• Akram (7/5): A comfortable and spacious stay with a great view, but some amenities and facilities could be better - The room was clean and spacious, with a lovely view from the balcony, which made the stay quite pleasant. The bathroom was also very large and comfortable to use. However, basic amenities such as a toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided, which would have made the stay more convenient. The pool was very small and located in a different building, which was quite inconvenient. The restaurant for breakfast was also in another building, so we had to walk outside each morning. The breakfast itself seemed to be a set menu with limited options, which was disappointing and did not offer much variety. Overall, the facilities were not very convenient, and the experience could have been better.

• Michael (6/5): Lovely hotel in a noisy area. - Close to sea front,parking is good. Air con was noisy even on low fan. Lots of noise outside from noisy motorbikes passing the hotel into the early hours.

• Kristiina (8/5): - Huone oli todella siisti ja viihtyisä. Sijainti loistava aivan rannalla, mutta melua ei kuitenkaan kuulunut hotellihuoneen sisälle edes yöllä. Henkilökunta hyvin mukavaa. Aamupala oli viereisessä hotellissa, kivalla kattoterassilla. Aamupala oli aika perinteinen, ihan hyvä.

Nicht ganz so leise, aber okay. Die Klimaanlage auch auf unterste Stufe war relativ laut. Ich konnte nur schlafen, wenn sie ausgeschaltet war.

• Robert (9/5): Jeder Zeit wieder - Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit dem Zimmer war ich auch sehr zufrieden. Die Matratze war angenehm hart und ich habe sehr gut darin geschlafen. Die Platzierung des Auslasses des Klimagerät ist nicht optimal, genau auf das Bett.

• Verified traveler (8/5): No complimentary coffee in standard rooms... - This is a really nice hotel with spacious room, enormous bathroom and great location if you like the beach. The rooms are actually larger than they appear in the pictures, which is unusual, and very clean. The decor is modern and so are the appliances, and they provide good Wi-fi. I was however surprised that the usual complimentary coffee and tea were not available in the standard room despite being clearly visible in the pictures online. A hot water kettle was provided but no cups. After asking, I was given two cups and some coffee but was told that that service is not included with standard rooms. I really like this hotel and I would like to come back but I can't help wondering how bad things are if they are at down to skimping on coffee. Will they keep the place in good shape or will they let it decay slowly into oblivion like so many other hotels around here. The showerhead in my room, for example, is ready to be replaced or at the very least thoroughly scrubbed.

GREAT Staff that I've gotten to know over my stays...Super close to the beach with a lovely view of the water. Close to the Pattaya Mall. And easy transport to everwhere. Deep BlueZ 10 is a hidden gem with a tremendous value...I have stayed here now for the last 5 trips. Oh yeah, and the Thai Massage place right down the street is my favorite place for relaxing body work!

The location was perfect for me as it is quiet enough to sleep, but also close to many attractions such as the Central World mall and many other shops and restaurants. I felt safe and comfortable my entire stay there.

• RYO (8/5): 立地はいいが、設備がちょっと。。。 - エアコンの自動温度調節/風量調節がきかず、ONかOFFしかならなかった。タイでは涼しい気温(昼でも30度前後)だったので、手動でSW操作しなければならなかったのが面倒だった。あとは、シャワーのお湯がほとんど出ず、暖かいシャワーが浴びれなかった

The windows don’t have blackout curtains so unless if you like sleeping with sun in your eyes its hard to sleep. The worst part is that the WiFi kicks you out every time your phone goes to sleep or powers off. So you gotta re log in 30 times a day

• Yuko (2/5): シャワーからお湯が出ません - 昼間404号室にチェックインし、出かけました。夜、部屋に戻ってシャワーを浴びようとしたら、お湯が出ません。 夜10時くらいですが、一度スタッフ2人が来て何か作業をし、温水が出るようになりましたが、いざシャワーを浴び出したらまた冷水になってしまいました。 その後は、明日まで待つよう言われ、何もしてくれません。 明日はキャンセルし、別のホテルを探そうかと思っています。 返金してもらえるよう、ホテルズコムさんに問い合わせようと思います。 信じられません、最悪です。

Hotel is new - I only wish A/C didn't turn completely off when leaving room. I understand the efficiency but a minimal cooling would be better. When I returned the room was blistering hot, although it did cool in about a half hour.

