• Natalie (10/5): Our luggages are kind of heavy, it was difficult to carry up & down, narrow stairway. - The location is good, we have our own driver. No dryer, internet did not work on first couple days.
• Pearl (5/5): Other than stair issue, since we only got 2 people so we felt comfortable staying in a room - The beds were firm and there were 3 beds and we got only two people so we felt fine Second floor rooms that got steep stairs and each stair was tiny and narrow so it's very hard to go up or down carrying things in your hands. Everytime you go up or down you'll got fear that you may miss a stair and fall. The size of the room is tiny and can take 4 people maximum The noise from people staying upstairs could be heard clearly

• Peachy (10/5): The area was great since it it near the stores and the train station. - Near the station and clean None
• Wan (8/5): Very good - Train station, food and shops close by. Easy to get about. The best thing about the place is it has 2 showers and 2 toilets, which is very rare in Japan for a travelling family of 5 adults. Looks like it's a recently refurbished old wooden floored building which may bother some if there are occupants in the above room but overall still very good.
• Saucedo (10/5): really confortable! - The location was good. The place was bigger than we thought so it was really comfortable to move around. I liked that the bathrooms were a decent size and were big enough to be used comfortably. The station nearby has a really nice bakery so we didnt have to worry about going anywhere too far to get snacks. Theres also a sevem-eleven. The area around the station has many restaurants as well as a supermarket. Of course theres many convenience stores as well. I wish it was more specified which apartment we are assigned. There was another group aggressively knocking our door claiming to be staying in the same apartment as us but it turns out they were assigned on the one above us. It was a stressful situation as it had made me think I had made a mistake with the dates while booking the place. Also, after I made the reservation, I received an email saying that we would be receiving instructions on how to get into the property 2 days before check-in. Hpwever I never received anything and had to contact the owner asking for the instructions.
