• Mullen (1/5): Don't do it! - Nothing, it was awful. Terrible damp smelling rooms, padlocks for security. How RedDoorz or even Booking com can put their brand name to this place is beyond me. I didn't stay 15 minutes. I left and walked into another hotel. If it would be possible to get my money back I'd be grateful but I fear it would be contaminated by the place.

• Sam (1/5): Worst of the worst - Nothing. Need i say more? Everything. The whole place is a total.mess. The shower was not working, there was no TV in the room, the wifi was bad, the aircon was noisy and full of dirt. There were molds everywhere and roaches were plenty. The whole place smelled nasty. The moment you set foot, you'd be greeted with a musty smell and pungent bleach odour.. There was plenty of trash under the bed. I thought the other bad reviews were over the top but when i saw the place with my own eyes, they were not lying Not gonna set foot on that place again.

• Ephrime (1/5): Booking.com must de list this accommodation - The location only. Moldy walls, flies, dirty walls, improperly washed towels and linens, tv not working, no WiFi contrary to their claim in booking.com, aircon unit old and noisy, no mobile signal.
• Vacation32791797733 (2/5): One of the worst I have ever Stayed in my entire travel - Aircond is very very noisy , no water from d shower, only a pail & small bucket. No TV, no double bed. Small baby insects running all over. I paid for double bed & given one of the worst rooms I have ever stay. The outlook of the recorded area are even the worst I had across. This is very misleading.This is worst then d cheapest hostel around, smelly too...I will spit at this hotel service & it's rooms. Will totally not recommend or suggest they be include in RedDoorz network or rooms for rent. It's a total disgrace...

She managed to book a share room outside because she couldn't sleep there. I asked for a refund for 5 days booking but until now NO reply from them nor in this site.

After I did that, I came for refund they started playing with me and untill now I never saw that money, place to avoid at all cost

• Michael (4/5): Not recommended for travelers who come between 12 in the midnight until 6am - Big Rats and cockroaches are everywhere. The disappointed part is the curfew time 12 in the midnight until 5am. I paid 4night equivalent to January 11-15. Late chick inn due to my midnight arrival from davao to NAIA. I messaged the facility a day before. But still I arrive 3am in the morning no one can accommodate and open the door no one can answer my calls . I paid from January 11-15 I arrive January 12 3am. Curfew time is not presented before I booked the whole stay. “A BIG SCAM “ to travelers I waited until 5:30am but no one can check my bookings and prepare my paid rooms. my Big mistake to choose this place. Unforgettable!! Not answering my calls before I arrived. Not opening my room even I paid the whole 4nights.

I booked for the standard double room but instead they told me that the rate I booked is for a Single bed.room only. Info was.misleading online. That's why I cancelled and requested to waive the fee since I did not push through.

I didn’t like the property because of its dirtiness. plenty of insects and cockroach crawling around on the walls and ceiling. we actually sleep while our ears are covered with cotton so we’re safe with the small cockroach. light switch is broken and unsafe.

The other girl seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. She told us to park anywhere else even if it was outside their building perimeter. My god. There were cockroaches. There was also a sanitary pad inserted in the gap between the wall. They did not clean the room! Yuck! No towel or even a face towel. No sheet or even a thin sheet for a single person. I doubt if they even clean the pillowcases and the bed sheets. Tho they didnt smell bad. They should have just charged lower than 1k for a night. It's not value for money compared to others with the same range of price. We waited 1 hour before a receptionist could assist us to check out. No one was answering on the 4 cellphone numbers they have. Main door at the lobby was open at ungodly time without security guard of sort. Very bad customer service.
