- Enxhi (8/5): Very nice but room for improvement - The nature and how much care the staff gave to taking care of plants etc The staff are the loveliest people ever met, never looked bothered ones and always ready to assist. The room could need a refreshment; the bed sheets and towels had stains and the shower head needs to be replaced so did the sink a proper clean up. There was mold everywhere. It’s a beautiful hotel and authentic but deffo some room for improvement. The restaurant very limited in options and super small portions. Even when ordering a fruit platter (bali has the most variety if fruits) all they provided was papaya, pineapple and watermelon. But you go just across the road and you find 10 other interesting fruits - they definitely should offer offer more

The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and everything felt fresh and well-prepared each morning. They truly made us feel comfortable and taken care of throughout our stay. And the views… absolutely stunning. Waking up and enjoying the scenery was one of the highlights of our trip. - 525aritras (10/5): An exceptional stay at Korurua Dijiwa - Stayed here for 4 nights and it was serene. Everyone in their staff, especially Eka and Tari. was very polite and accommodating. The location is great because you are away from the buzz of the centre but you can always use their shuttle to get there. The private pools were well maintained and perfectly sized for couples. We also booked a tour from the hotel to east Bali. Our driver/guide Gusdek gave us a very memorable trip. He also adjusted to all our needs and requests. I would recommend couples looking for a quite and relaxing stay in ubud to strongly consider this hotel.

- nikhilk218 (10/5): Fantastic hotel close to Ubud Centre yet away from Crowds - Fantastic property, close to centre yet away from the bustle. We had the Tirta suite which was pretty nice and spacious. It’s just closer to the road so you might face some road noise in the night if you are a light sleeper. But the hotel already provided noise buds which cancelled most of it. I recommend checking out Koru Suites or Grand Deluxe or the Wooden Suites if you need a more natural Balinese experience. Hotel restaurant was quite nice for breakfast and pricing was very fair. I’ll definitely come back for my next visit.
- katerB8117SE (10/5): 2 nights in a gorgeous oasis - We had a two night stay at Korurua Dijiwa Ibud, and wish we could have stayed longer. It is a lovely oasis just outside of the main town of Ubud. Easy 5 min taxi or grab into Ubud centre (and they also offer a free shuttle service). We arrived late in the evening and were greeted with the warmest welcome, a small sandwich and welcome drink (an unexpected but lovely touch). Our room was stunning, felt traditional and Balinese. The bed was so comfortable! And we had a lovely spacious bathroom too. The view was tropical and looked down to the pool beneath. The hotel was very quiet when we were staying there, but had a calming atmosphere and the staff were so accommodating. We had a massage which was nice, but probably could have had a better / cheaper option within the town. The breakfast was absolutely excellent! Delicious and hugely generous portions - we were kept full until dinner in the evening! We would definitely return again if staying in Ubud. Thank you!

The spa services were excellent. As was the Balinese yoga classes. Meals were good too. And super happy with the arranged tours. A more down to earth and traditional ambience and less of a commercial feel. I visited in the quiet season at the end of the wet season and you could feel the damp. But the staff brought 2 dehumidifiers for the room which made a huge difference.

What was initially a 2-night stay quickly turned into 4 nights because we simply didn’t want to leave — that’s how special this place is. This is truly a holistic retreat, perfect for anyone looking to relax, reconnect, and experience the peaceful side of Ubud. The resort offers complimentary yoga sessions, which is such a lovely touch (though unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to attend this time). One of the highlights for me was learning how to make Canang (Balinese offerings) — such a meaningful and cultural experience. A special thank you to Tasha, who guided us so beautifully with so much warmth and patience. The breakfast is à la carte rather than a buffet, which actually suits the retreat-style experience perfectly. The food was fresh and delicious, and the overall dining experience felt calm and intentional. The resort also offers a spa and can arrange a variety of activities — we even did a photoshoot organised by the resort, which turned out to be such a lovely experience and memory to take back home. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every single interaction felt genuine and heartfelt. A very special shoutout to Tari at reception — she is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. She formed such a sweet bond with my son Aarth, and every interaction with her was just beautiful. We will truly miss Tari! Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. We felt so cared for and welcomed, and we would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommend this hidden gem in Ubud 🌸

Der Service war eine glatte 10 von 10. Das gesamte Team ist außergewöhnlich aufmerksam, herzlich und professionell. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens umsorgt. Ein absolutes Highlight war der Kochkurs. Der Chefkoch ist nicht nur fachlich beeindruckend, sondern auch eine großartige Persönlichkeit. Breakfast was delicious and in a beautiful setting with wonderful kitchen and front of house staff. Reception staff were readily available and always willing to meet our requirements. The shuttle into Ubud was very convenient. The garden surroundings were so tranquil. The added bonuses like 2 complimentary massages, yoga classes, shuttle and discount vouchers for the restaurant were well received.

