• Nokhuthaba (9/5): Absolutely loved it - The property was very clean and cozy, we loved it , it exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness and furnishings, photos on the website do not do justice. Unfortunately, I fell when we went out for dinner with my family and injured my leg and couldn’t walk the following day had to stay behind while my family went out and about. I felt very comfortable at this property, I didn’t even mind being home alone, it was warm, and the TV you tube and Netflix , I enjoyed making coffee on the coffee machine , it felt as comfortable as home. The views while upstairs at the seating area are great That toilet at the third flow , great idea. I loved this due to my condition. Your kitchen well equipped with everything, and everything was top notch clean. The only negative for us was the bedding sheets and pillow cases. The flat sheet and pillow cases were so wrinkled as if the sheets weren’t changed after the previous booking. We didn’t have a good feeling sleeping on such bedding but we had not choice and we didn’t get to enjoy the sleep. We hope this will improve and have the sheets and pillow cases ironed at least. Also will be good to have the top sheet . We will book again though as we enjoyed the overall.

• Kathleen (7/5): Great space but more for winter. - Beautiful apartment with more than enough space for 3 people. Complete kitchen facilities and had washer/dryer which was fantastic. Huge TV in the living area and very comfortable couches and bed. Great location up in Mt Buller and walking distance to the center of town. Good communication with host during check in process. Unfortunately, place was a bit dirty (except for first floor bedroom/space) with lots of construction grit on the staircase and upper levels, especially the bathrooms. Also, there was a yucky dirty plate (last plate on the stack) as well as grease in the medium sized pot. The place is meant for winter not summer. The windows didn’t open and there are no fly screens so bugs get in when you open the porch door. The top floor gets really warm during the day and there is no air conditioning or even a fan. The doonas are all too heavy (again for winter). Construction noise ruins your peace during the day (I’m sure this is only in summer again). The second bedroom beds are a bit too big for the room. My friends complain of constantly stubbing their toes to get to the other side. And there is no space to open luggage or move around. Getting 3 messages in quick succession telling me checkout is at 10 am or else I have to pay extra does not make me feel very welcome.

• Saleha (8/5): Overall, a really great stay and we’d happily come back again! - We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Glacier Chalet. The place is newly renovated, with modern furnishings and everything was super clean and fresh. You can really tell a lot of thought went into making the space cosy and welcoming. Anna and Mike were amazing hosts – super nice, friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The kids absolutely loved the place too! It’s about a 7-minute walk to Mt Buller Village, so location-wise it was really convenient for us. One thing to note: the 3-level bedroom layout is no joke! 😅 Definitely not for anyone with weak knees, but the climb is worth it – you get to enjoy a beautiful sunset view from the 3rd floor.

• Joanne (10/5): Will be back! Highly recommend - Absolutely loved our stay! The villa was spacious, stylish, and perfect for our group of 5 adults and 3 kids. The open living area made it easy for everyone to relax together, and the kids were thrilled with the bunk room. Everything was high-end yet comfortable — from the bedding to the kitchen setup. A fantastic base for a snowy getaway. We’ll be back!
