Upon check-in, you must sign the registration card, and you must show a valid photo ID and a credit card. Special requests will be made subject to availability and may be subject to an additional charge.
The property is located in a residential area, therefore guests are required to remain silent. It is forbidden to organize events in the facility, including hen and stag parties, etc.
The facility is nonsmoking. Breaking the ban is associated with the imposition of a fine in the amount of PLN 500.
If you would like an invoice for your stay, please make a request and write to the property at the time of booking. It will not be possible to issue the document later.
A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required on arrival. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the property is located in a residential building. Therefore, we have no influence on any breakdowns, renovation works or other events that may occur in the building or its surroundings during your stay. However, our staff will do their best to help you with the situation as much as possible.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- maslanka (9/5): Śliczny apartament - Apartament przestronny, jasny, czysty, w świetnej lokalizacji, ładnie urządzony, możliwość przyjazdu ze zwierzakiem. Na miejscu znajdują się pralko-suszarka, mikrofalówka, toster, spora lodówka oraz odkurzacz. Na gości czekają także książki, gry oraz zabawki dla dzieci. Miłym zaskoczeniem był powitalny pakiet dla naszego psiaka, w którym znalazły się jego ukochane smaczki(!) i kocyk. Strzał w dziesiątkę :) Wszystko zgodne ze zdjęciami. Atutem apartamentu jest umiejscowienie w niemieckiej willi czynszowej z początku XX wieku, która ma swój unikatowy klimat. Łóżka wygodne. Sam pobyt bardzo udany. Nie jest jasne, dlaczego po klucze trzeba chodzić 10 minut do biura i również trzeba je tam odnieść, skoro na drzwiach apartamentu przyczepiono skrytkę. Konieczność tych spacerów jest bardzo niewygodna, zwłaszcza przy wymeldowaniu. Jak przyjechaliśmy była ulewa i rodzina czekała w deszczu pod drzwiami aż jedna osoba dobiegnie z tymi kluczami. W drugą stronę, jeśli przyjeżdża się pociągiem, a nie ma się z kim zostawić walizek, to trzeba z nimi biegać tam i spowrotem. Alternatywnie towarzysze muszą czekać z walizami aż jedna osoba przegalopuje pół Sopotu. Nie polecam osobom z trudnościami z poruszaniem się. Ktoś z pracowników mógłby podejśc i przekazać/odebrać te klucze, jeśli nie chcecie korzystać ze skrytek - tak zazwyczaj było w innych apartamentach.
- Anna (10/5): Piękne miejsce - Śliczne mieszkanie, w pięknej kamienicy i znakomitej lokalizacji. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Kaucja za wynajem zwrócona w ciągu kilku dni. Fakt, trzeba odebrać (i na końcu zanieść) klucze z recepcji, która znajduje się w innym budynku 5 minut pieszo od mieszkania, co w przypadku osób, które mają większe walizki może być niewygodne. My na szczęście podróżowaliśmy w wersji light, więc był to tylko dodatkowy spacer. Wychodząc na plażę zostawiliśmy otwarte drzwi do łazienki, niestety z kanalizacji wydobywa się paskudny zapach, który czuć było w całym mieszkaniu. Potem już zamykaliśmy drzwi i zostawialiśmy otwarte okno w łazience i nie było więcej tego problemu :) Skorzystaliśmy z opcji kupienia śniadania (dowozi je firma cateringowa i zostawia pod drzwiami). Wpisałam adres naszego apartamentu ale na pudełku było zapisane Skandi Love A (my byliśmy w B, drzwi obok). Było ryzyko, że sąsiedzi zjedzą nasze śniadanie. Warto to dopracować z firmą cateringową.
- Małgorzata (10/5): Piękny apartament i przemiła obsługa - Sam apartament okazał się przestronny, bardzo czysty i świetnie urządzony – nowoczesny, a jednocześnie przytulny. Wszystko było przygotowane z dbałością o szczegóły, co sprawiło, że od razu poczułam się jak w domu. Na duże wyróżnienie zasługuje również obsługa – bardzo sympatyczna, pomocna i zawsze uśmiechnięta. Widać, że gospodarze naprawdę dbają o komfort swoich gości, chętnie udzielają wskazówek dotyczących atrakcji w okolicy i reagują na każdą prośbę.

- Irene (7/5): Comfortable apartment once you got into it. - Very well kitted out and very clean. The little balcony was an unexpected bonus. It was very close to shops and restaurants . The location was described as “beachfront” on your website. If was in fact about approximately 1 km from the sea. We had to collect the keys from the office then walk up a hill for about half a kilometre with our cases , to get to the apartment itself and we are both in our seventies, so not a good start for us. The communal entrance hall to the building was dank and grim and not clean.

- Rosssi (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and well-equipped apartment in an interesting old building, just next to the train station in Sopot and on 5 min walk to the beach, responsive hosts for all the questions we asked. - The bed was narrow too for three of us with our 5 years old son. At the same time the sofa in the living room was actually very comfortable bed, but there were no sheets/ sleepwear for it. In fact we didn't ask the hosts, probably they could provide linens for it, but for 3 guests we expected that it is possible to use it. Besides there were also only 2 towel sets. - On Sunday evening on the day after our arrival we found locked the door of the building - the hosts missed to give us a pass code for it, but helpful neighbors gave us their pass code while we were calling the hosts on the phone. - Wi-fi signal in the bedroom was poor, I was not able use it, but my husband did.