She left it on Google but I legit agree with her as well. Wonderful experience! Chose Korurua Dijiwa for a double birthday gateway for me and my partner and we were not disappointed! Not only they upgraded us but also surprised us with 2 birthday cakes and birthday decorations. The room was fantastic, comfortable, spacious and a really beautiful balcony & pools. It's really close to the centre of Ubud yet feels more secluded which is a great combo. They have a bunch of other facilities like spa, shuttle, yoga and photography session which we didn't get to use but I'm sure are a great addition to the experience. - Angelika (10/5): Beautiful, hidden oasis close to Ubud centre - This is an incredibly beautiful, hidden oasis of a resort, built down a riverbank with lush gardens, gorgeous traditional wooden houses for guests and a beautiful pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the food was excellent and the atmosphere was relaxing, while the hotel organised events and dinners for guests in the evenings, as well as offering tours to Balinese sights in the area. Incredibly good value for money, so I would love to return and will definitely recommend Korurua Dijiwa to others. Nothing about the hotel - it's a bit of a shame that a big resort is being built on the other side of the riverbank, close to this lovely retreat.

- Stefano (10/5): Struttura bellissima e affascinante. - Un posto lussuoso e decisamente di classe, si è capito sin dall’inizio del nostro soggiorno, decisamente molto piacevole. Il personale attentissimo ad ogni desiderio e richiesta del cliente, non ci è mai mancato nulla. All’arrivo ci è stato consegnato un voucher per usufruire di un massaggio di coppia gratis da 30 minuti, ed è stato davvero super stupendo! Parlando della cucina, anche qui non possiamo che spendere parole positive, abbiamo fatto colazione e pranzi, la varietà è abbondante e la qualità assicurata, da apprezzare il fatto che un giorno ci sia stato fatto il baracchino con la colazione, perché siamo usciti di mattina molto presto (per le 4:30) per una escursione, davvero molto apprezzato. La camera (noi abbiamo scelto la casa di legno) era bellissima, enorme, con il letto a baldacchino, e un bagno gigantesco. Lo consigliamo assolutamente, un bellissimo punto fermo per le visite in Ubud e dintorni. Grazie mille all’intero staff!

- Chammari (8/5): En résumé, j’ai passé un très bon séjour, idéal pour se reposer et récupérer, à condition d’avoir des attentes bien alig - J’ai séjourné 6 nuits fin décembre 2025, en voyage solo, au Korurua Dijiwa Ubud. L’hôtel est indéniablement charmant, et sa localisation est l’un de ses grands atouts : suffisamment éloignée de l’agitation du centre d’Ubud tout en restant à 10–15 minutes en scooter. Un équilibre idéal entre calme et accessibilité. Le lieu est très agréable, avec une architecture authentique et locale, intégrant un confort moderne. L’atmosphère invite clairement au repos, à la récupération et à la déconnexion. Cela dit, certains points méritent d’être précisés pour les futurs voyageurs. Il n’y a pas de vue spectaculaire, en raison de la construction d’un grand hôtel en face, visible à travers la végétation. Cela peut surprendre au premier abord, mais on finit par l’oublier. On est totalement immergé dans la nature balinaise, ce qui est un vrai luxe en termes de calme et d’ambiance. En contrepartie, cela implique la présence ponctuelle de grenouilles et de geckos. Les amoureux de la nature apprécieront ; les plus sensibles doivent simplement en être conscients. Le personnel est remarquable, attentionné et toujours disponible. Il ne faut pas hésiter à solliciter leur aide. Ma chambre était spacieuse, confortable, située en hauteur — parmi les plus élevées de l’hôtel. J’ai beaucoup apprécié l’espace dégagé, l’air, la vue sur le ciel et la terrasse, particulièrement agréable le matin. La literie est excellente, et le sommeil est de très bonne qualité. L’air conditionné fonctionne parfaitement, et la présence d’un humidificateur est un vrai plus. Je précise que je n’ai pas testé la piscine. Elle ne m’a pas semblé pensée pour réellement chiller, mais plutôt comme un élément complémentaire d’aménagements extérieurs très réussis, entre végétation soignée et plans d’eau. Concernant le spa, mon expérience n’a pas été la plus marquante du séjour. J’avais réservé un package post–jet lag, agréable mais assez classique. J’ai découvert par la suite qu’il existe, à Ubud, des centres beaucoup plus spécialisés, que je recommanderais davantage. Le spa de l’hôtel reste toutefois une bonne option de confort lorsqu’on n’a pas envie de sortir ou de se déplacer. Je n’ai pas séjourné dans les cabanes situées plus bas, très immergées dans la nature, mais j’ai compris qu’elles sont joliment décorées, tout en bois. Pour ma part, j’étais ravie d’être sur les hauteurs, avec plus d’air, d’espace et une sensation d’ouverture. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est correct, on y mange convenablement. Le petit-déjeuner est satisfaisant, sans être exceptionnel. Étant à Ubud, il est très facile de trouver en ville davantage de choix, une meilleure qualité, et un meilleur rapport qualité-prix.

