When you eat the omelettes, you clearly see that it’s raw….especially the white part. This was done twice in 4 days

- Benjamin (4/5): - Le petit déjeuner n’est pas à la hauteur, de médiocre qualité et peu abondant. Il vaut mieux le prendre dans l’un des établissements autour qu’à l’hôtel. Les chambres n’étaient à la hauteur du prix payé. La chambre 13 qui nous a été attribuée est en très mauvais état, vétuste, éclairage blafard, salle de bains en ruine avec des carreaux cassés. Ils ne devraient plus louer cette chambre ou la brader car elle n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur de l’hôtel.

- Jiří (7/5): Nic moc no! - Snídaně Na Sivestrovský večer nám vlezl do pokoje nezvaný host, kdy zatřepal vchodovými dveřmi, které vůbec nedrží , tyto vysadil a chtěl nás vykrást. Naštěstí jsme se vzbudili a při křičení se dal na útěk. Je to stará budova v rozpadu!

Dení úklid byl sice každý den, ale vila byla celkově zanedbaná a už by potřebovala celkovou renovaci. Koupelna stará se stále protékající vodou, voda z klimatizace v poschodí tekla do spodní ložnice a úklid bazénu nebyl ani jednou za pobyt a byl plný padajícího listí. Lehátka stará, špinavá.

- Paola (6/5): Scelta non proprio azzeccata - I ragazzi dello staff sempre gentili, disponibili e sorridenti e la colazione o perlomeno quella da me scelta a base di frutta e yogurt molto buona Siamo stati in questa struttura anni fa e abbiamo deciso di tornarci pensando di andare sul sicuro...scelta sbagliata, la struttura si vede che ha bisogno di manutenzione e la cura per la pulizia non è più la stessa. Il primo giorno del nostro arrivo la nostra camera non era disponibile, quindi ci è stata assegnata una stanza di categoria "superiore", ma purtroppo era molto fatiscente cupa e poco pulita,il giorno dopo avrebbero dovuto darci la camera giusta solo che purtroppo ci è stata data dopo due solleciti solo al pomeriggio mentre noi la nostra l'abbiamo dovuta lasciare al mattino, quindi mezza giornata senza camera anche se l'avevamo pagata ovviamente. L'altra stanza era un po' meglio anche se la scelta di mettere l'erba sintetica nel canalino di scolo della doccia è discutibile,nel senso che và benissimo ma a patto che la pulizia sia impeccabile. Ho infatti voluto fare un esperimento visto che subito al primo giorno c'era della carta e un verme morto... ovviamente ci sono rimasti fino al tre giorni dopo, quando ce ne siamo andati. Era evidente non solo da questo che la stanza non veniva pulita in modo adeguato, anche i cestini con la carta igienica usata non venivano sempre svuotati e il penultimo giorno abbiamo addirittura dovuto chiedere alle 17:30 che ci venisse fatto il letto e oltretutto la ragazza della reception per niente simpatica,era pure scocciata.

- Reuben (8/5): This is a very good place to stay on Gili Air. The huge airy bar area with a pool table makes for a great place to meet - Great location, great social hub, best snorkelling spot on the island. A bit tired in the deluxe rooms.

Skulle behöva en viss uppfräschning.Mat som normalt ska vara varm vid servering(English Breakfast) var ljummen.Av hygien synpunkt så bör stekt mat vara ordentligt varm när den serveras.Informersde kocken om detta hur noga det är med detta eftersom jag själv jobbat som kock och vet vad som gäller med hantering av livsmedel & matlagning.

