• Pia-Maria (5/5): Parantamisen varaa - Irina joka hoisi sisäänkirjautumisemme ja aamupalat sekä ilmeisesti myös siivoamisen oli paikan pelastus, todella ystävällinen palvelu! Hyvä aamupala jonka sai tilata huoneeseen. Kiva näköala huoneesta.Huone hyvin siivottu. Sisäänkirjautumista varten pyydettiin lähettämään kuva henkilöpapereista whats appilla tai sähköpostilla, mihin emme suostuneet. Tästä omistaja (?) tuohtui. Jouduimme sitten matkaamaan paikalle ennen klo 14 jotta voimme näyttää paperit paikan päällä, vaikka huoneen sai vasta klo 15.00! Tällöinkin epäilen että papereista lähetettiin kuva omistajalle (?)- todella epäilyttävän tuntuista. Talo jossa huone sijaitsi oli aivan karmeassa kunnossa, en olisi ikinä varannut huonetta täältä jos olisin nähnyt talon ulkoapäin. Sisältä majoituspaikka kuitenkin siisti, joskin huoneessa erittäin vahva puhdistusaineen (?) haju, josta helposti herkkä saa päänsäryn. Huone kaiken lisäksi kallis majoituksen tasoon nähden.

• Erika (6/5): - Bad modern, bequemes und großes Bett Ausstattung des Zimmers sehr unpersönlich, Krankenhausatmosphäre, kein Bild an der Wand, für 2 Personen nur ein Stuhl, deshalb unsere Nachfrage nach einem 2. Stuhl und einem Tisch für das Frühstück. Als Antwort wurde auf den zu nutzenden Gartenstuhl vom Balkon hingewiesen, als Tisch diente der Servierwagen, der morgendlich durch die freundliche Servicekraft hereingeschoben wurde. Insgesamt wurde der Eindruck versuchter Modernität erweckt, die nicht funktional für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt war (Schrank sehr hoch, Bügel mit Kleidungsstücken mussten mit Stange hochgeschoben werden, kaum Fläche für weitere Bekleidung z.B. Regale, Schrankfläche enthielt zudem einen Kühlschrank und Decken). Als Nachttisch ohne individuelle Beleuchtung diente ein Minimetalltisch. Die Kommunikation mit uns als Gästen erfolgte über eine Vielzahl an den Wänden angebrachten Geboten und Verboten, so entstand der Eindruck, in der Schule zu sein. Nur die freundliche Servicekraft war für uns Kommunikationspartner, aber ohne Kompetenz zur Klärung von Fragen.

• Patrick (6/5): Facilities were excellent and location was in a nice part of town and was ideal as next to the tram stop. Unfortunately - It was spotlessly clean, lovely room with great facilities. Irina who we met at the property was lovely and Vera kept me very well informed by WhatsApp. We had a sleepless night due to a noisy group on the floor above us who made excessive noise until after 2am. We did report this to the staff in the morning and they did promise to act on our complaint.

Staff attitude over WhatsApp, lack of utensils a corkscrew/bottle opener would be nice! Coffee wasn’t replaced, there’s others but have been mentioned previously in reviews! And I am sure this is going to be met with some arrogant reply!😂 But it maybe a good idea to take advice from some of your many less than favourable reviews as this is the first negative review I have left after 11 years and over 40 stays on Booking.com.

Fue muy atenta y servicial en todo momento. Deberian mejorar la comunicacion con los empleados a la hora del pago, ya que la empleada de la limpieza nos tuvo que cobrar y no sabia que tenia que hacerlo ni que cantidad por lo que nos habiamos ido y tuvimos que volver para hacer el pago.

• Mcgeary (8/5): Great location in a very comfortable room. - A very spacious bedroom. Immaculately clean with a luxurious queen sized comfortable bed. Very close to the nearest tram station so great for getting round Florence. Nice view from the balcony over the hills of Tuscany Building from the outside could do with some maintenence. Some noise from the road but we were up and our early so didnt effect us much.