Breakfast in the room was good, and the hotel grounds are beautiful with lots of plants and fish. The location is convenient, close to the center, with restaurants and mini markets nearby. I didn’t use the yoga class nor the spa, but it’s available. Would recommend this hotel and would stay again.
- 95suzier (10/5): A beautiful experience at Korurua Dijiwa - I had the most beautiful stay at this family owned retreat. The warm greetings and outstanding hospitality from all of the staff made the stay feel more like a home than a hotel. As a solo female traveller I valued this familiarity and safety. The room was beautiful and traditional with gorgeous sunsets through the trees from the balcony. The bed was super comfy and the staff made so much effort to ensure my room was restocked and clean throughout the day. The location was perfect, a quiet serene oasis only a short ride away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Ubud. I thoroughly enjoyed the morning yoga with the knowledgeable teachers and chilling by the pool surrounded by nature. Breakfast was delicious! Offering a wide variety of quality nutritious dishes. Everything was just perfect from start to finish, when I’m back in Ubud I’ll definitely be coming to stay here again 😊 Suksma antuk nginep sane becik!

- karimzabel (10/5): Such an amazing escape from the bustle of Central Ubud. - This is literally one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in and was such a highlight of my trip to Bali. I stayed in both the car suite as well as the wooden house and I loved both. The architecture and grounds are simply stunning. The breakfast was huge with so many different options. And the staff would meet any and all of your needs. It was such a quiet and comfy staybut still easy to get into the center of Uber when you wanted to or visit some of the rice patties or waterfalls to the north and east. Loved it.

- Renate (10/5): Fantastisch - Was soll ich sagen wir waren begeistert, hier würden wir immer wieder übernachten, die Wooden Villa war der Hammer ein kleines Paradies man kam sich vor wie im Dschungel etwas abseits von Ubud aber das wollten wir so dafür gibt es einen Shuttlebus ins Zentrum super , das personal ist superlieb Frühstück sehr lecker , wir würden jedem empfehlen da mal zu übernachten wir waren verliebt in die wunderschöne kleine Anlage nichts alles perfekt, aber man muss wissen das man viele Treppen steigen muss für Menschen mit Einschränkung nicht machbar

Le petit déjeuner était bon, avec du choix et des produits frais. Le seul petit bémol concerne les travaux en cours à proximité, un peu bruyants à certains moments de la journée, et la vue depuis la chambre qui donne sur un grand hôtel en construction, ce qui gâche un peu le charme du lieu. Malgré cela, l’établissement reste une belle adresse à Ubud.

Highly recommend taking a tour with one of the hotel drivers and trying out the daily yoga (two excellent local Balinese teachers). Four nights not enough and I am sure I will be back.

Un énorme établissement a été construit juste à côté mais la végétation luxuriante le cache assez. Il y a encore des travaux mais pas dérangeants. En Grab le ventre d’ubud est à 10mn. Just be ready to hear frogs by night and birds sing. And to go up and down with stairs but it is typical from the area. Good food at restaurant of the hôtel. We ate 2 evenings in our private terrace. Perfect to be quiet and play family Games. Very good breakfast too. If you have to leave Quick for trip, just inform before. Because as you choose 4 plates, they prepare everything to bring them all. So it can take some time. We recommend a lot this stay. Staff very nice, professional and helpful. Thank you
- kenalle (10/5): One of those moments that makes Bali Unique - We had a wonderful time and the accommodation was simply exceptional. We had not expected such a detailed and interesting itinerary during our stay, which we are very humbled by and appreciative of. As for your staff, it would be unfair to single out any individuals – EVERYONE was exceptional. From pickup at the airport, to the return, staff were genuinely, welcoming and friendly. Whether it be at the front desk, restaurant, or in the gardens, every single member of staff was a pleasure to interact with. They have a real attention to detail which we appreciated – everything looked in-keeping with the Balinese aesthetic and provided a very peaceful environment.