- Francesca (6/5): Passabile, certamente da migliorare! - La posizione strategica, di fronte alla spiaggia, vicino ai ristoranti e griglie dove si mangia dell ottimo pesce. Nel punto zona mare migliore per fare snorkeling. Letto comodo. Massaggi nella Spa: ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Zona tranquilla, lontano dai locali del Porto che risultano un po' rumorosi. Colazione inclusa abbastanza soddisfacente La struttura avrebbe un ottimo potenziale per via della posizione ma deve essere ristrutturata. La zona piscina potrebbe essere più accogliente con nuova attrezzatura. Il bar piscina risulta abbandonato. La nostra camera era di quelle NON ristrutturate, zona letto buona invece il bagno era al limite della decenza, tutto incrostato, vecchio, muro senza intonaco, tra l altro essendo all aperto risultava sporco. Il phone non lo danno in dotazione. Il giardino privato, come lo definiscono loro, buio e poco accogliente grazie anche ad una porta d ingresso tutta rotta. Fatevi dare una camera ristrutturata (di fronte alla piscina) altrimenti rimmarete delusi come la sottoscritta.
- Sonia (2/5): Un finto resort a tre stelle - I lettini fronte mare con una bellissima barriera corallina. Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e purtroppo l'esperienza è stata davvero negativa. Le camere non corrispondono per nulla a quelle mostrate su Booking: sporche, arredamenti rovinati, bagno pieno di ruggine, rubinetto rotto, water sporco e aria condizionata non funzionante. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani erano macchiati e in pessime condizioni, e perfino i mobili del bagno erano danneggiati. Per questo motivo, abbiamo chiesto di cambiare la nostra stanza con una deluxe: ci hanno proposto un "upgrade" chiedendo una somma spropositata da aggiungere, nonostante avessimo già pagato la camera. Alla fine ci siamo trovati costretti a pagare di più per avere una sistemazione appena accettabile, ma nonostante questo ci siamo trovati in una camera un po' più carina ma comunque sporca. Il personale alla reception, davanti ai nostri problemi, si è dimostrato scortese, poco disponibile e per nulla interessato, rovinandoci così il nostro primo giorno di vacanza con la loro arroganza. Lo staff del bar e della piscina è simpatico e gentile. Un'esperienza deludente sotto ogni punto di vista. Sconsigliato assolutamente. PS: portatevi il phon da casa dato che per tutto il resort ne mettono a disposizione due e se per qualche motivo decidete di andare, ricordatevi che la "pulizia" giornaliera dalla stanza va richiesta

- Kristina (6/5): Schöne Zimmer, nettes Personal, Anlage aber renovierungsbedüftig. - Das Personal war nett, das Zimmer war groß und sauber, das Frühstück war etwas klein aber lecker. Der hoteleigene Strand war super. Aber Achtung: fürs Wasser braucht man unbedingt Schuhe. Die gesamte Anlage und Ausstattung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Im Zimmer und um das Zimmer herum sind sehr viele Moskitos. Die Handtücher wurden zwar regelmäßig gewechselt, waren aber trotzdem immer dreckig und löchrig.

Struttra con alto potenziale ma necessari provvedimenti per migliorare le condizioni di pulizia e m - l'hotel ha mostrato dei lati positivi che meritano di essere menzionati. Il personale è stato cordiale, accogliente e sempre disponibile. La colazione era abbondante e varia. La posizione dell'hotel è strategica (vicino alla spiaggia santorini, che a detta di molti é la miglior spiaggia per accesso al mare, e vicino al turtle point), inoltre, l'accesso a lettini e ombrelloni in spiaggia è stato un grande vantaggio (compresi nel prezzo del soggiorno). Anche il biliardo ha reso piacevoli le nostre serate. Se da un lato abbiamo apprezzato alcuni aspetti del servizio e della posizione, dall'altro la scarsa igiene della camera ha compromesso l'intera vacanza, lasciandoci complessivamente insoddisfatti. La nostra stanza mostrava evidenti segni di scarsa manutenzione e pulizia, il che ha reso spiacevole la permanenza nella stanza. I muri erano pieni di macchie lasciate da zanzare schiacciate da ospiti precedenti, un dettaglio che abbiamo trovato inaccettabile. Purtroppo, la situazione in bagno era anche peggiore. La doccia era in condizioni indecenti, con evidenti segni di sporco e sanitari in pessime condizioni. A rendere il tutto più sgradevole, ci abbiamo trovato anche una blatta e un lombrico.
- Dymph (9/5): Creatief, anders dan anders ruim huisje op goede locatie - Aangenaam verrast met de grote van onze accommodatie en bijzondere aankleding ( we hadden de 2 slaapkamers huisje met prive zwembad). Groot privé zwembad, in eigen tuin met verschillende bedjes en banken er om heen. 2 slaap en 2 badkamers. Eigenlijk zelfs nog een slaapkamer boven waardoor er 6 personen zouden passen, maar die is niet afgesloten. Goede locatie aan de zee en tussen restaurantjes. Snorkelen voor de deur. Vriendelijk personeel. Lekker ontbijtbuffet ( niet heel groot maar genoeg keuzes). Biljarttafel aanwezig. Mogelijk door een gat achter de wc kwamen er steeds miljoenpoten binnen in het huis.

Bungalow carini,alcuni con giardinetto privato. Bagni in stile indonesiano (minimal) esterni (hanno un' apertura all' esterno sui retro delle camere. Colazione sufficiente e discreta. - Natalia (2/5): Experiencia muy mala - Nada Decepcion absoluta con el hotel. De hecho influyo muy negativamente en nuestra estancia en Gili Air . Reservar una habitacion standard no significa que tenga q ser una habitacion en mal estado ,con un cuarto de baño sucio en el q no apetecia nada ducharse. Y en general no apetecia estar en la habitacion . El aire acondicionado goteaba y dejaba un charco alado de la cama. El desayuno de muy baja calidad .
- Corrie.B (9/5): Great location & a comfortable stay. - Always stay here when visiting the Gilis. An easy walk to/from the ferry terminal. The renovations have been completed and everything looks great. The breakfast is always good here. Good to chill out on their beach furniture or inside at the bar and play a game of pool. Not far away is live music / bands if you like that.

