• Iman (1/5): AWFUL - The location is convenient for Euston, but be warned: check-in requires a 20-minute walk to collect keys from a separate shop. On arrival, we were asked for a key collection code we'd never been given, and the phone number provided was disconnected — I'll spare you the details of how that played out. As compensation for the chaos, we were offered a late checkout — which would have been a reasonable gesture had the cleaners not barged in at 10:20am anyway. When we queried this, the host backtracked on the agreed 12pm checkout entirely. For context, standard checkout here is 10am, which must make it one of the earliest in London. Disorganised, chaotic, and not worth the stress.
• 33fred (9/5): Un super séjour dans ce bel appartement - Très bel appartement, spacieux, lumineux, très calme et avec peu de vis-à-vis, à proximité immédiate des gares de St Pancras (Eurostar) et Euston, pas très loin de Kings Cross. A voir juste à côté, la British Library. Appartement situé au 3ème étage avec ascenseur, il possède des balcons mais peu utilisables. Les chambres sont grandes, et les salles de bains très bien équipées. Les produits d'hygiène sont nombreux (gel douche, shampoing...) dans chaque salle de bains. Nous avons apprécié également les pastilles lave vaisselle et produit vaisselle. Wifi efficace. Proximité de commerces (On a fait nos course à Nisa local dans la rue parallèle), possibilité de laisser ses bagages également à Nisa Local. Instructions d'arrivée et de départ simples et efficaces, elles arrivent l'avant veille de l'arrivée ou du départ. Des couverts en nombre plus important seraient appréciable (manque de cuillères, de poêle, de casserole, pas de passoire). Nous avons eu un peu chaud dans la chambre principale (présence ballon eau chaude dans le placard). La récupération des clé est un peu éloignée, à 8mn environ, mais cela reste facile à faire.
• Haylea (1/5): As above - Nothing couldnt gain access I booked this apartment for a two-night stay and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience from the moment I arrived. I got there around 8pm in pouring rain, only to be told I had to walk elsewhere to collect the key. After finally getting the key, I was informed the key fob didn’t work to access the apartment building. I was left standing outside in the cold and rain while trying to contact the owners. I repeatedly called the helpline and was told several times that someone would phone me back — they never did. Eventually, I was sent on a 30-minute walk to another key collection point, which I also couldn’t access. When I called the helpline again, I was given no real assistance and once again told someone would call back, which didn’t happen. After being left stranded with no way to access the apartment and no support from the hosts, I had no choice but to book into Premier Inn at additional expense. The lack of organisation, communication, and basic customer care was extremely frustrating. Being left outside in heavy rain at night with no working access arrangements is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

• Jessica (5/5): - Very clean and tidy. The collection point for our keys had lost them so took time to find them - they had to phone eventually to ask where the keys were. The fob that they set up didn't work initially and then that wasn't the fob getting into the building - too many fobs and keys for what was needed.

• Guilherme (8/5): A estadia foi bastante boa apesar da falta do ar condicionado. - Era espaçoso, localização excelente, muito perto de meios de transporte, bem equipado. Falta ar condicionado, as ventoinhas existentes para minimizar o calor fazem muito barulho. Dificuldades para obtenção das chaves, confusão com os códigos no local de recolha. Deixo o alerta que no Hall de entrada do prédio devem ter o aquecimento ligado o que faz imenso calor ali.
• Jamal (8/5): Excellent location super clean spacious property - Location is great, super clean, spacious The procedure for key collection is complicated, I did not receive key code and their call Centre service was so long without ability to quick serve, They don’t have luggage storage where you have to store in other locations for further cost.
• Azrin Zain (8/5): Nice Stay at Euston. - The location is excellent. Apartment was comfortable and clean. Admin needs to sort itself out. Instructions for gaining access to the property were incorrect or inaccurate. Instructions as to where we should leave the keys were also inconsistent and we had to figure things out ourselves. Also you had to walk about 8-10 minutes to get the keys from another location but I didn't mind this so much - good exercise anyway.
• Naveen (2/5): - Getting keys is a hassle and for people traveling in from out of country, this was not a straightforward key pickup. Lights were not working in living room due to fuse being tripped off. We paid for late checkout but there was no clear communication that it wasn’t approved.