• Konstantinos (5/5): Η περιοχή του διαμερίσματος είναι καταπληκτική αν έχεις νοικιάσει αυτοκίνητο όχι όμως στην τιμή στην οποία χρεώνεται το - Όποιος έχει νοικιάσει αυτοκίνητο το διαμέρισμα είναι ιδανικό αφού έχει δίπλα πάρκινγκ με μόνο 15 € την ημέρα και ακριβώς έξω από το διαμέρισμα υπάρχει τραμ που σε πηγαίνει σε 3 λεπτά στο κέντρο κυριολεκτικά της Φλωρεντίας με μόνο ένα 1,70 €! Στην τελική η τιμή είναι ξεκάθαρα λόγω τοποθεσίας και γι’ αυτό είναι και τόσο ακριβό Είναι ξεκάθαρα airbnb εμείς κάναμε check in στις 6 η ώρα το απόγευμα και φυσικά δεν υπήρχε ρεσεψιόν αν υπάρχει υπάρχει μόνο το πρωί που μια καταπληκτική κυρία καθαρίζει τα δωμάτια φέρνει το πρωινό το οποίο είναι επιεικώς απαράδεκτο με ελάχιστα πράγματα να το περιλαμβάνει. Επίσης είναι απαράδεκτο να πρέπει να κάνουμε check out μέχρι τις 10:30 το πρωί! Η βρύση στο νιπτήρα στο μπάνιο ήταν βουλωμένη δεν υπήρχαν ποιοτικά προϊόντα περιποίησης δηλαδή υπήρχε ένα σαπούνι μίνι το μισό μου δάχτυλο και με το ζόρι τέσσερα σακουλάκια αφρόλουτρο τα οποίο ήταν σύνολο ούτε 10 ml! Όμως όταν μιλάμε για δωμάτια 150 € αυτές οι παροχές είναι το λιγότερο τραγικές. Τέλος πολύ λιτό μέσα το δωμάτιο με το ζόρι μια καρεκλίτσα και ένα σκαμπό παιδικό δεν υπάρχει χώρος για να ακουμπήσεις ένα ρούχο ή να βάλεις μία backpack τσάντα

Elena (cleaner / host) was excellent and so friendly, she had our room ready for us earlier than the check in time and was even apologetic for the strong cleaning smell. The location is fairly quiet area of Florence with not a lot around (some cafe's / KFC near by). But we decided to walk to the centre which took around 20 mins.

• Jamie (8/5): Spacious, welcoming and perfectly placed for a more local Florence stay - B&B Lorena Suites was clean, tidy, and incredibly spacious, which made it a very comfortable base in Florence. Our room even had its own sitting area, which gave it a more relaxed, apartment-style feel and made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. The location was a real highlight. It was an easy walk into the Duomo area, but far enough out that we weren’t right in the middle of the crowds. Being close to the trams was also very handy, and the neighbourhood itself felt like a real bonus. We loved being able to dine locally and enjoy a non-touristy restaurant experience rather than being surrounded by the usual tourist spots. Irena was a wonderful host and really helped make the stay. She went out of her way to explain everything clearly and made sure we were comfortable, which added a very personal and welcoming touch. Breakfast was simple but appreciated, delivered to the door each morning, and it even included some gluten-free options, which was a thoughtful touch for us. The main challenge was parking, especially as we arrived in the rain. We had to park in a garage about 10 minutes away and walk to the accommodation, which wasn’t ideal with luggage and wet weather. Aside from that, the stay was very enjoyable.