- Kim (6/5): “Delux Deception” - Overall the resort looks great. Nice bar/restaurant, beach location, pool area, lovely spa, breakfast was ok and friendly staff. We stayed in room 13 (Delux it was not). The bathroom was rundown, the aircon was holding on for its life, towels old, pillows were the lumpiest we’ve encountered. The pictures shown did not reflect what we booked. For the price we paid there are much better value at other places.

- Michelle (3/5): Not a resort over priced pub accom - It was close to the snorkeling Resort definitely NOT!! Run down accommodation!! Photos taken a long time ago!! Noisy Pub/Bar accommodation at best Family room right next to there bar with loud music until 11pm every night a TV ( not smart TV) and no aerial socket so just fuzz ( would of been good to just step away for 30min rest TV time with kids Then!! The pipes blocked the bathroom sink blocked then shower that overflowed and wouldn’t drain no urgency to fix not fixed until 9am the next day and it stunk.. Moved to another room where the AC didn’t work .. Very overpriced for bad accommodation

Location only 10 minutes walk from ferry and turtle beach is just outside hotel and north up the coast, Our rooms were a bit dark (they have other rooms, which seems brighter) and in one of our 2 rooms the AC could just cool down to an ok temperature, but not further, In the other room the AC was able to cool down much further.

- Cathrine (6/5): Could be very good with better cleaning - Friendly staff and good location. Good bed. Spacious room and nice grounds and pool. Simple breakfast. Need better cleaning. The room was quite dirty with dirty floors. When taking some clean paper over the toilet seat and around the sink f.ex. it got dirty, so we got the impression that they cleaned with dirty cloths. The jacuzzi outside our room did not get cleaned during our 5 nights stay, so it was full of leaves and flowers from the trees. We only used it the first day because we got a bad impression of the general cleanliness, and therefore it didn't feel so inviting. Other places we stayed in Gili it was normal to clean the pool every day as insects and leaves are falling into the water. The bed was clean though. The room was not cleaned every day which many complains about, but it seems they are not going to improve. The staff (although very friendly) are just saying that they were too busy to clean the room, and will do it tomorrow. See comments above regarding cleanliness. Improving this would make a big difference. The breakfast could also be better.

- olivier (8/5): Hôtel sympathique et accueillant. - L’hôtel est très bien situé et tout est très commode pour un séjour à Gili. Les employés sont charmants et la masseuse du spa est top.
- Kenneth Holm (4/5): Ældre hotel som var ved at blive renoveret. Vi fik desværre to af de værelser som ikke var renoveret endnu. Det resulter - Flinke ansatte. Placeret godt på øen. Slidte værelser. Billederne stemmer ikke overens med virkeligheden. Kedelig morgenmadsbuffet. Ejere som ikke interesserede sig i gæsterne.
- Natalie (10/5): Enjoyable stay - great location - Wonderful location, nice and clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was large, and the outdoor bathroom made it easy to shower after the beach. Located on the beach it was a great spot to stay.
- Gwen (5/5): Accomodation needs some upgrading. - Good area, staff nice. Beds comfortable. Filthy pillows, staff replaced on request. We locked front door when we went out and couldn’t unlock it when we got back, staff couldn’t unlock either. Staff climbed up tree to get over wall to unlock from inside. Still not fixed a couple of days when we left. Bathroom had showing in the middle no screen or curtain. Water drained to the cupboards and you had to walk in puddle to get to toilet. Walls mouldy and everything got wet. Toilet rarely flushed properly.

- Natalie (9/5): - We booked the super family dome and it was fantastic! We loved the location and would swim daily with the sea turtles right outside the resort. Our family loved the super dome with private pool. The internet was very temperamental which made it hard when working online. Was great to have a break from being online though.

Very chill and relaxed atmosphere with a bar, pool table and a movie playing every night. The staff was very friendly. We had a lot of fun with all the locals on the island. The breakfast was exceptional. The bed was not very comfortable. They need to upgrade their air conditioning, because it was quite hot in the room and it would drip. The wifi does not work in the rooms.

Just a funny vibe.

The room was totally different than the one in the pictures; it was dusty everywhere, TV was missing, AC did not work properly. A renovation is long due. Additionally the receptionist was very rude and suggested to complain to booking, not to them.

Las fotos son de cuando construyeron el hotel pero no corresponden en nada a la realidad de ahora. Gran decepción y estafa.
