• Edie (7/5): Perfect for a short stay and great price. - The location was amazing, perfect for a short city break as very easy to get everywhere, also very close walking distance to Navigili which was perfect for an evening dinner and drink. Felt very homely and lovely, and had everything needed for a short stay, even a hairdryer. Loved the balcony/ big door. Very spacious apartment was even better than the photos! Comfortable bed. The bathroom could have been nicer but overall a lovely place. The only thing is the door was a little stiff but definitely manageable.

• Ana (9/5): - Zelo čisto in vzdrževano stanovanje. Oprema kot je navedeno v opisu. Vrata od tuša se ni dalo dobro zapreti in je zato puščala voda. Po stropu je bilo nekaj pajčevin, ki pa niso vplivale na udobje.
• Eléna (7/5): - J'ai trouvé que l'emplacement de l'appartement était assez correct, juste à côté de l'arrêt du tram N15 et de l'arrêt de l'électrobus N90, 91. Pratique pour se rendre dans le centre ville où à la gare Centrale ou Garibaldi. Le tram va jusqu'au Duomo, très pratique ! L'immeuble et la cour sont bien entretenus, les voisins sont gentils et prêts à venir à l'aide. L'immeuble est sans ascenseur, alors, en montant les 4 étages de 3 mètres,au moins, vous musclez les mollets et les fessiers en même temps, et les bras si vous avez les bagages. À 200 mètres à peu près il y 2 magasins alimentaires : PAM, un peu plus loin dans la même direction encore un. Et de l'autre côté il y en a un. Le voisinage est calme, mais si vous êtes sensible au bruit, ayez les boules quies. J'aurais aimé s'il y avait une feuille plastifiée dans l'appartement avec les règles et les explications, par exemple, comment payer l'impôt sur le séjour et pour le reste (où trouver l'adaptateur pour les prises ou que les portes sur le balcon sont coulissantes). Ça serait parfait si on pouvait trouver dans l'appartement quelques cartes de Milan avec les musées ou les transports. Peut être, si j'étais propriétaire je changerais la bouilloire et la couverture de lit, ainsi que le protège-matelas. Ainsi que je communiquerais un peu plus avec mes invités.

È stato un viaggio di lavoro quindi avevo bisogno almeno di una ricevuta semplice intestata a mio nome. In preparazione la denuncia alla Guardia di Finanza per la mancata emissione di documento di vendità.

• Irati (1/5): No os alojéis aquí, es básicamente un Airbnb. - Que había aire acondicionado pero funcionaba más o menos No había nadie para darnos las llaves pese a que en booking lo ponía. Era como un Airbnb, con las llaves en una caja que tú tienes que recoger y eso no lo especificaba. El aire acondicionado funcionaba pero se apaga al de un rato. El balcón donde estaba la lavadora daba ASCO estaba repugnante. El baño era muy pequeño. La ducha hacía un ruido raro cuando movías la manguera y se salía todo el agua fuera. El wifi iba fatal. Las camas eran incómodas, parecía que habían comprado la más barata del Ikea y las almohadas ni te cuento. El piso es un cuarto sin ascensor.

• Illia (8/5): Overall, the apartment is good for a short one-night stay and I can definitely recommend it. - The property offered excellent value for the price, with comprehensive facilities that met all my needs. The location was perfect, situated close to transportation options that made getting to the city center a breeze, just 15 minutes away. Additionally, the host provided clear instructions which made check-in and navigating the apartment straightforward. The internet connection was quite slow, which made it difficult it for an access. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable for two people, and the shower had low water pressure, which wasn’t very satisfying.

• LOPEZ (5/5): No lo recomiendo. - La verdad no me gustó el lugar si bien debo decir que era limpio en cuanto a sábanas y toallas e instalaciones interiores. Aunque el balcón, y algunos utensillos no lo estaban. Eran 4 pisos por escalera. Un edificio muy antiguo, el balcón era una mugre. No había nada para sacarte de apuro: ni un sobre de azúcar. Hay lavarropas pero no hay ni un poquito de jabón en polvo, muy poco amable el servicio. El departamento está lleno de cosas que no sirven o son antiguas (discos, DVD, etc.). No lo recomendaría. Fue el peor alojamiento en Italia y fuimos a 13 lugares diferentes.

