• MARIUS (9/5): - The apartment is located in the city center, with easy access to public transport, lots of shops and restaurants and various points of interest. It's on the 3rd floor [not including basement] accessible by elevator, at the back of an old building. It faces the back, towards a small street with light traffic, also a parking space, thus little noise. The windows are thermopanes, providing good insulation. There is also natural light. It is quite large, 2 bedrooms [one bigger, but both with double beds] + open spce including a small kitchen and a sitting area apt for eating and/or working; an extensible sofa can accomodate another person. The bathroom and toilet are separated, both have sinks. Several big clothes racks; I found spare bed-sheets and towels. The kitchen has a big fridge, oven, cooking plate, microwave, hot water pot, a few cooking pots, cutlery and a few other utilities. Heating is done by a local condensing boliler that provides also the hot water; it can be set by individual preferences. The wifi was fine. A washing mashine in the bathroom. A parking behind the building, costing 30 euros a day; there is no direct access to it, one has to go around the building to the entry. The key was in a locker outside, with instructions to get it and go in. I never met the host, but he responded to my messages. It is somehow 'hidden', it took a while to locate it. There is a single set of keys for several people. No A/C, no tv [not needed though]. There is a cleaning fee, separate from the rest; the cleaning was ok, but can be better. The sensor of the boiler went off a few times stopping the heating, it had to be manually reset.

• Zoltán (8/5): Hosszú hétvégére ideális lakás pároknak, családnak. - Nagyon jó helyen található a lakás, egyszerű és könnyű volt a kulcs átvétele, van lift az épületben, csendes, nyugodt épület. Mivel nagyon frekventált helyen van a lakás, relatíve nehéz parkolni, de nem lehetetlen.

• Kisdomi (8/5): - The apartment is located close to the city center, with various restaurants and shops within walking distance. We would like to thank the owner for allowing us to check in earlier than 3:00 PM. The apartment was quite cold, around 19°C. At night we slept fully dressed, even though the radiators were on, they did not heat the apartment sufficiently. The apartment is clean, quiet, and slightly old-fashioned, but sufficient for an overnight stay of 1–2 nights.

• Dominique (8/5): Very good - Communication with the owner and check-in procedures were very smooth. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The location is great, central, close to public transport. Unlike stated in the description it is NOT a 3 bedroom apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, one of them with a queen size bed. So it worked well for a group of 3. But still, this should be adjusted

• Moldoveanu (8/5): Nice apartment in a great location, suitable also for a longer stay - The location of the place is great, you have everything you need within walking distance. The apartment is quite big, recommended even for longer stays. The host wrote to us that the apartment was ready earlier so we could do an early check in which we appreciated. All needed information was provided by the host. We do recommend the place When we arrived the heating was not turned on in the apartment - we had 15 degrees in the apartment, it was colder than outside :(. Even is we turned the heating on right away when we arrived, at night after several hours the temperature was still just 19 degrees, so the first night was quite cold. Even if there were no guests before our stay, I think that the host should make sure that a decent temperature is kept for when the guests arrive. Another thing that we missed was coffee. I think every apartment should at least have coffee and tea for the guests as a minimal. Also the lack of a TV is a minus, I think there is space to put one on the wall :)
• Tracy (7/5): We enjoyed our stay in E34. If we were a larger group, it would have been difficult to all fit in. - The location was good. The apartment was clean and neat. The building is in need of repairs. The apartment inside is fine but not the walk to the apartment. This was advertised as a 3 bedroom apartment, but it only has 2 bedrooms and a couch in the lounge.
• Daniela (9/5): Really worth it,Amazing location and host. - The place was very well located and very comfortable for 5 people. -Heated -Nice beds and good space The only thing I will suggest to provide some more large towels. We were provided only with 2 large towels and the rest were all small for face wash while we were 5 people. For the rest everything great!
