- GUSTAVO (10/5): Good location, comfortable and helpfully and kind staff - I like the location and the staff were very kind and attentive. It’s was a little noisy sometimes because the building is sharing with others apartments, but nothing too much.

- Anwara (10/5): A really comfortable stay in a central location and a great team there! - The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, well-equipped with a mini fridge, desk, toiletries and even a welcome drink, small pastries and sweets! The location is central to so many key landmarks and sites including the main market, Plaza Mayor, the Prado Museum and Gran Via. I have to mention the amazing staff working in the reception area. Joanne and Aida (I hope I have spelt their names accurately) were amazingly helpful - answering any queries and giving tips for the best times to visit certain locations and routes to take. They were always smiling and so welcoming. They truly made the stay at Hostel Evoke even better with their friendly demeanour. Thank you! Nothing I can think of. It is central so expect some noise in the evening?, but the room and bed are comfy so that didn’t affect sleep.

Nos permitieron dejar las maletas antes del check in y despues del check out. La habitación tenía detalles como unos bocaditos dulces y botellas de agua para todos. Además tenía frigobar. Volvería de todas maneras!!! Nada

- Michele (9/5): Pleasant, convenient, central stay in a modern budget hotel. - The location is excellent; very walkable. The rooms are very modern, clean and comfortable. They are a bit small, as expected for a budget hotel in center, and aligning with the photos. There was a nice welcome kit in room and staff was very friendly. Elevator was welcome and the code entry was easy to use. There was an odd note about not eating in the rooms, despite them leaving us welcome snacks and there being a refrigerator. The space is a bit tight and limited amenities in the hotel (ie. kitchen area, gym, etc.) - but that's in line with a budget hotel and listed amenities.

The hotel staff communicated this before we arrived so we were very grateful. The staff were super friendly and very clean I would have liked a coffee machine in the room but it wasn’t really that much of an issue as there was one in the hotel

En dan was dit nog de " Superior kamer"....

- Douglas (5/5): Location great but tiny overpriced rooms - Great location and young lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. My room was VERY small with a tiny shower .. and basically my room was just off the reception area so you had the constant noise of the front door buzzer and during the night a phone in reception rang several times in the middle of the night going unanswered. Then you had people ringing the main door bell at 3am trying to get into the building.

La habitación es pequeña pero tiene todo lo necesario para tu estancia, yo estuve una noche y la verdad fue muy cómodo. El trato muy cercano y te dan información con entrega de un mapa, un detalle que valoro.

Very friendly receptionist, who spoke great English, and was able to recommend places to visit plus looked after the bags post-check out. Stayed here as a female solo traveller and felt totally safe. Hotel is two stops down on the metro from the main train station. Room was a good size and there was a gift of cakes and cava left in the room. Kettle was available on request.

La habitación es demasiado pequeña, apenas podíamos acomodar nuestras cosas. Esa habitación para dos personas que nos dieron realmente debería ser para una persona. Entiendo que pagamos mucho por un espacio muy reducido.
