• Merle (9/5): Fantastisch! - We konden veel eerder inchecken dan wat normaal is, dit was superfijn! Op Booking lijkt het alsof er 3 zwembaden zijn waar je toegang tot hebt, dit is alleen niet het geval. Iedere kamer heeft een eigen bubbelbad/zwembad.
• mark (10/5): Our stay was Superb - The staff and accommodations were fantastic. Breakfast was also something we looked forward to every morning. After 20 years of working in the hospitality Industry (mainly working for 5 star hotels) I can say this was a fantastic experience. literally nothing.
• Michael (10/5): An ideal, high-quality vacation choice! - We stayed here on our honeymoon and were delighted with the quality of the accommodation and service we received. The location is perfect for easy access to the best beach on the island. We found variety of great bars and restaurants withing a 5 minute walk from our room. Manthos was welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, bringing a delicious fresh breakfast every morning. If you're looking for upmarket accommodation, without the crazy prices found in Oia this is the one. The hot tub was clean, warm, and most of all private unlike many others we saw that were overlooked. We would highly reccomend this for anyone looking to escape the busy tourist spots to enjoy a relaxing stay. Nothing - we literally have no complaints from our stay.

• Kokot (10/5): Perfekt. - Der Gastgeber war absolut freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer für einen da, wenn man eine Frage hatte. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich. Man konnte jeden Morgen neu entscheiden, was man gerne möchte, und es wurde einem aufs Zimmer gebracht und liebevoll dekoriert. Außerdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage war perfekt man konnte alles fußläufig gut erreichen , Strandbars,Restaurants, Friseur und vieles mehr. Abends der kleine beheizte Whirlpool für zwei war auch ein Traum.

• Patrick (10/5): Sehr schöne und bequeme Suite - Wunderbare Suite, hatten das Zimmer 6 im Obergeschoss mit Whirlpool und Meerkblick. Ruhige Straße. Personal (Reinigungsdame und Mantos, welcher ständig erreichbar ist) sehr nett. Zimmer sauber, Wände könnten mal gestrichen werden. Bett sehr bequem. Großzügiger Raum. Essen sehr gut, aber kein Buffet, muss am Vortag bestellt werden und wir aufs Zimmer geliefert. Strand vor dee Türe. Die Anbieter mit Liegen direkt vor dem Hotel kümmern sich nicht um den Strand, sehr dreckig. Etwas weiter nach rechts gibt es einen Anbieter, der den Strand sehr toll pflegt (20Euro pro Tag Sonnensschirm und 2 Liegen). Mit Mietauto alles komplikationslos. Mantos ist sehr bemüht. Absolut zu empfehlen. Kritik auf hohem Niveau. Gym ist spärlich, aber im schicken Design. Wände könnten gestrichen werden. Die Klimaanlage im unteren Bereich hatte einen Defekt, war sehr laut. Haben nachts nur die obere laufen lassen. Tahini zum Frühstück (4 Stück an 2 Tagen) war seit Monaten abgelaufen. Habe es Mantos gemeldet, er hat sich entschuldigt, es kam sofort eine Entschuldigungsmail vom Hotelbetreiber und eine Flasche Wein. - super Gästebetreuung!

• Adam (8/5): Wonderful amenities and breakfast, but poor quality of cleanliness of the room - There were many things we did enjoy: the room itself was beautiful, the pool area was lovely, and the breakfast was delicious. When we told the staff about that the room wasn’t properly cleaned they offered us a bottle of wine as compensation, which we appreciated. One area that fell short during our stay was the hotel’s cleanliness. On the first day we noticed items left behind by previous guests in the room (a shirt, balloons and a note to the hotel staff) and socks at the pool area, which made it seem like the room hadn’t been fully prepared before our arrival. We mentioned this to hotel staff, and while they were polite and apologetic — and kindly offered us a bottle of wine as compensation in the end of our stay, which we appreciated — the cleaning standards unfortunately didn’t improve much during the rest of our visit. Housekeeping was minimal — the bed sheets and towels were changed, but other parts of the room, such as the bathroom floor, sink, and mirror, were not properly cleaned. On our last day, we even noticed some trash on the floor in the room that wasn’t even ours.

