• Iliana (10/5): Top!! - Suffisant pour 2 personnes, lit confortable, balcon agréable avec ce beau temps! Bien placé, pas loin du métro et pleins de restaurants et supermarchés proche de l’appartement! Le personnel est très à l’écoute et répond rapidement, c’est super! Merci encore, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à Kanamachi et Tokyo🤩

• Lucía (3/5): - Nada. -Las fotos de Booking no se corresponden a la habitación real, hay fotos de otros apartamentos también. -Las instrucciones para hacer el check in no fueron nada claras. -Cuando llegamos al apartamento ni siquiera había toallas. Al escribir al dueño sobre esto, dijo que nos dejaría algunas en la habitación pero nunca las recibimos. No tuvimos toallas durante toda la estancia. -La limpieza era dudosa -Se escucha a los vecinos hasta respirar y toser, sin exagerar -El baño asqueroso, se mojaba todo por todos lados y tardaba muchísimo en secarse el suelo. Hasta había que sacar el papel de váter del baño para poder ducharse

• Rosa Maria (1/5): Deprimente. - Cuando llegamos, no había luz en la entrada y ya era oscuro. Tuvimos que subir las maletas a oscuras un piso, porque no hay ascensor. Las fotos no se corresponden con la realidad. Fue deprimente cuando vimos la habitación. Nos fuimos a un hotel. Por ese precio habíamos estado en hoteles de *** estrellas. Llamé para informar, pero no respondieron a mi llamada. Contacte con el alojamiento por mail, informando y solicitando el reintegro del precio pagado ya que no llegamos a alojarnos. La respuesta fue negativa, ni siquiera hubo una negociación.

• YURI (10/5): とても便利で快適でした！ - ホストの方の対応がとても丁寧で、事前の連絡も分かりやすく、質問への返信も早かったため安心して過ごせました！お部屋も清潔感がありてとても綺麗で、写真の通りシャンプーやリンスも置かれていて、エアコン、ドライヤーその他家具などもすべて問題なく使え、不自由なく滞在できました！リモコンで電気の明暗の調節も可能でした！スーパーやコンビニも近くにありとても便利です！ 駅から少しだけ歩きます（が、夜でも当宿泊施設までの道は明るく安全でした！）

• Garcia (7/5): DÍAS EN TOKIO - Las camas eran cómodas y la dueña respondía a todas nuestras preguntas. No había ruido en los alrededores. Además, dejaban a nuestra disposición accesorios como cepillo de dientes, toallas, champús y zapatillas para estar por la habitación. Nos indicó una estación cercana que en realidad no era la más próxima, lo que nos confundió a la hora de llegar al alojamiento y que además estaba un poco alejado del centro.

• Marie (7/5): Bad equipment, noisy, small and old bathroom. Would not really recommend. - Lot of stores in the area. Room was ok Very poor equipment, when i bought wagyu steaks to cook for us for dinner, I figured I couldn’t get the stove turn on. It turned out we didn’t have the right pan for the stove and that’s just comical, Thanks to pair of sweet Chinese couple that lend us their pan, we could make the stakes happend. Small bath, you cannt fit 2 people, no bowls, knife was dull, in tye night it was kinda noisy and since its in first apartment, you could hear everyone walking, taking and doing things. Only 2 towels for 2 people on 5 days, also the washing machine doesn’t dry your clothes and you got like 5 coat hangers in the whole room. And finally the windows are really easy to hear true and when you want to open the drapes, everybody whose walking would look at you.
• STEPAN (4/5): Only if the price is lower than competitors - The staff were responsive and available for several questions. The air conditioner worked well. The apartment was equipped with the necessary household appliances and cleaning supplies. There were even two trash bins provided. In terms of amenities, the host did a good job — I recommend it! However, the bathroom exhaust fan was not working properly — when turned on, it caused a disgusting sewage smell to spread throughout the apartment. I also had to keep all drains covered with plugs. The apartment was quite dirty overall; the floor was covered with grime, and I even had to clean it myself. There were hairs and dirt on the bed near the headboard, and dust and dirt in the corners. When I arrived, the kettle was lying on the floor. The most unpleasant thing was that for most of my stay, the Wi-Fi barely worked or was so slow that pages wouldn’t load, even though the listing stated that internet was available.

• AN-RAN (10/5): - CP值相當高 鄰近車站 走路大概10分鐘 屋主人超好 推薦年輕人 情侶檔來這邊住 可以省很多住宿費 又是住宅區超級安靜 還有洗衣機 微波爐 基本上帶個兩套衣服 就可以了 浴室小了點 不過可以接受 畢竟洗澡而已 因為在一樓 窗簾可能要更貼一點 遮擋住全部 不然會有點沒安全感

• Mayara (10/5): The house is perfect, and the host made everything even better with her attentiveness and support - I loved that the house is very cozy, clean, organized, and well-equipped. It is also very close to a train station. The host is super attentive and answered all my questions. I could even see myself living there! There was nothing I didn't like.
• Laura (10/5): Friendly and helpful staff, room is exactly as pictured, room comes with toiletries, is close to Kanamachi station. - The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. I had gotten lost due to a translation error and called them and they came and escorted me to the property. They also warned me in advance when they needed to enter the room — they had to install a new wifi box. They also knew English which helped a lot. The room was exactly as pictured and came with all sorts of things, too. There was laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, trash bags, soap, a pan to cook with, a handheld water boiler device, silverware, dishes, a microwave, oven, towels. Anything you’d need to live and was great for my 3 week stay. Kanamachi Station is a 10 minute walk and the closest bus station is a 3 minute walk. I cannot recommend this property enough. Amazing staff, amazing room, great location. Would give 10 stars if I could.
