- paulo vitor (8/5): - a localização é excelente, o local é muito organizado. tenha em mente que é um verdadeiro studio .sem cozinha, pia, ou outras comodidades, só o quarto e banheiro. mas eu sabia disso, portanto me serviu perfeitamente o único detalhe que tive foi que a água do chuveiro não esquentou o suficiente de manhã. eu não sei se é problema da cidade ou do prédio. mais provável o prédio não suportou o horário

- jane (10/5): Beautiful apartment in a great location, I would stay here again - I loved how clean it was and the location. I loved the little kitchenette which tbh I wouldn’t have know about unless my friends were staying in room 5. The location is super, right next to the square. I didn’t like that we struggled to get into the property. I feel on the instructions - which are very clear tbh it needs to say hold the 2 buttons in until you hear 2 beeps 1 short beep then a 2nd longer beep. Everyone struggled with the from door. The 1st 2 floors are under renovation so it’s difficult to know if you are in the right building. Once in it is perfect.

Impossible de dormir dans la mezzanine lorsque le soleil montre le bout de son nez, il y fait une chaleur de dingue 🥵 et ce malgré la présence de la clim

- khayria (10/5): Idéalement placé sur Brasov - La décoration de l'appartement était superbe ! Et son emplacement à proximité de la place central était idéal pour visiter à pieds. Il reste malgré tout calme pour la nuit. La propreté était bonne. La taille de l'appartement était suffisante pour 3 personnes Il n'y avait pas assez d'équipements dans la cuisine : bouilloire électrique, grille pain, etc... Il n'y avait pas non plus de produits ménagers, ce qui peut dépanner et permettre de garder propre le lieu.

- SIRBU (10/5): Soggiorno fantastico, appartamento curato nei minimi dettagli, posizione perfetta! - Appartamento davvero stupendo, curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dall’attenzione e dalla cura con cui è stato arredato: si percepisce chiaramente che i proprietari lo hanno pensato come se dovessero viverci loro stessi. Gli spazi sono ottimizzati alla perfezione, i mobili sono tutti armoniosamente coordinati tra loro, le boiserie alle pareti sono bellissime e persino i colori scelti per gli ambienti trasmettono una sensazione di relax totale. Abbiamo inoltre apprezzato moltissimo il riscaldamento a pavimento, già acceso nonostante fosse inizio maggio: fuori le temperature arrivavano appena a 11°C e trovare la casa così calda e accogliente non è affatto scontato. Posizione davvero ottima, a circa 50 metri da Piața Sfatului e dalla via principale piena di ristoranti, locali e negozi: perfetta per vivere il centro comodamente a piedi. L’unica nota meno positiva riguarda l’ingresso interno del palazzo, lascia parecchio da desiderare. Tuttavia comprendo perfettamente che, trattandosi di un edificio storico, ci siano pochi margini di miglioramento sotto questo aspetto. In ogni caso, la bellezza e la cura dell’appartamento fanno dimenticare completamente questo dettaglio già dopo pochi minuti.

- María Jesús (5/5): Mucho ruido y limpieza insuficiente - La limpieza insuficiente y el colchón bastante regular. Debajo del alojamiento se encontraba un Pub el cual estaba hasta las 4h con la música con la música alta y no se ha podido descansar nada. Y sin ascensor y poca accesibilidad.

It's well decorated and big enough for two persons; it's warm and quiet, and it features a common area with a small kitchen, fridge, boiler and coffee machine. The double bed is made from two single beds attached, and the mattresses are far too soft, so you'll sink into them. The room was very clean in general, but the shower drain definitely needs more attention.
- Ramona-Maria (7/5): - Locatia este situata central, cu acces imediat catre Piata Sfatului. Instructiunile de self check-in sunt clare. La dispozitie sunt gel de dus/sampon/prosoape/feon, si, de asemenea, cafea/pahare/cani in bucatarie. Nivelul de curatenie a fost unul destul de ridicat. In baia camerei numarul 5 a fost constant un miros deranjant, similar cu cel de canalizare, iar cabina de dus nu este izolata si apa se scurge pe toata suprafata podelei din exteriorul cabinei. O necesitate ar fi papucii si sugerez utilizarea lor pentru viitorii calatori.