Room was very spacious, light and clean. Located right next to the beach, but you still have privacy. Breakfasts were really delicious. Marilena at the reception was the best! She recommended us a lot of places on the island and gave us a map. Really such a kind soul, wishing you all the best!

• Clare (10/5): WOW by far the best place i have ever stayed 😍 - We booked the Opalia Suites as a special trip for my 50th birthday. WOW is all i can say we had the Superior suite with the bigger pool and it was fabulous. The room was spectacular with lovely little touches added in to make it really special. You get breakfast delivered to your suite which is cooked freshly by Marilena and her sunny side eggs are the best ive ever tasted 😍. All the staff are great in what they do. They are all so helpful. We truly had the best time here and would highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you again Marilena and staff for making my birthday treat a lovely stay 😊 That i didnt book for longer 😔

• Esther (10/5): Exceptional - The property was clean and stylish. Marilena was a brilliant host, she was so friendly and very helpful. She recommended places to visit for our very short stay. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with some traditional Greek dishes. We had the room upstairs with the jacuzzi which had a direct view of the beach, the night we stayed had a full moon which was absolutely beautiful. The shops and restaurants were only a few minutes away. We had a smooth pick up and departure with a polite driver George. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to use the gym downstairs but looked like a lot of good equipment. We all loved it so much we wanted to come back. No faults

• Debonnaire (10/5): 100% recommended, 10/10 experience. - The experience was amazing from start to finish. Upon arrival we were greeted and luggage taken to our room, and given a quick tour of the island on a map with recommendations for activities and eating out. Breakfast was second to none, and like nothing else. The room was spacious, comfortable and had excellent views. As well as this, we were a 30second walk from the beach with numerous restaurants, water-sports and shops. Car rental nearby was cheap and easy and allowed us to go round the whole island in just a day. Nothing, we should have stayed longer.

• David (9/5): Superb - Warm greeting on arrival by Marilena who showed us to the Lovely spacious virtually brand new apartment furnished to a very quality with amazing detail. The place also has a little gym and guest room for later checkouts - they really do seem to have thought of everything! Communication with Marilena is via watsapp she would answer any request promptly and efficiently. A lovely fresh breakfast was delivered each morning by Kostas and Sara kept the room immaculately clean. The apartment is about 30m from the beach which is great but on the downside this does affect the privacy of the pool as people’s curiosity gets the better of them as the walk past !
• Goodfellow (10/5): Our stay was first class from beginning to end. We hope to return again soon - Standard of accommodation was very high. It was located just off the beach in a very quiet area. The terrace was huge with lots of shaded areas and the swimming pool was private . The staff were exceptional, friendly and very informative. The hotel arranged transfer from airport and we used the same man - Giorgo’s throughout. Having to leave it!

