• Ayo Gimenez (8/5): - The location is amazing. True to the description! Less than 5 minutes walk to the station. Good place if you plan to do Universal Studios or just general touring around Osaka. Liquor museum nearby and really good food options! Only one toilet. This is tolerable though.

• Hyeyeong (10/5): 너무 좋아요 다음에 또 가고싶어요 - 교통편, 편의점 가깝고 이불, 물건들이 깨끗하고 모든게 다 잘 갖춰져있어요 특히 첮아가는 방법 설명이 매우 쉽게 설명되어있어요 환풍기 안틀어놓으면 욕실 물고인 냄새가 좀 나요 틀면 괜찮지만 조명 먼지도 자주 털어주면 좋겠어요 소소한것 말고 다 좋았습니다

• Yang (10/5): 总体很满意很难忘。会推荐给朋友 - 办理入住很方便，沟通邮件、入住指南是有中文版本的，且介绍的非常仔细详尽。房子的地理位置很好，离西九条站很近，同时也很安静。房间装修很好看，卧室很宽敞，床很舒适。左右两边都有客房隐私性较好。房间内的设施非常齐全，物品的使用说明也都有，而且是多语言的。 楼梯有点陡，小孩独自上下楼有点危险。厕所只有一个，因为我们5个人住，会出现排队上厕所要等不少时间的情况。房间稍有些潮湿闷热的气味，不太好闻。
• tsukasa (10/5): ファミリーに最適 - 私達は6人家族でUSJに行きましたが、ユニバーサルシティ周辺は何度か泊まっており、ホテルや飲食店も割高で新鮮味もなくなっていたので、近くてローカル感があり、全員が一つの部屋に滞在できるところを探していました。結果的に大正解です。一つ隣の駅だと飲食店が少なく駅からもちょっと歩く宿泊先が多いのですが、ここは駅からすぐでアクセスも良く、飲食店もローカル感こ漂う良心的なお店が沢山あります。毎回駅を出てすぐのセブンイレブンで買い込みして部屋にルーティンも便利でした。外観は古いのですが中は綺麗にリノベーションされていて、過ごしやすく設計されています。ファミリーには最適です。 私達は問題なかったのですが、階段が急なので、足が不自由な高齢者には向かないかもしれません。子供は問題なかったです。
• Laura (10/5): - Gorgeous place, heaps of room, and close to Nishikujo train station (about 200m). We stayed here as it was close to Universal Studios, but the trains are magnificent. You could go anywhere. Highly recommend staying here. We would definitely stay here again. The owner was very helpful and got back to our messages straight away. It was perfect.

• Divina Gracia (8/5): - It was clean and comfortable. The amenities were excellent. We asked to drop our luggage before check in but couldn’t enter the place however we tried. There should be a staff present in case problems arise.

• Olga (10/5): - Абсолютно все понравилось! Жилье идеальное, огромное, все очень чисто, есть все необходимое. Это было лучшее жилье для нашей семьи из 6 человек. Кровать, матрас, одеяло просто потрясающие. Рядом находится метро и магазины.
• Pantipa (10/5): สรุปรวมดีมาก ๆ ทำเลดี สะอาด สงบเหมาะกับครอบครัว - ที่พักทำเลดีมาก อยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ Nishigujo ซึ่งสามารถเดินทางไป USJ เพียง 2 สถานี ไม่เกิน 10 นาที ทำให้เข้าสวนสนุกได้แต่เช้า จองเข้า Nintendo zone ได้เร็ว และยังสามารถนั่งรถไฟ Hanshin ไป Namba ไม่ถึง 10 นาที, และไปเที่ยว Osaka castle ด้วยรถไฟสายเดียว ใกล้สนามเด็กเล่นเล็ก ๆ ของคนในท้องถิ่นและมีร้านสะดวกซื้อ รวมทั้ง supermarket ใกล้ ๆ นอกจากนี้ยังมีเครื่องซัก-อบผ้า พร้อมน้ำยาซักผ้า ห้องครัวพร้อมอุปกรณ์ทำอาหาร เครื่องปิ้งขนมปัง ไมโครเวฟ มีราวตากผ้า มีห้องนอนถึง 3 ห้อง ห้องน้ำมี 1 ห้อง และห้องอาบน้ำพร้อมอ่างอาบน้ำขนาดกะทัดรัด 1 ห้อง อาจไท่เพียงพอกับคนที่เข้าพักหลาย ๆ คน

• Mark (8/5): A beautiful clean property in an excellent area. Needs a hand rail added to the stairs . A very comfortable and clean pr - Very clean and fantastic bedrooms in a great location. Very comfortable and easy to use. The only negative was the staircase on the right side . It has no handrail and is very steep. Children and grandparents found it too scary to use and couldn’t use the bedroom connected to it, which is a a shame because it’s a beautiful bedroom. If a handrail was added and if a small table was added to the kitchen area for more countertop space . I would happily give it a perfect score.