W mieszkaniu wszystko było dostępne: ręczniki, jednorazowe kosmetyki, sprzęt w kuchni, itp Mieszkanie nie należy do najczystszych. W łazience na ścianach jest dosyć duży grzyb. Okolica nie jest ciekawa. Samochód był zaparkowany niemal przed wejściem, jednakże w nocy wybito nam szybę i skradziono wszystko co tylko znajdowało się w samochodzie. Nie ma w okolicy innego bezpiecznego parkingu.

• Alliya (6/5): - Good location. Good metro and bus access Neighbours were very loud! The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The apartment is decorated with some unusual furniture. Too many stairs 6 flight of stairs to climb no lift not appropriate after a long day or with any bags.

Il padrone di casa ha fornito tutte le informazioni. Ottima qualità prezzo Non c’è ascensore nel palazzo ma era comunque indicato nella descrizione

Não dava para abrir a janela porque estava fechada com uma chave de fendas, impossibilitando a luz natural de passar. Só havia um sofá-cama cuja cobertura se estava a desfazer.

• Emily (8/5): Great - thank you! - Comfortable little apartment just outside of Milan, very well linked with public transport. We stayed for the F1 in Monza so definitely recommend this apartment if you’re in the area for this, the train station just behind the apartment has regular direct trains into Monza, and you beat all of the queues for Centrale! The apartment has everything you could need for a few days. Host was very responsive, helpful and friendly. There are lots of stairs to reach the apartment and no elevator, but this is quite typical for Italy we found. Just something to keep in mind! Other than that no problems.

• Marion (4/5): Lage und Nachbarschaft sehr gut, Wohnung und Ausstattung defizitär - 1) Beschreibungen auf booking.com, die nicht der Wahrheit entsprechen: "Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden im Apartment gestellt" --> Wir hatten für 6 Übernachtungen jeder 1 großes Badetuch, als "Bettwäsche" wurde ein dünnes Laken und ein Bettüberwurf bereitgestellt "Nutzen Sie auch den Fahrradverleih des Apartments" --> gab es nicht Das ist schon das 2. Mal. Empfehlung: über airbnb buchen, da stimmt unserer Erfahrung nach immer alles :-) 2) italienische Kaffeekanne ohne Griff könnte mal erneuert werden, wäre angenehmer so ohne Handverbrennungsgefahr. Gar keine Geschirrtücher sind definitiv zu wenig Geschirrtücher für 6 Übernachtungen. 3) Beim Ankommen war der Vermieter in einem geschäftlichen Meeting, telefonische Verbindung leider so schlecht, dass keine Kommunikation mit ihm möglich war. Er sagte, er habe mir per mail geschrieben, was der Türcode sei, ich habe diese mail aber leider nie erhalten. --> eine sehr nette Italienerin an der Bar in der Straße war so nett uns nach diversen Kontaktaufnahmeversuchen mit dem Vermieter zu helfen, so dass wir nach langem hin und her in die Wohnung konnten. Beim Auschecken lief die Kommunikation telefonisch gut, wir durften bis 12.00 Uhr statt 10.00 Uhr bleiben. 4) Ungewöhnlich kühle Temperaturen für die Jahreszeit Anfang April 2023 (nachts so 5,6,7, Grad Celcius). In der Wohnung ohne funktionierende Heizung war es extrem kalt, insbesondere in der Nacht ohne passende Bettwäsche. Ich habe deshalb einmal mit Straßenkleidung und zusätzlichem Pullover geschlafen. Erschwerend kam hinzu, dass wir das Badezimmerfenster regelmäßig offen stehen lassen mussten wegen dem stechenden Geruch, der sich durch den dort stark angesiedelten Schimmel breitmachte. Man hätte evtl.