Liked having our own pool and was close to the beach. Breakfast was great, loved that they brought it to your room and you could order as much as you liked. • Toni (9/5): We cannot recommend highly enough. Staff were absolutely fabulous. - Location, comfort, attention to detail. Real quality of fittings and styling. Exceeded expectations in every way. Superior suite is exceptional. Breakfast choice is extensive and delicious. We couldn’t fault any aspect and would stay again in a heartbeat. No iron ( there is an ironing service however). This in no way deflects from the excellence of the suites.
• Oluwatoyin (9/5): Superb - The space was beautiful, the staffs were extremely kind, and also loved that the beach was about a minute away with lots of restaurants close by.
• Paris (10/5): Opalia Suites is a five star quality experience, and highly recommended. - The breakfasts were excellent, with various choices. The architecture and design of the suites is exemplary, with incredible attention to details. Could/should be featured in Architectural Digest or similar. Local management was excellent in all aspects. Booking was first week of October, which is shoulder season in most Greek Islands with the possible exception of Santorini. While the five days (October 5-9) were sunny and very warm, the water in our private pool was nevertheless too cold for lounging in the pool. Therefore, in retrospect an earlier calendar booking might be advisable. We were not overly impressed with Santorini, per se, due to the massive numbers of tourists. However. the stay at Opalia Suites was superb.
• Brown (10/5): Wonderful hotel and most gracious host ensuring a great stay in Perissa! - What was there not to like? Xandros, the Host and Manager, welcomed us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the hotel the design of which was exceptional. He offered up some great suggestions on things to do and where to eat and we ultimately opted for a semi-private caldera sunset cruise with Santorini Sailing which was fantastic! But by far the most exceptional aspect of our stay, apart from Xandros Concierge-like service and authentic concern for our enjoyment of our time in Perissa, was the breakfast! It was so nice being able to order a tailored breakfast to start your day off well and Xandros delivered it each morning and it was wonderful. We had a planned relocation to Imerovigli after two nights and we wished our hotel there was a nice as Opalia Suites! We would recommend staying here without any qualifications! The only suggestion I would make would be to speed up the Wi-Fi. It was slow as we were comparing tours.

• Craig (10/5): I would absolutely stay here again - I stayed at Opalia Suites June 2023 with my partner and daughter. They truly made our stay wonderful. Above and beyond. Prior to booking Opalia Suites I had looked at many hotels but this suite ticked all our boxes. Still the luxury we liked but also comfortable and convenient for our toddler with having our own pool, seating area and they supplied the cutest cot with beautiful bedding. The hotel arranged our transfer from the airport and on arrival we had a warm welcome and lots of fuss made of our daughter. We were helped to our ground floor room and everything we needed explained and lots of recommendations for places to eat and visit. Breakfast was beautiful and lots of choice which was welcomed with a fussy toddler. Breakfast was delivered to our room so no rushing to get ready and down to a busy canteen. There were lots of time slots to choose too. Our rooms were cleaned and towels replaced on request. The pool and patio area was cleaned daily. I also used the gym, this area was modern and air conditioned. The Nespresso coffee machine was an added bonus. There was a little kitchenette area too so we could clean a few dishes and a fridge. Hairdryer was supplied and clean luxury towels, bathroom area was modern and easy with a toddler. Wardrobe space was ample. We loved our stay and my daughter was made such a fuss off it was lovely. Nothing was a burden. The staff there really made our stay extra special. Nothing not like
• Carl (10/5): A perfect place to stay, close to the beach and wonderful service from the staff. - Staff was amazing!!! Could not do enough to make our stay perfect!!! Breakfast was brought to our room and was very delicious, and had plenty of items to enjoy. We arrived very early and were given a room to change in and lock up our luggage while the room was being prepared. Bags brought to our room , Manager came to the beach to let us know the room was ready!! A small handmade bouquet of flowers was delivered with breakfast for my wifes birthday along with a small bottle of wine! I dont think I would stay anywhere else but here on my next trip!!! I had no complaints!!!!

The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, the breakfast is very good and very plentiful. In addition, this hotel is perfectly located a few steps from the beach. A place of this quality and price should have a manager on site to welcome guests and provide elegant assistance. You cannot leave that to the janitor, even if he is friendly and accommodating. No room service, no milk.
• Saahil (10/5): A calm and comforting place in a fantastic location with amazing staff. - This place was amazing, I cannot fault anything about this place. We stayed for 7 nights and didn't have any issues. Sandro was very helpful and friendly, with fast and effective communication on WhatsApp. The room itself was exactly how it looks on the photos, very large room, the jacuzzi was also great. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, it never disappointed, there are alot of options to choose from, the fruit, omlettes and croissants were amazing along with the orange juice. If we were to ever come back here, I wouldn't book anywhere else. It was also very peaceful which we liked. The location was amazing, very close to the beach, restaurants, shops and bus stop which gets you to other locations on the island. It was all amazing
• Pawel (10/5): Great value, beautiful decor, very nice host! - The Opalia suits are comfortably located near the beach in the second row of the buildings; very quiet location, with two empty lots on either side of the building. Everything in the room was new, with boho style, beautiful furniture, with great attention to details - they even have bamboo slippers and bamboo toothbrushes. There are mosquito nets in every window, which makes it easy to cool the room without neccesity of using AC. Very nice rooms, with hot tub/pool on the balcony/tarrace. I will be coming back! nothing!