• Ten Key Trips (10/5): Clean, nice unit by the subway and a park! - This unit is really nice a quiet neighborhood, very close to the subway station. It is right next to a park, and our boys were able to go there and play with the local kids, which was a highlight. There are tons of beds, along with three bedrooms, in the unit, so sleeping space is not an issue. The aircon / heating worked well, and the host has everything lined out for you in easy to access instruction manuals. The shower / bath was traditional, and that was kind of fun for us. Note that the stairs up to the bedrooms are steep, so its best to treat them more like ladders and face them when going down. It may not be the best if you have mobility issues. The host is very strict about the 10am checkout time, so be conscientious of that as well. Overall, it was a great place for our family to stay while in Osaka!
• 谷口 (8/5): USJに行く時の宿泊先におすすめです - USJへのアクセスも便利で最寄駅から近かったので子連れでも便利でした。 洗濯機があり荷物を減らせたのでよかったです。 ドライヤーもフタツありコテやストレートアイロンなども助かりました。 キッチン、トイレ、洗面所にタオルかけがほしかったです。 あと水切りかごもほしかったです。

• Yayoi (10/5): ここで良かった - チェックイン時にちゃんと暖かいように暖房も全室つけて頂き、大寒波の夜の到着でしたので心も温かくなりました。 ドライヤー２台、ヘアアイロン、ストレートアイロンもありとても便利でした。 駅からホントに近くて良かったです。 唯一2階にトイレがなかったので、その点は不便でした。

• Sarah (10/5): My groups had an amazing stay at this property, the owner was very friendly and easy to deal with. - It was lovely and spacious and clean. It was also very close to train station. There were some very steep stairs to the bedrooms, which was to be expect but if you have someone with mobility issue it may be a problem but other then the at the property was perfect for us.

• Sezin (10/5): Konforlu ve güzeldi. Herşey düşünülmüş. Lokasyon çok iyiydi. - Metroya çok yakın olması harikaydı. Civarda marketler ve restoranlar da vardı. Ev oldukça büyük. Her türlü ihtiyaç düşünülmüş. Osakaya bir daha gidersem burada kalmak isterim. Teşekkürler. Beğenmediğim bir şey yok.

• Qing (10/5): Couldn't have asked for a better one. - The most commendable part is the comfort of the beds and linens, best experience ever. Then the location. 200m walk to train stations. It's a quiet neighborhood with lots of eateries and shops for daily necessities. The staircases to the bedrooms on the 2nd floor are a bit steep.

• Hwang 황희운 (10/5): 10/10 for family of 6 with kids - The location is great. 5min walk to station and 15-20 min train ride to most tourist areas. Building may be old but everything inside is brand new. Everything was super clean. If I visit Osaka again I would book this house again!

• Sterlyn (10/5): Clean and comfortable, close to train station. - The house was exactly like the pictures. Very clean and spacious. Location was great since it was close to the train station, easy to find. The host was very quick to respond to my messages. It was a home away from home. The stairs are steep with no hand railings, not suitable for people with bad knees or balance.

• sakataku (10/5): 位置/舒適度/性價比極高！ - 距離西九條車站僅需步行兩分鐘，裝潢及設備都非常新，可住約十人，性價比極高！透過booking.com與住宿方的聯絡也很清楚方便，省了許多麻煩。下次若再來大阪一定再次入住。 只有一間廁所，不過我們四個人還好，多人數的話可能會有不便。

• HIYORI (10/5): - 西九条駅から徒歩2分くらいでユニバにも街中にも乗り換え無しで行けるのが最高でした。 ベッドルームたくさんでお部屋は綺麗で楽しかったです。 お洗濯できたのが良すぎました☺️物干し、ハンガー、洗剤全部揃ってました☺️
• FUMIO (8/5): 満足しています。 - 駅に非常に近く、セブンで買い物もでき、施設も清潔で、１０人くらい泊まれそうです。 予約時に最初に表示された金額に、最終画面で１万５千円加算（清掃代）されるので、ちょっと考えました。最初から合計額を表示してくれたら、問題なかったと思います。トイレが一つだけなので、人数が多いと渋滞します。