Ottima la posizione, 15 minuti di camminata e ci si trova in pieno centro. Comodissimo parcheggio coperto a 100 dal B&B (15€ giornaliero). Proprietaria disponibilissima e attenta ad ogni richiesta. Personale all'accoglienza speciale che ha dato un valore aggiunto ad un'esperienza molto piacevole.
• Maura (9/5): Great apartment in lovely location, with a very helpful host. - We had a really lovely stay at this property. The room was a great size, with a large, comfy settee and an equally spacious, comfortable bed. The bed linen and pillows were excellent, which made for a very relaxing stay. There was plenty of storage in the large double wardrobe, and we appreciated having a good coffee machine and mini bar. The shower was excellent, and we were provided with lots of towels, along with shampoo and soap. There were also hairdryers in both the shower room and the separate toilet, which was very convenient. The room was spotless, and Irina popped in every day to tidy up where needed and provide fresh towels. The balcony was a real highlight—lovely seating and great views—and the sauna was a wonderful bonus after a long day. The B&B is on the 5th floor, and although there’s a small lift, there are about 12 stairs up to room 504 (with the big balcony). You’re asked to keep noise to a minimum in the communal areas out of respect for the private residences on floors 1–4, which was no problem at all. Irina was very helpful throughout our stay and provided lots of useful information. Thank you! We loved the location too. There are plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby, and the tram is just a 2‑minute walk away, taking you straight to the city centre, the train station, or Florence Airport. It’s also an easy and interesting 20‑minute walk to the Duomo. You can also catch the no13 to Piazza Michaelangelo or the no.7 to Firesole, the bus stops are 3 mins walk away. Great stay. personal preference but would have liked a kettle as well as the coffee machine. Everything else was lovely.

I would maybe just suggest having some small details added on to it, like having glasses of wine in the room! Everything else was great!

La camera era molto, molto accogliente, arredata con colori vivaci che rendevano l’atmosfera particolare e rilassante, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Irina, la signora che si occupa delle colazioni e delle pulizie. Con la sua dolcezza e gentilezza ha reso la nostra mattinata ancora più bella: fin dai primi saluti del mattino ci ha accolti con tanti complimenti, grande disponibilità e un’ospitalità davvero rara. Piccoli gesti che fanno la differenza e che ci hanno fatto iniziare la giornata con il sorriso. Un soggiorno breve, ma davvero molto piacevole. Consigliato!

• Eleanalia (3/5): better book a hotel at this prices - the lady at the breakfast was very polite. I felt like they were providing the "bare minimum", very little soap bags (definately only enough for a quick shower) no other amenities, venue had too much rules" be quiet" " do not use your adapter" , we can only assist you until certain time, because the neighbourhood was a bit scetchym and we also wanted to have a number in case of an emergency they denied to provide us, so we did not felt welcome at this stay... with this money better book a hotel with all amenities and 24-hour desk. the breakfast has to be pre-order and they give you a list: be careful, whatevery you like you get exactly 1 piece of each. Update: host is making false accusations for us. we have escalated this further to booking for investigation.

• maria chiara (8/5): - la pulizia e la precisione dell'organizzazaione la richiesta dell'invio dei documenti di identità via mail per il check-in è stato sollecitata, alcuni giorni prima, in maniera ruvida, quasi un'ingiunzione, altrimenti non avremmo potuto accedere alle camere. Le scale, l'androne e le parti condominiali sono un po' trascurate e sporchine. In una stanza vicina, una coppia ha amoreggiato molto rumorosamente durante la notte.

• Judith (10/5): Eine wunderschöne Suite, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben! - Die wunderschöne Suite, die Dachterrasse und das leckere Frühstück, welches von der sympathischen Irina vor die Zimmertür serviert wurde!😋 Eine ideale Lage um die Stadt zu Fuss zu erkunden! Nix!
• Alan (10/5): beautiful location,beautiful room,beautiful people - the staff was exceptionally friendly room was beautiful and clean had a hiccup with Booking.com but the staff corrected the situation well and beyond their duty to correct the situation will definitely recommend to friends and will definitely be back to visit nothing would i ask to change to make a better experience
• Hector (3/5): Avoid unless you’re ok with cockroaches and rude owners - Nice terrace. The location was good, close to the tramway. The cleaning lady is really nice. Cockroaches and the owner. They clearly have a problem with cockroaches in the building. Found one crawling on my bed and also saw them roaming around the hallway and entering one of the rooms. I told the owner about this and he called me a liar and said that it was my fault for leaving the window open and for eating in the room (despite taking out the rubbish myself every day and keeping the room clean). The owner is extremely rude and has no sense of responsibility or shame. He will not take any criticism and won’t hesitate to berate you with lies when confronted. I 100% advice you to stay away from this property