- Megan (10/5): Ideal for short city break away 😁😁 - What I liked about the property was it was near by all good places, sightseeing places, transportation. The room was so modern and peaceful and would definitely book here again if I come back 😊😊 The only down side about it was the bathroom, as whenever using the shower the water was over flowing and the sink wasn’t draining properly so just needs the drainage fixing.

- Olga Löw (9/5): Очень милый отель в исторической части города - Очень милый отель в исторической части города. Идеальное расположение - 2 минуты до центральной площади, 10 минут до канатной дороги, 15 минут на такси до вокзала. Отель оформлен со вкусом - видно, что владельцы продумывали каждую деталь. Получилось очень красиво и стильно. На этаже есть кухня - можно сделать себе кофе и пить на балконе номера с великолепным видом на горы и городские улочки. Вечером может быть тяжело заснуть из-за шума, так как поблизости много баров и ресторанов. Но в центре города это ожидаемо - беруши решают эту проблему :)

- Camelia (7/5): - Locatia foarte bine amplasata. Camera arata foarte bine. EXTREM DE FRIG pe timp de iarna! 18 grade in camera. Am setat termostatul care presupun ca avea rolul de a seta temperatura in camera prin pardoleasa (calorifere nu exista). Temperatura a cresut pe timp de noapte doar un singur grad. A fost foarte frig. Aparatul de aer conditionat nu putea fi setat pe cald. Nu recomand locatia pe timp de iarna!

- Valentina (9/5): Piacevole soggiorno - Struttura accogliente, curata e pulita. Avevamo la stanza al secondo piano, per raggiungerla c’era da fare un pezzetto allo scoperto, scoprendo una piacevole vista sulle montagne di Braşov, con davanti la funivia. Bellissimo a tutte le ore.
- Tim (7/5): A clean and tidy hotel in fantastic location for exploring the wonderful City of Brasov. - The bed was super comfy. The shower was fantastic. The room was clean and spacious. Plenty of storage. Brilliant location for everything, fantastic café on the corner.. There seemed to be a curtain missing, there was only one so could only close off half the window. A desk would have been nice. The shared tea/coffee making facilities were clean and tidy but poorly stocked, 2 cups for 3 rooms, no milk!

- Lewis (8/5): Comfy and enjoyable. Did the job and a bit more - The room was nice, stylish, comfortable and it was in a great location in the old town near the market square and the Black Church. Also plenty of restaurants nearby and there’s an easy location to get Bolt/Uber from nearby. Nespresso Coffee machine and pods in the room which was nice, and shampoo and shower gel stocked well in the bathroom. The curtains in the bedroom didn’t cover the entire window which made it a little awkward to get to the bathroom for a shower, we had to use hair clips and bobbles to tie it the curtains to the net curtains to try and cover more of the window so people couldn’t see in. Also the kettle is in a kitchenette area which is shared with other rooms. Would prefer if it was in the bedroom so it was in our own private space.

- Sandra (8/5): Buena ubicación - El alojamiento se encuentra en el centro histórico de la ciudad, por lo que estábamos a un paso de cualquier atracción turística. La cama era comodisima. Nuestra habitación tenía un pequeño recibidor compartido con otras habitaciones donde había cafetera, nevera… No hay ascensor. Al compartir recibidor, se podían escuchar las conversaciones y portazos de otros huéspedes

- Sonia (5/5): Brasov impresionante alojamiento decepcionante - La habitación está confortable y es bonita No se especifica que es no es hotel no hay recepción una casa alquilada por habitaciones en zona céntrica peatonal no tiene parking todo de pago que es una odisea porque no hay plazas , te mandan instrucciones para entrar el edificio es antiguo , bastante mal mantenido , olor desagradable a la entrada y cuando llegas por fin a la habitación hay una estancia compartida con varias habitaciones por la mañana hay ruido desde las 7 horas lo único que se salva es la habitación que es cómoda y bonita bien climatizada.
