• Tatsunori (5/5): - 施設、設備が綺麗でした。 スタッフさんが近隣の食事場所などを丁寧に教えてくれた事でいい夕食が迎えられました。 お部屋の冷蔵庫に冷凍機能がなかったのでお酒を呑む際に補充の度に共同キッチンの冷蔵庫まで行く事が面倒だった。(お酒に合うグラスもほしい) iPadを持参したがモニターにiOSが非対応で接続できなかった。

• Jiawen (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing room design, comfortable bedding and abundant facilities in the room. Quite convenient location if you drive. Free laundry and parking is a plus.
• Leslie (10/5): Clean and modern room with beautiful nature - Nasuppo is set up as an ideal spot to work remotely (everything you need is provided including monitors, chair, cables), but we also enjoyed our leisure stay as a family. The room was clean and modern, especially the bathroom, but the area was very quiet and rustic. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sounds of nature and fresh air. If you have a car, the location is great. Very close to the Nasu Safari Park and other Nasu museums/attractions. We didn't have time to take advantage of the amenities (BBQ rental, sauna, etc), but did enjoy the coffee and fast Wifi. The cleaning staff was very friendly and offered fresh towels every day. Nothing. If you don't have a car, it may be difficult to get around.
• Smallmtn88 (8/5): Loved the room! - The room was spacious. The TV was bigger than it looks in the pictures. The bathroom looked luxurious. The twin monitor setup looks great; I wish I had brought my laptop. The room even had coffee beans and a bean grinder to make fresh coffee! The small handheld vacuum in the room was very helpful. It's very hard to find a single room for a large family, so thank you very much for building such a room. The staff was terrific. 1) The front door light: It was a big insect magnet. All of the surrounding forest's insects were waiting for us on the front door when we arrived after dark. There was an electric insect swatter in the room, but that did not help us at first. 2) The electronic lock: It was a little difficult to use. The touch keypad is not very responsive.
