po’ piccolo per due persone. Sarebbe comodo mettere uno specchio nella stanza, perché purtroppo in bagno la presa non consente di mettere un voltaggio troppo forte quindi si è costretti ad asciugarsi i capelli nella stanza.

• Mark (7/5): Great apart from heating malfunction - The location was great, the access codes system works well and the apartments are built/ furnished to a high standard. The room was unbearably hot and we couldn’t find anyway to turn down the heating- this was in April !! There was a heating thermostat in the room which we turned down but even with the window open all night it was still too hot to get a comfortable nights rest.

My friend woke up with rashes on her arm due to the pillows, not sure wht cause it because I didnt get any. The bins in the kitchen and bathroom were not empty when we got in the room.

It's comfortable and the underground station is just 3 minutes away. The conversations with the apartment owners in advance were great and we got all the informations we needed soon enough. Everything worked exactly as described. Everything was good.
• Edit (9/5): Jättenöjda! - Supersmidig incheckning och trevlig personal som lät oss checka in tidigt. Boendet var fräscht och väl städat. Wifi fungerade också jättebra. Det var lite lyhört dels i huset men också ut mot gatan.

La facilità del check-in era ottima La scarsa pulizia dell’appartamento per il prezzo pagato. L’appartamento si trovava proprio al piano terreno e questo influiva molto sulla rumorosità e il continuo passaggio di persone che entravano all’interno del complesso non permettevano di dormire fino a circa le 01.00. Inoltre ogni mezz’ora il frigorifero faceva uno strano rumore, presumo fosse il compressore che partiva. Purtoppo il wi-fi non sempre funzionava

• Álvaro (8/5): Sería perfecto con algunas mejoras - La ubicación, la limpieza.y que está bien equipado. El baño es muy pequeño, y la habitación tiene poca ventilación por lo que hace bastante calor. También deberían poner una mesita o mueble cerca de la cama para poder dejar las cosas.

O tamanho do quarto era ok para os dias que estivemos lá. Podiam ter sal e azeite, coisas básicas para cozinhar. Mais utensílios para utilizar em vez de um garfo, colher e faca por pessoa. Tivemos de racionar o gel de banho, pois os frascos são muito pequeninos. A internet é mesmo muito má. A luz das escadas esteve acesa o tempo todo e entrava por baixo da porta, o que iluminava bastante o quarto durante a noite. Hospedes que não têm cuidado com o barulho. Um cheiro insuportável a erva no hall das escadas e casa de banho que parecia vir pela ventilação. O bolor e o cheiro a humidade incomodaram bastante.

• Robert (10/5): Perfekt boende - Liten men välplanerad lägenhet som har ett bra läge nära båda entréerna till Earl's Courts tunnelbanestation. All nödvändig utrustning till både kök och badrum fanns. Storleken på dubbelsängen är enligt brittisk standard, dvs lite små för längre personer, men funkar bra ändå. Det var beskrivet på boendets sida så ingen överraskning.

• Anne (4/5): - Het verblijf bevind zich op een rustige en veilige locatie, 5 minuten lopen vanaf de metro. De instructies om binnen te komen zijn duidelijk en werken goed. Het is een erg klein appartement en klein bed (het bed kraakt erg), maar de groottes zijn vermeld in de beschrijving. Het appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt, de badkamer en douche zijn erg fijn. Er kwam een erg hard piepend geluid uit het stopcontact, wat erg storend is als je probeert te slapen. Als belangrijkste minpunt is je nacht/ slaap 100% afhankelijk van hoeveel geluid andere gasten maken en hoe laat andere gasten gaan slapen. Er is namelijk 0,0 isolatie wat erg veel geluidsoverlast veroorzaakt. Je hoort boven, onder en naast je het gekraak van de vloeren. Ook hoor je alle douches, wc's, gesprekken, bezigheden ect. van andere gasten. Onze buurman zette de eerste nacht de tv aan tot 1:30 AM, de tweede nacht tot 2:30 AM. De ochtend erna heb ik de klantenservice gemaild, ze beloofden contact op te nemen met de buurman. Diezelfde avond stond de tv alsnog tot laat aan. De klantenservice bood geen tegemoetkoming. Er hing een wietlucht in de trappenhal, en de wietlucht kwam via de buren zo door ons raam naar binnen waardoor het raam niet open kon. Het is in maart al erg warm in het appartement. Het raam open zetten helpt in de koudere maanden, maar in de zomermaanden heeft dit weinig effect (het kleine waaiertje draagt niet veel bij aan meer koeling). Bovendien was het raam openen 's nachts geen optie voor ons, omdat je het verkeer buiten hard hoort.

• Francesco (7/5): - Posizione ottima, a due passi dalla metropolitana. Appartamento piccolo ma con tutto il necessario (come lo standard delle strutture a Londra). Letto alla francese non proprio dei più comodi, luce condominiale accesa h24 (che filtrava dalla porta dell’appartamento), scarsa insonorizzazione notturna (lavatrice in funzione tutte le notti e rumori di mezzi di trasporto)

Cuando el piso de arriba abría la ducha, parecía que se te caía el agua a la cabeza. O cuando andaba el techo crujía. Hacía que hasta que no se iba a dormir, nosotros tampoco podíamos