• Carolyn (8/5): Our stay with Frankie was great and we'd defintely book again! - Location was fantastic. So great to be by both Euston and St. Pancras/Kings Cross Tube stations as it made our adventures all around the city so easy to get to/from. Host was very helpful, friendly and responsive! Beds weren't the most comfortable and sheet quality was poor.

• Shannon (4/5): Good location, clean, all amenities. Worst nights sleep. - The location was great, short walk to the underground and kings cross station. Separate rooms and 2 bathrooms for 5 of us. It was clean and everything we needed in the kitchen. Toiletries provided to shower. The beds were unbelievably uncomfortable, extremely springy ( to the point they were digging into my ribs ). We were provided with 1 pillow, which resembled a pancake. The pillows, duvets and mattresses need replaced, you can tell how old they are by looking at them. This seemed to be a problem with other peoples reviews and the owners have neglected to improve the problem. The lift was also broken (another issue with others reviews) it’s 60 stairs to get to the apartment. My mum and dad were in so much pain having to make the trip to the apartment. The low rating is due to our comfort, we had the worst nights sleep. Won’t be back unless these issues are fixed.
• Hayley (5/5): apartment was alright for a one night stay, but would not stay for long periods of time. - location was good, and staff allowed an earlier check in time which was convenient. the apartment was extremely warm, there was mold growing in some places, and the beds did not seem like good quality.

• Eran (2/5): Bad experience. We do not recommend - The location is good. Near by Euston underground station and Kings-Cross. Big apartment suitable for a family We arrived to the apartment around 23:30, after a long flight.We managed to take the key out of the box outside the apartment, but nothing prepared us to the upcoming events: The fob (which is the Chip to open the building door) was not working and we stayed outside, in the cold and pouring rain with 3 kids and 6 luggages for about two hours till a tenant appeared and was kind enough to let us in. Of course we were very tired, wet, and desperately needed shelter and to use the toilet. Unfortunately, on the key chain that we got there was the number 24 written. But the key did not open apartment #24, so we knocked on the door and woke up the true apartment tenant. The poor guy who lives their came out and was kind enough to tell us that we should go to apartment #8, and that this happens occasionally. Later I checked the mail and saw that in the first mail Farkie says: apartment No. 8. But since we were not the first to make this mistake I don't take the blame. During the entire time there was no connection with Frankie, who was probably having a good night sleep. Also, Frankie knew we are a family of 5, but we found a supply of only two toilet paper rolls, that the previous guests left (not new ones). We chose Airbnb over hotel, cause we needed a kitchen to prepare food, having 3 family members with a stomach disease. We tried to operate the induction stove, with no success on the next morning, so we've wrote to Frankie who replied that this is already the weekend and he can't send anyone till Monday. When Monday came, no-one came to fix it. On our last day, we asked to stay just a few more hours at the apartment, cause we had 6 luggages and a lot of hours till the flight back. Frankie sayed it was not possible, and did not offer us to at least to keep the luggages in the apartment. After all that happened, we expected some flexibility and understanding.
• Andrei (7/5): Good - Spacious living room, balconies, silence at night, proximity to subway The bed is old, the pillow is poor and slim like the cheapest from IKEA. The TV is small and old-school without Netflix.
• Fernanda (4/5): Disappointed. I wouldn't recommend it - Good location Photos are misleading. Broken trash can, chair and shades on windows, old and dirty sofas, no floor towel in the bathroom, only one fan (very hot apartment), flat pillows, drawers are full of stuff so you can't put anything there. Kitchen not well equipped.