• Ashely (1/5): Cockroaches, bed bugs, would not recommend. - She was responsive to the questions and comments whether they were answered rudely or not. The first night we stayed there I saw a small cockroach in the bathroom and didn’t think too much until there was a larger one located between the sheets when I lifted it up to go to bed. Not even 5 minutes after killing it, my boyfriend found 3 more in the living room. I immediately let the contact person for the B&B know, she was very rude about the situation which I have all of our texts. My family staying in the other room forgot a pair of shoes outside their door (culturally in Hawaii and other Asian countries this is appropriate) and one I was notified of bringing the shoes indoor, I asked my family to do so right away to which one of their employees placed the shoes on the rooms windowsill outside…? They asked for us to leave in the morning to have the room cleaned, I said sure once we are out for our plans that day they can clean but wanted us out at specific times and completely repacked. To which ok, we accommodated again since we haven’t even gotten out of bed yet but they wanted us out in 30 minutes. What was disrespectful was how the lady said cockroaches may have came from our suitcases or because we left food out or because we opened the windows.. did not know there was no food allowed or opening of windows but I believe that would be a pest problem if I’m seeing cockroaches even after they cleaned, there were still, maybe 5 more cockroaches when we arrived back that night, definitely not hard to find and just crawling on the floors. They said they found “none” when cleaning. Would’ve appreciated them owning up to it and providing us with a refund but I wasn’t about to spend more money on another place when this could be dealt with here. Handled horribly wrong and with disrespect, touching our personal items and with blame on us being unsanitary when it is the room that had been crawling with roaches and very disgusting. I like to believe they have bed bugs too, I got 8 bed bug bites after that night stay, and then some more. So much headache.

• Ronja (8/5): Sehr großes, schön eingerichtetes Zimmer - Sehr großes Zimmer mit separaten Wohn- und Schlafzimmer. Schön eingerichtet und perfekt an den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gelegen. Auch zu Fuß konnte man in knapp 20 Minuten die Altstadt von Florenz bestaunen. Wir würden wieder kommen!

В квартире было очень тепло, что удивительно для Италии в январе. В квартире была огромная терраса с панорамным видом на город, ради которой стоило взять улучшенный номер. Также на террасе есть сауна, мы ей воспользовались только один раз. В квартире были фен и холодильник. В холодильнике был минибар, в котором было пиво, мини-бутылочки крепкого алкоголя и газировка, но мы им не воспользовались. Удобное расположение, рядом большой продуктовый, до Santa Maria del fiore — 15 минут. Чисто, хорошая шумоизоляция. Милый и приветливый персонал.

• maria (8/5): Consigliato! - Posizione comoda. Vicino al parcheggio parterre per chi viene in auto, ma anche al centro distante solo 15/20minuti a piedi. Buona anche la colazione servita in camera e il personale super gentile. Camera pulita e silenziosa. Ingresso indipendente con card. Nulla da segnalare.
• Benedetta (8/5): Struttura comoda e accogliente - Stanza molto pulita e accogliente, ristrutturata da poco. Non in pieno centro ma con 5 minuti di bus si arriva direttamente in piazza della signoria. Attaccata al parcheggio Parterre (molto comodo se si arriva con l’auto). Colazione abbastanza buona. Siamo stati davvero bene La mattina volevamo dormire un po’ di più ma dalle 7.30/8 abbiamo cominciato a sentire parecchi rumori dalle stanze affianco e sopra probabilmente dal personale che effettuava le pulizie, è stato fastidioso. Consiglio di rivedere l’affettato per la colazione.
