• Danielle (6/5): A unit close to the train station - The couch, despite it being broken, it was very comfortable. The bed. It was extremely uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in the mattress. The washing machine was on the balcony and that was fine, however you had to climb over 2 mechanical units to be able to use it. The couch obscured the sliding door into the bedroom, hence why the back of the couch was broken with people trying to slide past it. There was another entrance to the bedroom however you had to walk through the kitchen into the hallway past the bathroom to use the door, hence why people took the shortcut.

• Lisa (4/5): Not clean: Cannot recommend staying here - - Location is nice and walking distance to Dotonbori - Amenities like washing machine, hair dryer, shampoo etc was good - luggage store before check-in is possible - not clean: When entering the apartment to store our luggage, it looked like someone has already cleaned it (new towels and bed sheets) however the sofa in the apartment was still covered in long hairs. We told the owner about our luggage and let him know about the cleaning status. When we came back at check-in time, nothing has changed. The sofa was still covered in hairs. And the overall apartment looked like it is only being vacuumed and bed sheets changed and never cleaned properly After cleaning ourselves and letting the owner know, we were told that cleaning staff will come the next day to redeem. The next day we didn’t notice a difference, only that they left their dirty papers in the apartment. - the slatted bed base is not fixed to the bed frames. Therefore we kept falling through the bed multiple times - the door to the balcony is very difficult to open and judging by the dirt on the balcony, it seems like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long time - the owner of the apartment is friendly however asking multiple questions „when are you checking in? When are you checking out?“ etc. makes things more annoying
• Suzanne (10/5): A lovely apartment right on the river and close to all the action but quiet and relaxed - the location was perfect - it was just outside Dotonbori main area so away from all the busy traffic but close enough to walk to the popular Dotonbori area and the city centre. The apartment had everything you need - a bath and shower, a wasing machine, crockery, cutlery and a good size fridge. There is a separate living area with a large TV and comfy couch. The beds were comfortable and clean. The check in was difficult because i had trouble uploading an image of our passports and sending that through to the accommodation so when we got there it was a bit of back and forthing to get the images sent through so we could get the code. It was not the fault of the accommodation but rather issues with sending passport images using the internet.
• Nur (10/5): There is iron, hair dryer, hair straightener, hangers, dirty clothes basket, fridge, microwave, kitchen utensils, everyt - Clean and complete with electrical appliances
• Florence (10/5): Great location, strong air con, ideal! - Amazing location (less than 10 mins walk to the glico sign and close to public transport stops). Everything was very clean, well decorated and comfortable. The owner was also really helpful when we had questions too.
• Bharath (8/5): Very good - The bed and the amenities provided were very comfortable, and the location is within a few minutes of Namba Station (though construction does block your way to Amerimura). The room was quite cold, and it felt like the heaters could not quite compensate enough for it.

• Clarice (8/5): Clean apartment. - The place is walking distance to Dotonbori and near OCAT JR station. The size of the bathroom and toilet are quite small for someone who is 6ft tall. You have to bend a bit or sit while taking a bath.
