• Manuel (4/5): Après plusieurs séjours dans cette hôtel, je pense au vue de l’établissement ils peuvent mieux faire - L’emplacement de l’établissement et la bonne odeur quand on arrive, ça relaxe La lumière du jour a 06h00 du matin, car les rideaux sont en mauvaise état depuis pas mal de temps, parce que j’ai déjà eu cette chambre il y as quelques années. Aussi, quand c’est écrit qu’il y a un room service et que personne ne répond au téléphone et par la suite je suis descendu pour demander à manger et s’il y avait possibilité de me le monter dans la chambre et que l’on me dit, vous pouvez pas le faire vous même! Génial Au prix du séjour, je trouve cela pas très professionnel ni commercial.

• jean-luc (10/5): - L'emplacement super à 200 m de l'arrêt de bus 60 ou 61 pour le centre-ville gare Cornavin, environ 20 minutes de trajet, le petit-déjeuner vraiment excellent avec beaucoup de choix vraiment super je recommande. Et le personnel très à l'écoute est disponible pour le moindre petit problème. Rien à signaler, tout était nickel, c'était mieux que je ne pensais, je recommande vivement.

Fenêtres non isolées, alors bruits de route. Pommeau de douche dont coule dans tous les sens. Meuble de la salle de bains cassé (il manque un tiroir). Porte-rouleaux papier de toilettes de travers, alors le rouleau tombe par terre tout le temps. Le Hamam fait un bruit infernal et n’a pas de vestiaire ni douche.

Camera insonorizzata per cui nessun rumore, pulito sia in camera che in tutta la struttura. Personale molto disponibile. Siamo stati davvero benissimo. Nulla perché è stato tutto perfetto

• Christian (10/5): Un séjour confortable et pratique aux portes de Genève, dans une résidence bien équipée et accueillante, malgré un léger - Ce complexe offre un excellent confort dans un cadre pratique et agréable. L’appartement est spacieux, très bien conçu, doté une climatisation réversible et parfaitement équipé, avec une cuisine moderne incluant lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, plaques à induction et tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. La literie est d’excellente qualité, assurant un sommeil vraiment reposant. Les deux terrasses sont un vrai plus pour profiter de l’extérieur. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est remarquable : varié, copieux et de grande qualité. Le personnel, attentif et souriant, contribue à rendre le séjour très agréable. L’établissement est propre, bien entretenu, doté d’un parking, d’une salle de sport, d’un hammam et d’une piscine extérieure aux beaux jours. La localisation est idéale : à deux pas de la douane, en face d’un centre commercial incluant une grande surface, à proximité immédiate des bus pour Genève et à cinq minutes de l’aéroport. L’appartement manque un peu de charme et mériterait un rafraîchissement : certaines plinthes, moquettes et prises électriques montrent des signes d’usure. Quelques traces de poussière et une moquette pas tout à fait nette. La proximité des pistes de l’aéroport et de la rue principale peut occasionner du bruit.

On est trés déçu, manque de propreté surtout dans la salle de bain ça ne donne pas envie de prendre une une douche. Une chambre très simple pour un 4 étoiles avec une petite télé.

• Da Silva Cunha (10/5): Court, mais meilleur séjour de ma vie. - Nous avons aimé l’accueil chaleureux, Monsieur Parent et son équipe sont plus qu’adorable. Les lieux de l’établissement sont accueillants, spacieux et très joli ! L’établissement en lui-même est également très bien placé, et l’organisation est top! Rien à plaindre, je vous le conseille à 1000%!

• Belinda (5/5): There are better places to stay in Ferney - but this one has a good gym - The room was a good size and the gym was great. They have an outdoor pool which was not in service due to winter but I think it would be nice for children in the summer. It was also helpful to have a little kitchenette in the room (but this is pretty standard for hotels in the area). The room was seen better days - it was very tired and dirty. We didn't use the balcony but it was also filthy. The shower has a thin, mouldy curtain that wraps around you when showering (yuck!). There was no proper room cleaning, just a refresh of towels, garbage bags left on the counter and the sheets messily pulled up the bed (photos included). This would be fine for 2-3 star not NOT for a 4 star as this hotel advertises themselves. Generally just sad and not very nice. We stayed at the Apart City in Ferney the year before and will patronise them going forward.
