- KAORI (6/5): 景色は素晴らしい。さすがプリンスホテル！という感じ - スタッフの方が、たくさんいてチェックイン前に荷物を預けたかったが、すぐに声かけしてくれた。 大浴場が有料だったこと。これは、事前に知らなかった。 チェックイン時に、部屋には歯ブラシしかないと言われその他の物は売店で購入して下さいと言われたが、部屋にはくしと髭剃り以外全部あったのは何故？部屋に行く前に買ってたら大損だった。

- Roger Tahsu (9/5): Fantastic stay. I enjoyed its delicious breakfast, friendly staffs, easy access and nice onsen. - It takes about 15 minutes from Sapporo station. Prince Hotel provides free shuttle bus to and from Sapporo station. Room is spacious and clean with two free bottles of water. Breakfast served from six to ten in the morning was excellent. If you go to Sapporo station not within free shuttle bus schedule from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, It is not too conveneint becuase you need to make a transer in Odori Park.
- HIROSHI (7/5): 今回２回目の宿泊でしたが、知名度があり親も安心していたので良い宿泊でした。ありがとうございました。 - ロケーションが良い点と、朝食が充実していました。お風呂も良かったです。 備え付けの部屋着が着心地が良く、色も良かったです。 朝食サービス時のスタッフの方の対応が丁寧でとても好感が持てました。 部屋の備え付けのお水が２本ずつあればより嬉しかったです。

- Sena (8/5): 料金の割にはサービスがいまひとつ。 - スマートチェックインでスムーズで早かった。 宿泊税あり、大浴場も一回の宿泊当たりではなく、1日毎に料金が取られる。化粧水などのアメニティもない。女性では、準備が必要だった。
- おうたろう (7/5): 部屋はゆったり、サービスは今ひとつ - 学会のため3泊しました。 学会会場から近く、部屋もゆったりしていて休めました。 部屋着が、上下別々のウェアで着心地よく、ゆっくり過ごせました。 ベッドも快適でぐっすり眠れました。 ホテルのロビーが狭く、宿泊者の出待ち？の人が狭いロビーにたくさんいて座る場所は空いておらず落ち着きません。 部屋はゆったりしていますが、化粧水などのアメニティが、部屋にもロビーにもなく、チェックイン時にホテルロビー内のコンビニで購入するように言われて驚きました。念のため持参していましたが、ホテル宿泊ではアメニティも楽しみの1つで、ビジネスホテル含めて一切アメニティのないホテルは今まで見たことがありません(部屋には歯ブラシのみ)。 ホテルの大浴場は１回1000円とのことですが、宿泊費と別なのも驚きました。部屋のバスルームがビジネスホテルよりもゆったりしていたため、私は部屋のシャワーのみにしました。しかし、バスルーム内は、下水から上がってくるのか臭いが気になりました。 連泊なのでシーツ交換は不要でお断りしたところ、タオル補充、ごみ回収なども一切なしでした。もう少し選べるとよいと思います(せめてごみ回収はしてもらいたいたかったです)。やむを得ず3泊目は清掃してもらいました。 仕事用に持ち込んだジャケットのシワを伸ばすためにアイロンをお借りしたかったのですが、｢全て貸し出していて残っていない。いつ戻ってくるのかもわからないから対応できない！｣と言われて使えませんでした。宿泊者へのサービスとしてもう少し対応できなかったのでしょうか？ ホテルの部屋はよかったのですが、サービス、アメニティなどは、期待していたものではありません。ビジネスホテルの方がよっぽど親切で快適だとおもいました。 今まで宿泊した他の プリンスホテルのクオリティを期待していたので、残念です。

- Yuhei (9/5): 大正解 - ベテランのベルパーソン（男性）の対応が大変素敵でした。エレベーター付近で声をかけていただき、一緒に宿泊階へ移動。その最中に「フロントの説明で分からなかったことはありませんか？」と聞いて下さいました。個人的に駐車料金の支払い方について再確認しましたが、こちらの理解力に応じて説明の内容を調整してくれているのか、明快でとても安心しました。フロントで格好つけて分かったフリをする人、結構いると思うので…。このような方を配置しているホテルのホスピタリティーの高さが嬉しかったです。旅の入り口で「すてきなホテルに出会えたな」と好印象でした。また利用させていただきます。

- ぱぱたん (10/5): - 朝食がブッフェスタイルで、メニューは豊富だし美味しいしとても良かったと思います。 普通のツインルームに泊まりましたが、設備やアメニティは良かったです。とてもキレイな部屋でした。 部屋自体はかなりコンパクトな感じですので、スーツケースを2つ広げると一杯な感じです。 部屋の窓から狸小路が見えましたよ。 スタッフの方に近くで美味しいご飯が食べられるところありますかって聞いたら、色々と教えてくれました。 １泊だけだったけど、良い滞在ができたとおもいます。

- ひろみ (10/5): ゆったり静かな時間を過ごせます - フロントの対応が素晴らしく丁寧でした。エレベーター前と出入口にもスタッフがいて出掛ける時にいろいろ聞いたり出来て至れり尽くせりでした。お部屋も広くて清潔でした。浴室も清潔でシャワーの水圧が強くてびっくり気持ちよく利用できました。朝食も美味しくて焼き立てのアスパラとにかく野菜が美味しかったです。また宿泊したいと思うホテルです 海外の方が飲食しながらエレベーターに乗って来たのが不快てした。

- takuro (8/5): 良かった。 - お部屋が広い、 ホテル内にコンビニと美味しい中華あるので、外に出ないで暮らせる。 ２点気になった。 清掃については、タオルのみの交換等がないこと。 アメニティについては、歯ブラシのみなので思うことある人もいるかも。私は特段なし。

- jonathon (7/5): Good for the price - The hotel has a lot of amenities including a top floor restaurant, it is located about 30minutes from the station if walking but they do offer a free shuttle bus service to and from the hotel to the station. Plenty to see and do in relatively close walking distance. I had a car rental on this trip so i spent more time outside the city. The single beds were a little small and hard.

Rooms small, cramped (especially if you have luggage. The food in the downstairs restaurant was not very good. having to pay for the gym and parking.