Ps: looks even better in reality than the pictures. We loved our stay here and we are looking forward to come back, was the perfect choice to spend our honeymoon 😍
• Sean (10/5): Exceptional - the room was absolutely stunning and only a few steps from the amazing Perissa beach, the breakfasts each day were delicious and Sandro was extremely friendly and helpful, and was very accommodating on our final day as our flight wasn’t until evening, would highly recommend to any Perissa visitors nothing
• Greta (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was simply perfect. The suite is absolutely spotless and big. There is silent Air-conditioning 1 min walk to the beach. Breakfast is served in the room and delicious. And the host Sandro is super kind and helpful. Totally recommended. The water of the pool was a bit cold.

• Maria-angela (10/5): Best hotel in Santorini - Opalia Suites is amazing! Each day breakfast is delivered to your room along with a sheet where you can choose what you would like for breakfast the next day. We travelled for our honeymoon and had a room with private hot-tub. They gave us some traditional sweets on arrival and had decorated our room with some lovely banners and just married sign. The facilities were clean and had everything you needed. Opalia Suites is in a brilliant location with a bus direct to Fira nearby. You can hire quad bikes/cars from very close by which are fantastic for travelling around the island. We had a really great stay and couldn't recommend Opalia Suites more. Absolutely nothing - everything was perfect!
• Lisa (10/5): Fabulous accommodation stone throw away from the beach - Opalia Suites was exceptional, perfect location. Sandro and his wife made us feel very welcome and they kept our accommodation spotlessly clean. The accommodation itself was large and we really enjoyed our hotub. Would highly recommend. Nothing at all
• Nicholas (10/5): gorgeous, rooms, excellent location and fantastic host. we will definitely be back ! - the property was in a great location thirty seconds from the beach and a short walk from a couple of shops were you could buy drinks and snacks. The rooms were beautifully decorated with all mod cons and a very good shower. Sandro was fantastic, very friendly and helpful and ensured we had a great stay. There was nothing to not like about Opalia Suites, we loved it.

Sandro was very polite and helpful. we really enjoyed our stay and we highly recommend this beautiful space 😃 we loved it there is nothing we did not like!
• Dobre (10/5): AWESOME - The place was very cosy and confortable, high quality bed and linens and Sandro , the manager is a great person. You will have only 50m to the Perissa beach. Great place for a 10 Vacation. Nothing to complain. Just a great place to stay and a very good value for money. In the future I would apreciate a warm breakfast delivered to the room, as the view from the terrace is amazing.

Sandro and Makka were there to welcome us and infact are the sweetest couple to ensure your stay is as comfortable as you expect it to be. Couldn't have asked for more. It was fantastic. Honestly nothing i didn't like. Everything was great.
• Florina (10/5): Amazing property , amazing holiday ! Highly recomnd this property ! - Everything was amazing exactly as in the pictures , everything is excelent , all you need u have there! The host was very responsive, when we arrived there it was earlier than we needed to do the check in and they helped us with the luggage till we did the check in at 15 pm ! the beach is near over the street , the view from balcony is amazing , we had an apartment upstair with a jacuzzi on the balcony , we loved to stay there in the morning or evening , exceptional view ! Near u have restaurants , bars, shops ,the apartment is worth the price for what it offers ! The only one thing in minus is that they dont have a place to park the car but we had not problems with that because we always find a place near and nobody tells u something ! We loved this holiday , was exceptional ! PS: I was skeptical at first about what I would find there because the property its new and i was surprised in a very good way ! i highly recomand this property !!!