• Lit chor (8/5): Nice sea view and location convenient. - Gorgeous sea view on 7th and 8th floor. She has no pool on her own but she has a sister hotel, Serenotel across the road which the place you can have breakfast and spending time in swimming pool there. Con is, there’s stinky smell from the toilet sometimes. As my experience, it seemed to be solved after I poured some water to the toilet floor drain so that’s not really a problem for us.

• Lindsay (6/5): Centre to beach rd very close large supermarkets - The view from the top floor 8th overlooking the bay of Pattaya is amazing and right in the middle of Walking St - Beach Rd & You can look all the way to your left or right, There is a 9th floor as a viewing platform with protective fencing, you can see completely what surrounds the building. I had arrived here before my lady as she was still at work in bkk, so I spent time familiarizing myself with the hotel and surrounds and did some shopping at the Bazaar just up and around the corner. Remember to use Google maps when walking or in a Taxi, tuk tuk as it can show you exactly where you are at any time. A godsend to a novice visiting and country and especially Thailand It can also show your history etc. There are three buildings that make up the DeepBlue Hotel' We just needed our room as we were busy going everywhere else. Room could make better use of space and the way things work together, such as the door to the shower is level with the floor and this means your bathmat cannot be positioned as you leave the shower as it would jam or push it out of the way, Your towel is hung behind the door as you exit shower. Hot and Cold taps in the shower need a lot of patience by user as they are not consistent. Mirror overhangs basin, be careful brushing teeth as you can smack into mirror. Toilet seat is not fitted correctly and does not close properly These are minor things, I am probably too fussy, I have stayed in other hotels in bkk, cheaper and offered more amentities.

• Hamed (4/5): Horrible Hotel Management - - The group of staff working at the front desk have no experience whatsoever in hotel management. they are very poor in English lanaguage and some (men) of them are really rude in their communication way. - The reception area is open space and has no aircon and hence always hot and unpleasent while waiting there. - The provided breakfast (as part of the room charge) is very poor and limited to 3 items only (of which pork is one item that we do not eat as muslims) and it is also served in the next hotel, so we have to walk between the two. -
• Roland (6/5): Hotel mit Baustelle, unterschiedliches Personal - Mir wurde am Empfang mitgeteilt, ich erhalte ein besonders grosses Zimmer. Es stellte sich heraus, dass dieses zimmer im 2 Stock lag. Blick auf den noch im Bau befindlichen vorderen Teil des Hotels. Keine Balkon, gibt es erst ab der dritten Etage. Zimmer aber modern und sauber eingerichtet. Ich hatte ein Doppelzimmer gebucht und bekamm Frühstück für zwei Personen. Von einer Empfangsperson wurde mir mitgeteilt, wenn eine zweite Person im Zimmer übernachte koste dies 500 BTH. Von einer anderen Angestellten wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich keine Zusatzkosten zu bezahlen hätte. Sehr Positiv ist zu erwähnen: Ich habe eines Abends einen Geldbeutel in der Skybar liegen gelassen. Am nächsten Morgen war der Geldbeutel mit dem Geld ca. 4000 BTH noch vorhanden.
• Dirk (4/5): Neues Hotel mit deutlichen Schwächen - Zum Positiven: Das Hotel ist noch ganz neu, dementsprechend sind die Zimmer auch noch nicht abgewohnt und die sind sogar recht groß. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Zum negativen: Das Wasser in der Dusche wechselt ständig von warm nach kalt und zurück. Die Einrichtung wirkt irgendwie "billig". Das Personal ist nicht fähig oder willens eine zweite Schlüsselkarte auszugeben. Durch die nur einfach verglasten Fenster ist der Straßenlärm recht deutlich zu hören. Der größte Minuspunkt ist aber die Klimaanlage. Diese bläst extrem kalte Luft ins Zimmer, völlig egal welche Temperatur man eingestellt hat. Im Prinzip gibt es also nur die Optionen "Sauna" oder "Eisfach" Für den Preis hatte ich, gerade bei einem neuen Hotel, deutlich mehr erwartet.
